This was one of our best hotel experiences in our 30+ years of travel. The service was spectacular. The room we had was incredible. The amenities at this property are perfect. The property is absolutely gorgeous! If they could improve two areas it would undoubtedly be one of the most sought after hotels in the world. First would be to clean their private beach! That could be a winning touch. In Playa del Carmen at the nicer resorts they clear a similar type of seaweed. The second would be to continue to elevate the restaurant. Don't get me wrong, it was very good. But they can be great! Overall a 5 star plus rating. I can't say enough about how great the staff were!
