The staff is generally described as very friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially the bartenders, animators and the night receptionist who quickly checks guests in. However, there are also negative reviews: one guest reported that a staff member named Ismael was biased towards Russian-speaking tourists and made mistakes when registering for padel. Also, some of the bar staff can be rude and ignore guests.

The hotel offers an all-inclusive system with a variety of and tasty food, especially praised are the main courses, themed evenings (Asia, Mexico, Italy) and the availability of vegetarian options. Breakfasts are described as good, but monotonous. There are usually enough tables in the restaurant. The downsides mentioned include the average quality of the wine and the fact that some cocktails are not included in the all-inclusive package.

The hotel allows you to extend your stay in the room for 2, 4 or 6 hours if possible. In one case, guests were unable to extend their check-out time to 18:00 due to lack of available rooms. However, even when checking out at 12:00, the hotel can provide keys to the shower area so that guests can use the facilities until departure.

The Wi-Fi connection is unstable. In particular, guests noted a complete lack of signal in some remote areas, such as in the rooms of building C.

Reviews of the rooms are divided: some guests call them luxurious, spacious and clean, while others complain about poor equipment and wear and tear. Complaints include uncomfortable, creaky iron beds and the fact that the beds slide around. Also mentioned are rusty doors to the balconies and the lack of a refrigerator in some rooms. The view from many rooms is to the sea or the inner courtyard with a swimming pool.

Many guests rate the cleanliness as high, noting the daily cleaning of the rooms. However, one case was recorded of finding a cockroach in the bathroom, which caused serious dissatisfaction among the guest regarding the hygiene and sanitation.

The hotel has elevators, but there are only two for 8 floors, which creates inconvenience. Guests complain about the very slow speed ('like a turtle'), the stuffiness in the cabins and queues. In one review, it was mentioned that one of the two elevators was not working for a week, which caused problems for people with children who had to climb the 6th floor by stairs.

There is a beautiful bay with crystal-clear water and a sandy beach nearby. The sea is very clean and suitable for snorkeling. The downsides mentioned include that the beach is small and often crowded. Sunbeds on the beach are paid: prices range from 15 euros for two sunbeds and a parasol to 25 euros.

The hotel has a pool with free drinks and snacks during the day, as well as active animation for children and adults. However, some guests noted that the animation is mainly in French. Also, there are padel courts in the hotel, but there may be problems with booking a game.

The hotel is considered a good choice for families with children due to the rich animation program and friendly staff. However, the presence of small children can be a problem due to the slow or non-working elevators, if the room is located on a high floor.
