The rooms are very basic, but for the price you pay they are enough. They weren't really clean, though. There was other people's hair in the bathroom when we arrived. There's airconditioning and a fan. What bothered me most was that we only had one bedside table and one power outlet near the beds, so if we both wanted to charge our phones, someone had to use the outlet in the bathroom.
For the two occasions we talked to someone from the hotel the service was friendly, and we received what we asked for if we needed something.
In my opinion the location is not for everyone. There's an open air lounge bar with loud music next door. We were here in the beginning of July with not too many tourists yet, but the bar's music was just so loud (and bad). I was able to sleep, but with expensive tailored sleeping earplugs and on top of that noise cancelling headphones the bass was still audible.
Wouldn't recommend unless you're part of the partying crowd.
Rooms are dated but ok. Views are nice. It’s loud — the street noise can’t be helped but all through the night there is a loud noise when anyone flushes the toilet so I had bad sleep. I didn’t find the staff welcoming or available. I wouldn’t recommend do a solo female traveller it may be just my experience but I wouldn’t return.

Had a great stay during the solar eclipse week. View is amazing, good for watching a sunrise. AC works well. Restaurant downstairs also serves good food, should include a breakfast option!
