Protur Turo Pins SUP

Our stay at the Protur Turó Pins Hotel was absolutely fantastic, earning every one of its four stars!
From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the incredibly friendly and warm staff who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their genuine care was evident in every interaction. The welcome drinks were much appreciated after our journey from the airport.
The rooms were spacious and meticulously clean, maintained to a very high standard, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.
Rooms were fully air conditioned and the storage within the rooms for all our clothing was more than ample.
The food was outstanding, offering an abundance of choice and options that satisfied every craving.
Each night there was a theme but it was done very subtly and with style.
The chefs cooking at the grill were very friendly and professional.
A special mention must go to Mariano at the front of house in the restaurant. His welcoming presence and excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience.
Outside, the pool area was well-maintained, and we felt completely safe with an excellent lifeguard on duty.
The pool bar was well stocked and the lunchtime snacks were delicious. Lots to choose from and freshly made to order. The bar staff were great, always greeted you with a friendly hello and smile. They were all very helpful, friendly and professional.

AWFUL STAFF, DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY AND SECURITY.
The hotel is mediocre at best in terms of cleanliness, food, rooms. However when it came to basic SAFETY and SECURITY the reception staff just don’t care.
On my final night I called the reception to say my room door wouldn’t lock. I am a female and my room was on the ground floor and so I was concerned about having to sleep with an unlocked door. In order to ensure I wasn’t doing anything wrong I got the two friends I was staying with to check the door from the inside and outside. The door did not lock.
I called the reception as did one of the friends and when asked was he happy that a female had to sleep in an unlocked room he blithely said yes. We asked if there was anyone who could come and look at the lock he simply said no. When asked if there was another room I could sleep in he said no. Nothing was done so I was awake all night as didn’t feel like I could go to sleep. My passport and personal possessions felt at risk as well as my own safety.
Upon returning from the trip I asked for a refund for the final night and the reception staff basically lied and said the door was fine. However they didn’t come and check it. So they are dishonest and don’t care about safety of guests. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. There are many lovely looking hotels in Cala Ratjada a lot nearer to the sea and restaurants. It’s a beautiful resort but this hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed in for staff.

Second time here, and already I can't wait to return! There literally is nothing they won't do here to ensure you have the most enjoyable holiday. The food is outstanding with more choice than you know what to do with, having themed nights every night, from Mexico to Asia and everywhere in between. Sometimes, that is the hardest part. Being too spoiled for choice! Mariano (restaurant manager) has such an amazing team who work tirelessly to serve, as do all the staff here. Antonio (bar manager) and his dream team are happy to wait on you from your sun lounger! Nothing is too much, with daily cocktails (fresh, not syrup mix) and lunch/snack offers.
If there is anything you are dissatisfied with, the general manager is approachable and amenable and will do whatever possible (within reason) to accommodate your wishes. Cveti, who runs the children's club, is a beautiful soul who has such a fabulous rapport with all the guests, especially the children! I love this hotel, but it is definitely the staff that makes me want to keep coming back, they are so warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully clean. My single issue would be the shower tray. It is slippery and makes what should be a sensational experience feel like you are bambi on ice. This can be very easily rectified.

Not sure where to start, but we loved this place. Slightly off the beaten track yet in great walking distance to all the local shops, bars, restaurants, diving school, beaches etc. The food was really enjoyable, having a different, well thought out culinary experience every evening was such a joy. My only concern, if you have any food allergens, is their lack of concern with their labelling of food. So be cautious. Excellent children's pool area and entertainment provided by Cveti. I would most definitely return here with family or friends.

Fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and the staff were so friendly. The food was high standard both at breakfast and dinner with different themed nights. The lunch bar had good food too. The pool area was lovely and never had issue getting sun loungers. Location was decent with plenty of shops and restaurants close by and a short 10-15 min walk to the marina. We would definitely return.

We loved it. Service and super friendly and attentive people.
