Welikehotel Triton Beach

Just got back from an amazing stay at Hotel Triton beach. Myself and my partner could not fault the place and definitely will be returning!
Our room was small but efficient and clean with clothes hangers and a mini fridge.
Food amazing too, we only had breakfast included as we like to go out in the evening but we did buy lunch there twice and it was just as good as the breakfast! All different varieties and the kitchen staff very nice.
The pool was a nice size and very reasonably priced drinks at the bar.
Staff are so lovely here and shoutout to Sebastian and Fran for being so friendly and making us feel very welcome, thank you! 🥰
Location just perfect, so many bars, restaurants and shops near by and not to mention the beach is absolutely beautiful ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s in a beautiful location with everything easily accessible – shops, restaurants, and attractions are all nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. The room service was top-notch, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious.
One thing I really appreciated was the extra touch of hospitality – they even provide beach towels for your stay, which made things so much easier. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back!

Everything was absolutely perfect – from the cleanliness to the restaurant to the reception team.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful beyond words.
It truly felt like I was surrounded by the best hotel team I’ve ever encountered.
Special thanks to Farn at the front desk – he was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
The food was also fantastic, with a great variety that kept every meal interesting and satisfying.

We have just returned from a 6 day break. The hotel is perfectly located, just 5 mins from the beach. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. We were all inclusive, the food was delicious, plenty of variety. The drink choice was limited but plentiful! The staff were wonderful, working so hard and were always super friendly. The hotel was spotless, we had an issue working the safe, this was reported and sorted within 10mins. Even though it was low season, the pool was lifeguarded.
A lovely hotel, I would definitely stay again!

Myself and partner stayed here for a few nights. We had a brilliant time. Lovely room with views and the staff were excellent. Everything you need local to hotel. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beach (she said yes) we will be back next August. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

My partner and I stayed for 7 nights B&B and we were sceptical ref some of the previous reviews.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a decent sized room with good soundproofing and well-behaved considerate guests. So no late night noise all week, which was an absolute plus… room safe included too.
Staff attentive polite accommodating and really Friendly.
Food is adequate for breakfast all needed is available… I also looked at evening food which seemed similar too.
2 lifts front or rear of complex is a plus and.
Location is excellent for seafront to bathing / alcoves, coastal path walking, many many restaurants, all routes for buses (excellent services from TIB) plenty of shopping, bigger local stores too 15 min walk away.
Room Shower area doors are liberally fitted.
Checkout Luggage storage may be improved,
The pool area is size restricted as is similar to a lot of urban resort hotels, too.
Hot drinks are available in the bar area if needed.
In all, a really good value for money experience for this period and very central — we will definitely return here again if in this resort as was a really good relaxed, calm break for late summer sun.

The food is fine and the staff at the buffet is really nice and the guy during the night is very helpful and professional but the staff during the day, specifically Miguel which apparently he is the Manager, in my opinion he should take some lessons on how to take care of a customer or think about retirement. We have had a late flight, and we have asked if we could have a late check out, we do not mind if we have to pay. They have told us that they do not have availability, even tho it is September and for sure they do have one room available if there is an issue. The staff during the day it is just rude, they are not trained to be working in a 4* hotel at all, instead of trying to find a solution for us or give us an advice they said that we could not stay and that is it. During the check out they did not even cared how was our stay, did not asked anything at all. Instead of listening what we have to say he was talking over me. Check out it is at 12:00 we left the room at 12:30, which in any other place there would be no problem at all, but apparently Miguel did have one, he hung up on us on the phone while speaking, he said that he do not care what we think and if we put an opinion on when we said that he is unprofessional, it is really sad because the hotel it is really nice but the staff at the reception leaves much to be desired. To be honest I think there is plenty of better places in Mallorca to stay.

