There is this Place in Mallorca where there is so much life and so nice people that you have to write about. You come in and you are in a good mood all the time. It‘s hot but Not too hot because of the „Pinos“, the sea and bescause of the people that work here, they are in uniforms/workclothes and complete happy with their Job that they do perfect. You Don‘t Need to choose, they are all wonderfull. Juanpe and his Team at the bar have allways a Smile for your kids; Nadia makes… wonderfull pictures; Paco and his Team take care of the kids at miniclub and minidisco; in the Restaurant there are a lot of perfekt People that work fast and beautiful too watch and they take Time to say something nice to you and especially to your children. Children are Important for us parents and they are here important for everyone, also for the other guests that treat them kindly. I have nothing negative to say about this beautiful place. I have had to smile more than I did.

Great location, right next to the beach/ocean, yet quite quiet. You can reach cala rajada by foot over a nice coastal path within an hour. Great variety of food, I especially enjoyed the pancakes :D Very friendly (and good-looking ;) ) staff haha Most of them speak German, at least enough to order something. Surely that helps but still I find it kind of… strange Overall I had a great stay, awesome hotel 5/5 would recommend it and/or visit again :D.

We loved the location of the Hotel, the views you have are worth it. Both the rooms and the rest of the Hotel stays are refurbished. The staff were very friendly and very friendly and the location was great.

All clean. Food is great. Very family friendly. Unsuitable for couples without understanding for children. There are a lot of children. The hotel is located directly on a bathing bay. 2 loungers and umbrellas cost €15, €80.
Little tip, if you want to have peace of mind, you should go to the separate children's pool, there is usually no one.

Mainly a German resort but lovely hotel, great staff, entertainment and food/drink. If you can't speak Spanish and don't mind being spoken to in German then it's a fantastic location next to a lovely beach. Only down side is that the paths and pool sides are treacherous when wet and every member of our group has fallen over at least once. If the hotel fixed this it would have been a 5* review.

Service very good. The food delicious and plentiful. Unfortunately, the third Schlafmőglichkeit is not very convenient. We changed the room. The Műllabfuhr worked under our window. Very early. The Servicpersonal had his Wirtschaftsrāume among us. Early on, they all brought their cars for housekeeping. Don't sleep in.

I was here with my family for the second time and just loved it. For the little one a paradise, the rooms very clean and big enough, the staff very friendly and the food could have eaten properly in the 10 days. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to make a relaxing holiday. THANKS to the entire team from Pinos Park.

Great modern facility, super nice bay, friendly staff and always clean despite extremely many toddlers who come from the buffet with full plates and glasses.
Food very good and huge selection. Animation mainly for families (children). BUT: There are also quiet areas for eating and lying in the sun and in the semi-shade. The only minus for the three of us: cocktails as in almost all (all inclusive) facilities only moderately. Juices taste watery, garnish immature and hardly good alcohol, and too much ice cubes. Even the inclusive wines only lower quality.

The positive points were the pool infrastructure and cordiality of the employees. Be careful that kid-friendly doesn't mean baby friendly. If you have a small kid, younger than 2 years, and you like him/her to sleep before 23 o'clock, book the room as far as possible from the stage location. The food, at least for my family taste was below ordinary (to avoid saying awful), I don't recommend getting the all-inclusive, there are good alternatives nearby. There is no beach infrastructure from the hotel, you need to pay extra to a bar nearby, and it is always crowd. Almost forgot…! Remember to "towel-reserve" yourself a place on the swimming pool, no later then 8:00 a. M! if not you might need to sit far away from everything!

For families with small children is paradise.

A fantastic hotel made all the better by the excellent staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and really good with our 20 month old son. Nothing was too much trouble. The location and surroundings are beautiful and the pools and activities kept us very busy. We had such a good holiday that we are already planning a return.

Arrived yesterday, this place is stunning having a great time, the food is amazing my clothes definitely won't fit when I get home! I'm here with my daughter & 2 grandsons who I've hardly seen as they're having such a great time with the kids clubs leaving my daughter & I to relax & enjoy the glorious sunshine, heaven.

The location of the hotel is super nice. The staff is friendly and try hard we have been already 2011 here and it would have really liked us. It was itself already a family hotel, but the families were outnumbered. Today 2016, it's the other way around. We are a childless couple and for us it's the horror here. I can recommend only any couples without children to go to this hotel! You will find no rest in this hotel. Mirgens is about seven go when the first children are awake. Since the rooms are very thin one is awakened by children screaming. At breakfast, we continue… We are thus obliged wennmsn rest would like to have the hotel to leave. What is also quite annoying is that you from 10: 00 by the pool get no lLiegrn since many idiots already in the morning to eight o'clock reserve the chairs with their towels and use but only sporadically, as most children do Yes NAP.
I really absolutely nothing against children but this is really too much.
We're going in a different hotel next time!

One of the best 4 star hotels in Mallorca. I'm a little disappointed only by the child care. My daughter is at home every day in the crib and loves their clearance. In the kids club would have to paint them even though she don't like it. I was told she should be only an hour later. I do not understand why she should play when the other kids paint.

Decent hotel, clean room, not so much space to put clothes away, evening shows a bit loud but they stop between 10 and 11, friendly staff, decent food, ok place to bring kids, nice view, small ok beach. The transfer to the airport took a long time because they dropped us off last. Not the hotels fault, but something to keep in mind when considering a stay here. All in all ok, but I still won't be coming back.

I've lost two kilos, because I have fed me so well (and was still tasty feast).
It is a little messy, that part of the building tract in hearing range of the "loading variants range" is. If you open the window in that direction, it can be sometimes a little louder.
This was just not so dolle for us since the bedroom of our children in the direction you were asleep so just not so good. But otherwise everything great!

I have visited this hotel and my expectations were at a very high level as soon as I arrived on Mallorca. Unfortunately they were crushed during the first minute of our stay at the Hotel Pinos Park. To the question who will help us with our luggage we received the bizarre response that the young female receptionist could carry our luggage. From there on everything went the wrong way: we had to change our room, because of an unsatisfying climat (dirty blankets, warm water not working, insects everywhere), I got a food poisoning during my stay due to lack of quality and lack of a certain hygienic level. Therefore I would not recommend the Hotel Pinos Park to anybody. The value for the very high price is not corresponding and I wouldn't consider it as a 4 star hotel.

Otherwise is not much going on here in the area for more night life you had to for ca la Rajadya ride by taxi :).
