Great place and location. Reception staff are lovely. Only drawback was thin walls and excessively talkative/noisy housekeepers seemingly living in the adjoining rooms rather than cleaning.
Ben-Hur Apartments is really recommendable: The price is super fair, the rooms have everything you need, the pool is nice and clean. But even more important is how kind the staff is.
The kitchen is sadly not equipped with the basics for cooking, but the nearest supermarket obviously has everything.
If you come during the Ballermann season, it's not a place for relaxation.

In the apartment where we stayed, the seating sofas had movable cushions, and underneath there was a sharp metal edge. Our daughter scraped her skin when she sat down – fortunately it didn’t result in a deep cut, but it could have. The only solution was to cover the sharp edges with towels to prevent further injury.
Another issue was the air conditioning vent, which was visibly dirty and had mold inside. This is, in my opinion, a serious hygiene problem.
Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation.
