Parque Nereida Suites Hotel

We stayed at this hotel in Majorca and while the rooms and general facilities were clean and well-maintained, the overall experience was seriously let down by the restaurant and service.
First, the service staff in the restaurant were not up to standard — often inattentive, unprofessional, and at times even rude. Basic service expectations were not met, which made dining there unpleasant. One evening, we were forced to order two drinks when we only wanted one. Unbelievable!
One particularly frustrating and questionable practice was cutting off access to the water fountain during dinner, clearly aiming to force guests into purchasing bottled water : mean.
The food itself was another disappointment. The cuisine was excessively greasy and lacked variety or freshness — far from what one would expect in such a setting.
To make matters worse, we discovered an issue with the dinner receipts: consumption were charged under our name & room number that we never made. This principle is not robust at all! This raises serious concerns about billing transparency and internal controls.
All in all, while the hotel may look good on the surface thanks to its cleanliness, the restaurant experience and billing issues left a very bad impression. We would not return, and we would advise future guests to be vigilant.
Too expensive for what it is.

It is a very nice looking hotel with very nice views of the ocean. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are very nice. The mini fridge in the rooms are a bit on the smaller side considering the size of the room, and it is a bit hard to fit a lot in it. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of freshly made food everyday and they changed what foods they were serving everyday. The only negative experience that we had was the snack bar by the pool where we ordered lunch one day. Took over an hour to get the food, and when you want to get the most out of the sun and high UV that is not good enough. They also managed to make the salad with gluten twice even though we ordered it gluten free from the start. Everything else was very pleasant.

Loveliest hotel along this coastline, with the best ocean bay views. The hotel itselft is spotless with pklenty of staff to assist you. The food in the bay view restaurant was fab, especially the Majorcan themed night. Rooms are super large and spacious. Receptiotion staff are super helpful and friendly.
The town is a nice walk with bars and restaurants along the way. Plenty beaches nearby. The director/manager is easily approachable if needed.

Very nice suite hotel. We got upgraded there. Breakfast is really nice and every weekday has themed dinner for some extra money. It is super close to the beach cala lliteras for snorkeling and also close to a sand beach in cala Ratjada. We even had an evening performance of Tina Turner Tribute. Really nice.

One of the best holidays we have ever had! We went adult only for the first time and what a difference. Peaceful, relaxing and amazing food. The hotel was spotless and having two bathrooms was brilliant, as we had our 20 year old son and 25 year old daughter with us and definitely saved time… The staff were very helpful and friendly — but the two negatives were: The outside light was turned off at 11pm and as we enjoy playing cards at night it was inconvenient, especially as it was an adult only hotel. Another hour with the light on would have been good… Also when ordering drinks at dinner they could not be paid for there and then, but charged and paid for when we were checking out of the hotel, and it was an added expense at the end of our holiday… apart from these 2 things I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Excellent hotel with a great atmosphere, good food and friendly staff. The pools a good an very varied depending on what you like and very clean. We also never had to fight for a playe to lay down. Beach and retaurants are well withing walking distance. Well worth the money we paid. Loved our stay!

I have been coming to this hotel for the past 3 years now and every time it just gets better. All of the staff are amazing they are so friendly and very helpful if needed and you cannot fault it in anyway possible.
The location is central to beaches, shops and restaurants but really you don’t have to leave the hotel itself as it has 3 pools and there are always spaces and loungers available.
The food in the main lounge and the pool bar area is tasty and reasonably priced.
There is a very well equipped gym and also there is a spa too!
All the rooms/suites are of very good size (I have been in 3 different rooms over the years) very well kept and the beds are so comfortable. All in all I love this place and I most certainly will be returning and as a solo traveler in her late 50s I felt safe in and around the hotel area.

Wonderful hotel — 5 nights with my partner on our first holiday together. 3 pools and a glorious breakfast buffet. Incredibly quiet and peaceful hotel, this is definitely a spot for solo travellers or couples. Really clean showers, spa area and gym. 2 minute walk to the snorkelling lagoon and 10 minutes to the nearest sandy beach. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel. 3 pools. 10min walk to the beach. Nice food. Very clean and modern hotel with palm trees and bars.

The hotel is very well set out and there are three pools on site. The beaches are ten minutes and 15 minutes walk both of which are clean. The shops are a five minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were all amazing especially housekeeping. The alcohol is at a reasonable price and the in-house entertainment is ok.

I have stayed at Parque nereida a couple of times already and have enjoyed it every time. The hotel itself is in the perfect location with shops, bars and a lovely promenade within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and very clean and Ive had a pool view and a sea view and both were fantastic. All members of staff are amazing from reception to bar to housekeeping and to the manager of the hotel who likes to walk around and speak to the residents. The day activities and nightly entertainment are the best. There are always sun loungers available at all 3 pools.
All in all it’s one of the best hotels I have stayed at and as a solo traveler who travels a lot I felt very welcomed and safe.
I will definitely be going back in the very near future.

I am a single woman in my late 50s and I stayed here for a week and throughout my stay the staff were so warm and welcoming from reception to housekeeping to bar staff and it was also nice to see the general manager talking and interacting with the guests. The food was great, there was never a queue and there are plenty of sunloungers around the 3 pools there. The spa, the gym and also the extra classes such as aqua aerobics were fantastic. The night time entertainment was great and was played beside the outside bar and watching the sunsetting was beautiful. The hotel is just perfect the hallways to the rooms are the prettiest I’ve been too and I had a seaview room which was amazing and there was always a lovely scent as you enter the hotel and the location is just wonderful. There is a long promenade which takes you to a beach which takes 15 minutes but the walk is stunning. I loved my stay here so much that I have booked again to go back in 10 weeks time and I can’t wait. The majority of holiday makers were German but that didn’t bother me at all. I cannot say one single bad word about this hotel 10/10