We stayed for 5 nights due to my birthday. The hotel is located right by the waterfront. Spotless clean and super friendly staff/receptionist.
We even got an Upgrade to a room with a balcony facing the pool which was very attentive. For my birthday we found a bottle of Cava and two glasses in the room which made our day. We didn't expect that!
We used the Bar, pool and brekkie area and it was great to hang out, nice beachy vibes.
Didn't try lunch/dinner tough as there is plenty of restaurants close by.
I can highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for 4 nights. I cannot understand why there are any bad reviews. The location is perfect, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are all friendly. For the price we paid we were more than happy with the hotel and have already spoken about coming back next year. Thank you very much for a fantastic holiday.

The hotel standard could be better to deserve the four stars placed on the plaque by the entrance door.
Upon arrival, the check-in went smoothly and the night porter was friendly.
When opening the door to the room, the astonishment hit us: We had booked a "superior room" and had some expectations to the accommodation.
This so-called "Superior Room" had only one thing that could resemble anything "superior": The view from the balcony. Here, we had a nice sea view towards the shoreline in the direction of Sa Pedruscada and Es Carregador.
The room had only an open wardrobe demanding that our clothes to some extent had to be stowed in our suitcases. The floor space prevented one of us from moving around the bed without having to climb over the suitcase placed on the floor.
Calling this size of room for two guests is to my mind a way to mock true "Superior rooms" in many other hotels.
The door to the toilet was of frosted glass which gave a minimum of privacy, but the door did not close all the way which left a crack open in one side, eliminating some of the bathroom/toilet privacy.
Further, the drain cover in the shower was lying loosely over the drain, which was not tended to at all during the week.

Booked a room with a balcony and 2 double beds. Got no balcony and a sofa bed. Staff promised to change it. Did not do that after a few attempts and got sassy with me. Aircon doesnt work, switch for the nightlamp doesnt work so it was on 24/7. I asked if I could have a sandwich at 730 (prior) because I had an early flight. No, breakfast starts at 8 AM.

Nice hotel, ok breakfast. Some nice staff some not. The pool is small, but ok. Close to a small beach, really nice. Some information here and there, some information we missed, some that didn’t make any sense. We were told we could check out at 12 in the night, since we were leaving at 3 in the morning, but in the morning we went on a hike and came back at 1, got yelled at for not checking out, they wouldn’t listen to us and continued to yell at us and we needed to hurry up and pack. Ok hotell wouldn’t give this more than 3 stars. The rooms were ok, but the double bed is two single beds.

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Triton Beach. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to the sea front, lots of bars and restaurants and supermarket. We had a room with a sea view, which was lovely to wake up to in the morning. Room was comfortably and fine for what we needed as didn’t spend much time in there anyway as enjoyed the pool and surrounding area. There wasn’t a separate bathroom, the sink, shower and toilet were part of the room (doors into shower and toilet) which was fine, but difficult to control water coming out of shower into main room. Pool area great which comfortable loungers and lovely pool. Breakfast was good with a nice choice and all felt fresh. Kids loved the freshly made pancakes! Overall an enjoyable stay, perfect base for a few days away.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights in total and absolutely loved every moment, we are even thinking of coming back. We have been to many hotels in different countries and always found that the cleaners were not great, here the cleaners came in everyday and made our beds, gave us fresh towels etc and were always very polite. Our room was very spacious had a fridge, English TV and an amazing shower. We had breakfast with our stay and the chefs were accommodating especially when it came to how we requested our omelettes made a certain way, nice variety for food and drinks. All tables were cleaned promptly and always very clean and tidy. Staff were nice enough and helped where possible. The location of the hotel is great, the bus stop is a two minute walk up the road and the beach and bars were also not far at all. Overall was definitely what we were looking for.

The Buffett is just a mess. Fruits are not fresh and the replenishment of food takes too long. The only good thing is the guy cooking eggs and pancakes but the lines are sometimes very long. We barely found cups for the coffee. So you better be the first one in line when they open the restaurant.
The hotel fulfills basic needs of shelter; however, there are several details that could help improve the experience like little holders for the soap in the showers, hangers for towels, the AC is aiming directly at the bed and it's not possible to keep it on during the night without feeling cold (regulating the temperature, of course) so getting up several times to turn on an off becomes part of the daily routine, it would be also nice to have a couple of drawers in the room because there is none.
