Great hotel with amazing staff, Paco on reception — very helpful and genuinely a great person to have front of house. Pool area is great and well kept, Food in restaurant is fantastic, the chefs do an amazing job, Ana, Susana and Sergi are great staff as well. Sports facilities are also great Rooms are spotless, would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

I have only been able to enjoy this 24h hotel, but it has made me feel and be super relaxed.
The staff throughout the hotel are excellent and super attentive, the food super good and being by the pool with chill out music is spectacular.
I hope to come back again.

Friendliness of the staff was great. The Service is 1A. Everything was great; from the Pool above the Bar, to the ambiance. Would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended! The food is always fresh and very tasty. The Buffet is relatively small but good with changing dishes in the evening.

We were there for a week for the third (32, 32, 11) and were very excited. The hotel was built by a German one — accordingly you can get along well here in German.
The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable everywhere.
The pool was continuously monitored by a very attentive lifeguard.
Both breakfast and dinner were always available in a wide selection and of good quality.
Our little one unfortunately got sick — on a Sunday afternoon, upon request at the reception, a doctor was in the hotel room within 20 minutes, who correctly diagnosed and treated her ear infection — so fast care was provided at home in Germany Not.

A gem in the crown jewel's, what a place to chill, staff extremely pleasant and helpful, happy days.

Honestly, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everyone was so nice and kind from our arrival till departure. The rooms are clean and equipped. We had a balcony with a sea view and that was stunning. Every day we looked forward to breakfasts and dinners. The waitresses and cooks are so nice, smiling all the time. There is a lot of food, so even someone who is vegan like me will find a lot of great food. The pool was clean and refreshing and great way to relax after an adventurous day. Really couldn't ask for a better hotel to stay in. The only con of this hotel is the location because the beach is 5 mins away (the beach is okay, but have been to better ones). That didn't bother us as we were travelling a lot around the island. If I will ever visit Mallorca again, I definitely choose this hotel. Amazing service and everything. Muchas gracias por todo!

Very nice newly renovated hotel. The staff is absolutely friendly. The price performance ratio fits.
Very pleasant the about 500 meters a beautiful bay is with a great restaurant. So you are not forced to stay by the pool. I can only recommend it. We have been coming here for years… again and again beautiful.
Free Wi-Fi has been available since this year. The pool would be enlarged… it is no longer oval but rectangular.
Suitable for all ages… with or without children. Also for wheelchair users no problem.

Partially renovated hotel. The rooms are quite nice and the view from the 3rd floor also.
Unfortunately, the food is a disaster as well as the staff at the reception. One is not welcomed and on departure one is neither asked if one liked it, nor wished a good journey home.
In the pool area there are no rules, the lifeguard does not intervene. It is constantly jumped from the edge of the pool.
The beds are impossible. Two single beds that constantly slide apart, through foam mattresses.
The coronation was a dirty sock that lay in bed with us on the 3rd day and did not belong to us.
We're not coming back.

Everthing is super clean and the service people are super friendly. The view from the seaside rooms is incredible.

We stay here for holidays. Location is clean. Food is ok. Only a Lot of extra payments although we booked all inklusive.

Very nice and clean hotel! We, two adults and two children, felt very comfortable in this hotel! The food is varied and very delicious! The staff courteous and nice! Rooms clean and modern. The hotel would be recently renovated and shines in a new, modernized light! We have even recommended the hotel to our friends in Germany! We're happy to come back!

It is very well located, especially if you get the room with sea view.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und es ist angenehm sich in diesen aufzuhalten. Genauso der Fest des hotels. Es ist außerdem auch sehr sauber und auch das Essen schmeckt gut. Perfektes wlan hat es auch, sogar auf dem Zimmer. Das einzige Manko ist dass das Badezimmer keine Lüftung hat.

It is a very quiet hotel people very friendly environment with sea and mountain views.

Absolute recommendation. The hotel is great!
The staff is unexcited, really always (not put on) friendly, speaks German, Spanish and English.
You feel very well cared for.
There are always free parking spaces in the side road for the rental car.
The place is not noisy and crowded despite absolute high season, the supervisors on the beautiful beach work very conscientiously.

In the hotel there is a good mix of Spaniards, Germans and few other nationalities.

A wall gecko visited us all in the evening on the ceiling of the balcony to sink insects near the lamp. Unbelievable how fast the "comrade" can run headfirst on the ceiling with his special feet.
This spectacle seems to contradict all the laws of physics!
The wall gecko, about 18cm long … actually runs along the ceiling at an estimated 1 metre per second without falling down! Extremely crass …
The mini-supermarket 100 meters further down the road is open until 10 p. M. Offers cold drinks at very fair prices and impresses with funny staff! The slightly older lady, possibly the owner, liked to crram in my purse for matching small money and has a charming accent when she speaks German. Very entertaining!
The food in the hotel is, measured at the price level, good, really rich and varied, but less typical of the country. However, one should not have particularly high standards.

