We stayed at this hotel in Majorca and while the rooms and general facilities were clean and well-maintained, the overall experience was seriously let down by the restaurant and service.
First, the service staff in the restaurant were not up to standard — often inattentive, unprofessional, and at times even rude. Basic service expectations were not met, which made dining there unpleasant. One evening, we were forced to order two drinks when we only wanted one. Unbelievable!
One particularly frustrating and questionable practice was cutting off access to the water fountain during dinner, clearly aiming to force guests into purchasing bottled water : mean.
The food itself was another disappointment. The cuisine was excessively greasy and lacked variety or freshness — far from what one would expect in such a setting.
To make matters worse, we discovered an issue with the dinner receipts: consumption were charged under our name & room number that we never made. This principle is not robust at all! This raises serious concerns about billing transparency and internal controls.
All in all, while the hotel may look good on the surface thanks to its cleanliness, the restaurant experience and billing issues left a very bad impression. We would not return, and we would advise future guests to be vigilant.
Too expensive for what it is.
It is a very nice looking hotel with very nice views of the ocean. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are very nice. The mini fridge in the rooms are a bit on the smaller side considering the size of the room, and it is a bit hard to fit a lot in it. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of freshly made food everyday and they changed what foods they were serving everyday. The only negative experience that we had was the snack bar by the pool where we ordered lunch one day. Took over an hour to get the food, and when you want to get the most out of the sun and high UV that is not good enough. They also managed to make the salad with gluten twice even though we ordered it gluten free from the start. Everything else was very pleasant.

This is a very nice comfortable and peaceful hotel, attractively laid out with 3 pools and rooms all around. It is situated right on the coast, on the coastal path and we particularly enjoyed being able to walk along this path every evening. We were there on half board, and enjoyed a wide variety of foods in the buffet, supper and breakfast. One lowpoint was the orange juice provided at breakfast, made in a machine and which had been nowhere near an orange! There were other juices and smoothies, but we both prefer orange juice. Our room (which we did change as our first room overlooked the pickup point for the coaches) was comfortable and had everything we needed. A few improvements: the bathroom layout could be improved, but it was probably designed by a man! The fixed shower head was way too high, and why couldn't it be adjustable? A walk in shower would have been preferable to a shower over a bath too. There was no body lotion or tissues provided, and only 2 bottles labelled shower gel and conditioner in the bath — apparently no shampoo. These were inconveniently positioned behind the shower so it was difficult to avoid washing them off your hand before you could use them. The hairdryer was bizarrely fixed low on the wall, but the nearest mirror was so high I could only see the top of my head. The TV had very limited access to UK programmes, but the main clientele was German (we are from the UK).
