Flacalco Hotel & Apartments

Flacalco Petite garden hotels is a good four star hotel and is great value for money. He breakfast was very good, the pool and facilities were great, happy hour twice a day. The room was modern and the staff friendly. The gardens were cool and the position in town was central with a general store across the road.
On the negative side there was obviously no deep clean between us and the previous residents hair and sand in the shower and toilet. Our bed linen was not changed during our 13 day stay even with the info book at reception stating it would be changed every four days. The room noise during the night sounded like furniture being dragged around. Reception refused to print our boarding passes on the final day. Please rectify these as you really have a great hotel.

Great place, lovely atmosphere, room perfect. Close enough to the center for everything you need but just far enough to be quiet all day. Great breakfast Fantastic staff. Elena, Alejandro, Marisa, Gabriel, Ottman and the others always ready to help or suggest. We really enjoyed. Second time and we will return.

Just came home yesterday from a wonderful week in Cala Ratjada with my 15 year old daughter. The charming Flacalco hotel and its staff made the holiday complete. Very good location for both beaches and the centre but still quiet. Shops just around the corner and a wide range of opportunities to choose from atbreakfast (including whole grain bread). A beautiful garden with pools, and quiet zones with shade where you can relax and enjoy your coffee, book or drink. The staff was very observant and helpful. I hope to come back soon :)

The hotel is perfect, we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The reception staff are all so helpful with anything you need making the place a lot more welcoming than places I have stayed.
The bar staff and any other members of the team we came across were are all the same.
The hotel itself is spotless rooms are so big and everything you need for your stay.

The hotel is nice, at the reception the lady was really kind. They give you beach towels for a 20€ deposit/each. You can change the towels even every day, and you get back the deposit when you don’t need the towels anymore and give them back.
I would’ve been happy if they clean the room (just the floors) more, but after I asked them at the reception they did it, but not on their own. There’s so much sand from the beaches that you really need to swipe the floors every day I think.
We had breakfast, after 2 days it was a bit boring. They tried to mix it up but not so much, ended up eating the same every day for 6 days. The room was small, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. Overall, I think it’s a bit overpriced to the value.
BUT: it’s at the beat location! The beaches are really close, there’s parking space but if you want to go buy bus the bus stop is 2 mins!
I’d recommend the rooms with the kitchen.

We've been in the hotel for a week, we were there from a TUI. The hotel have 3 buildings, breakfasts were where the reception is and I think that this is the best looking building. Our room was located in the old 3rd building. We had an apartment with a kitchen.
Everything in the room was dirty from the beginning, we found even a lot of dust on the table as if it was never cleaned. On the floor there was a lot of spots of a white paint and the walls were dirty.
Apartment should be cleaned 6 days a week but we actually had a cleaning only 3 tumes during our stay and it was honestly even not a cleaning.
The beds were not changed even a single time, we even had to go to reception for clean towels because those were not changed as well.
The best thing in the hotel is the location, it is nearby coast, center and a shop but still in quite quiet street and. The food was good, each day it was similar, but always You can get something warm, sweet or something local.
Maybe rooms in newer buildings are better, but it might be a lottery.

I've stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my girlfriend.
Pros:
— The lobby and pool area are beautifully designed. It was a pleasure to sit in the lobby, relax at the bar, or play pool. The bar staff were nice and helpful.
— The breakfasts were satisfactory, with no complaints at all!
Cons:
— The rooms are not soundproof at all! We could hear everything our neighbors were doing, as well as the noise from the street.
— The staff's English proficiency was quite limited, making communication difficult at times.
— During our stay, there was an unfortunate incident involving some neighboring students. They were staying four people in a room meant for two and were extremely loud and disruptive at 4 am! They ran in the corridor, knocked on our door, and even jumped into the pool during closed hours. Although we complained to the night receptionist, his limited English skills hindered the resolution of the situation. The next day, the hotel didn't offer any compensation or solution, but upon our request, they agreed to move us to another room to avoid further incidents.
— In our room, the refrigerator and a shelf were broken.
— Additionally, the toilet seat in our room was cracked.
— After we checked-out and handed over the keys to receptionist and flew back home, the manager of the hotel contacted us and told us to pay for another night because he was not aware that we checked out. He said that our personal belongings were still in the room.

Absolutely amazing stay here, Can I say the bar tender serving us is an absolute credit to your bar!
Think his name was Walid, he was such a gent and made us feel welcome and nothing was a problem with me being fussy.
He made my children feel safe and welcome he played with them a little too which helped with their holiday. Having somewhere that actually cares for you and your family!
He's the sort of employee you need on your team 100%!

You made our stay so much easier and stress free with my children, nothing was to big of a problem as I'm fussy but he made sure everything was okay.
He really made our stay, He was so polite and kind to my family and welcomed us as soon as we walked in!