It's the best place to have breakfast, if you come first thing, you eat breakfast watching the sun go out on the sea. It is a magical moment, I am fortunate to work here and enjoy every day watching the sunrise, it is as if the sunrise called you every day for enjoyment.

Have spent our holiday in the hotel as part of a flat-rate trip. Friendly and competent staff at the reception greeted us. Our double room was always clean and is quite adequate. Only a small fridge would have been nice. The breakfast and dinner had a rich, changing offer, so everyone was satisfied. Plates were cleared promptly and the staff was always friendly. A small stand is nearby. We were able to reach other excursion destinations comfortably by car, which could be parked free of charge in the surrounding area. Overall a class hotel for our needs.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The reception also speaks German.
About 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Tourist tram stops right in front of the hotel. A small supermarket is also just around the corner. The buffet is rich and varied. We were very pleased!

In August, my partner and I were at this hotel. Right at the beginning we were greeted by the hotel owner as our room was not free we get another one for the first night, but as compensation for the rest of the holiday a beautiful room with sea view and two dinners, a lunch and we Were perfectly satisfied there was delicious food the person was very friendly. For my friend's birthday there was a birthday card and a bottle of sparkling wine that was particularly good. Also from the rest of the hotel we loved everything was very clean and nicely done. We will probably go back to this hotel next year.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. It seems they renovated the rooms, but only partially. Dirty grey towels, which are supposed to be white. Food is very boring and tasteless. Don't take dinner or lunch. Free Wi-Fi is only in the bar, not even on the reception. Stone age … Sauna 8 Euro per hour per person with reservation in advance fitness room is a joke. Don't expect to get any reasonable equipment.

Great Hotel in queit neighborhood, few minutes walk from the local beach. Breakfast room is very spacious and also has terrace, huge variety of food options! Large and clean rooms! Hotel also has tennis courts as well as gymnasium. Has large pool with nice bar beside it. We enjoyed our 3 night stay!

Rooms are decently furnished and have a nice view. Buffet meals were ok for quantity, while quality was not very consistent (grilled meat/fish was almost always good. Other meat/fish dishes were often served cold). The staff throughout the hotel was always very kind and helpful. The adjacent sports centre has great beach volleyball courts.

We were positively surprised by this hotel. Delicious food, something for everyone. Clean, nicely furnished rooms. The chillout area on the roof terrace invites you to relax. Here you spend a quiet, relaxing holiday. If you want to be hustle and bustle, you can take a taxi in a few minutes in Cala Radjada. The only thing we had to complain about was the unappetizing cocktails for all. — inclusive guests, while the cocktails that were paid extra tasted much more delicious and also for the eye what were… What a pity. For all inclusive also no iced coffee… we could not find an explanation for this either. Otherwise a family-friendly hotel where we felt very comfortable…

The room are Ok with a new flat TV and nice view from the 4th Floor. The sports area is quite expensive with 16 EUR for volleyball and 13, 50 EUR for tennis. The food is good but not excellent. Could be much better if better organized.

Very beautiful and well maintained facility with very friendly staff. Rooms are equipped with modern, our rooms had but no fridge. Cleaning every day. The food was very good and it is always a good choice. Signs are however only sporadically spread at the buffet. There are also nightly live freshly roasted meat/fish.
The Sangria at the bar tastes really great.
Overall very recommendable.

The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms is not free. A delay today.
The breakfasts are good if you are overseas. Not is designed for the Spanish. They have no water…
Not recommended if you're Spanish since you will feel out of place.

You can see a great hotel — that some guests come here for years! The buffet is a stunner, rooms spotless, all are super friendly — we have been warmly received and the beach / Bay are just a few minutes to go. We definitely come again! Greetings to Paco from the reception!

Very nice staff, good food, no signs on the food I think, not bad nice room.

The climate in the room is not. Climate is more of a ventilation. Food at the buffet, no plates. The food is a disaster you don't know what it is? Rooms are not cleaned properly. The staff is very friendly especially the night porter. Can't recommend it. The beds are even more disaster.

Dining room too dark. Eat at the buffet not declared. 2 elevators available. An of it almost already dangerous.

Okay to eat staff well minus no refrigerator in the room! Lighting in the mirror Hall too weak! Desserts minus.

Very nice staff, but poor coffee
Our vacation was very nice all in all. An off season price from €470 with flight, one should I think not too much complain.
The hotel itself is in a nice position, from which it takes 7 min to the beach on foot. There are many sports offerings. However, for example tennis courts (€13 / h), as well as the provided (€15 / week), and the Internet is free of charge.
Main point of criticism was the food. Which tasted, although always very abundant and solid variety but was missing. At breakfast there was unfortunately only service coffee and something too hard the troubled rolls.
Apart from dinner with little improvement, the hotel is definitely recommended. The staff was always friendly, all speak German very well and the rooms were always clean.
