Iberostar Waves Cala Domingos All Inclusive

Just arrived home from a 5 night stay at Cala Domingos and it was the most perfect first family holiday for us with our 15 month old.
The staff were so welcoming at reception and gave us a complimentary prosecco which was a lovely touch! The resort is different to any I’ve stayed at before as there is no hotel block. The rooms are situated as bungalows around the resort and they provide golf style buggies to take you around.
The restaurant and kids/main pool is at the top of the resort at reception and there’s another pool further towards the beach with a bar selling snacks all day. The evening entertainment is also at the beach along with a shop, mini golf, kids playground and kids club. The walk from reception to the beach is probably around 10 mins, if that!
The food is incredible, I’ve never stayed in an all inclusive where there’s so much variety at the buffet! They have different themed nights and plenty for kids too!
The hotel is very much aimed towards families which was great for us but I may think twice about booking if I wasn’t bringing children but I would definitely still have the best stay either way!
Staff are all so friendly and make you feel so welcome! Always have a smile on their faces. Even though my daughter was a bit young, there was so much going on around the pool each day for kids!
The hotel is quite secluded and you’d have to get a taxi to get to other places.

Very family oriented hotel with a unique layout that considers all the little details. Clean, modern and very friendly staff. The facilities and events were brilliant and the food and drink were on another level compared to other 4-star hotels. Beach is accessed through the complex and is superb, albeit small. Iberostar have set the bar high and we’d look at booking with them for our next trip. Thank you!

Fantastic all the way though, we stayed for a week, my wife and my son who's 2.
It was our honeymoon/holiday and when we first arrived, although the check in was slightly lengthy the staff were amazingly friendly.
We were then taken to our room and wow, they had left towels shaped into swans on the bed and a heart, a bottle of fizz and some macaroons.
The room was well air-conditioned and very modern.
The food was amazing every single day and you won't forget Famakan the chef, very friendly and cooks the best food.
Elana was also great, she was very friendly and we were always greeted with a smile. Although all the staff were incredibly friendly these stood out for us.
The hotel is like a village with winding roads through-out where you will find golf cart buggies driving people up and down and at night, the pathways are light up beautifully where you will see the sunset and many more beautiful views.
On our last day we were already looking at booking again and wanting to stay in the same room (152) it was perfect.
I can highly recommend the hotel in its entirety, we were even joking that we could buy a bungalow there and I would work on the air-conditioning there to pay our way.

Great four star experience at this hotel. As soon as you arrive the staff are very welcoming and even offer you a glass of fizz too. I would say this is a great choice for families, looking for activities for the kids and also adults too. The food is excellent with great choice for everyone. I really appreciated that there was lots of variety and high quality food which doesn’t always happen at family focussed hotels. There is also a buggy system to take you between parts of the hotel which is really useful and fun too. Definitely doesn’t disappoint — would come back! 👍

My partner and I, along with our young son, recently spent a fantastic week at Iberostar Cala Domingos, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The food was simply unbelievable, with a great selection to suit all tastes. We were especially impressed with how well the hotel catered to our young boy, offering kid-friendly options that made mealtimes so easy and enjoyable for the whole family.
The pools were excellent, clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and keeping our little one entertained.
The staff were super helpful and polite throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such attentive service, and it really enhanced our experience.
All in all, this was a perfect family getaway, and we would definitely give it a 5-star rating! Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and family-friendly vacation in Cala Domingos. We can’t wait to come back!

Just come back after having 10 nights here. Absolutely fantastic place very helpful friendly staff. Very clean and the food was fantastic! Will be going back next year!

Our Family of 5 had a wonderful holiday in Cala Domingos. Hotel is immaculately clean, rooms are spacious and air conditioning effective. Food is really good, we especially loved the restaurant overlooking the beach Es Turo you had to book this but is easy to do and you can go as many times as you like, manager Lucas was very helpful and friendly as were all the staff. Ed Turo has Mexican food, a bbq and pizza/ pasta for kids too. Animation team were great, especially Roberto who made the activities great fun and went above and beyond to make our holiday fun, he is an asset to Iberostar. Thanks Roberto We would definitely come back x.

The hotel and the grounds are very nice and completely renovated. The staff is always friendly. If you have any questions or problems, you will be helped as soon as possible. The animation is very appealing, but not intrusive. We can fully recommend the hotel!

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the very start of our holiday the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and can’t do enough for you, to the lovely Spanish inspired villas that are so cute, the restaurant has every known food to man so there is something for everyone, the pool and entertainment facilities are great, again something for every taste, hopefully we will be back very soon x.

Recently refurbished hotel to a high standard, friendly staff and great all inclusive food. Will definitely return.
