Perfect hotel… great location… great staff… clean and well looked after… great food and pool areas! Can’t wait to return again! Highly recommend!

Great family hotel! Amazing breakfast.

What a suberb hotel. Returned yesterday already planning our next visit. Cannot speak highly enough of the restaurant manager and his waiting staff… wonderful and attention to detail superb. My 17 year old son celebrated his birthday there and what a fuss they made of him! Big shout out to Jason the chef. Who looked after my other son who has a life threatening nut allergy… Jason went above and beyond to make sure Daniel always had a dessert! The facilities all excellent and immaculate. The only thing I would say is there was very little for my sons to do age 11 and 17… perhaps if there was a games room for that age added… it would be perfect. Anyhow… can't wait to return. Wonderful staff always ready to provide advice and services of all kinds. Hotel family friendly, breakfast super and very clean. Wonderful location, center of Ratjada cove within walking distance, agulla cove and Mesquida cove very close. Everything perfect.

We were wery happy to stay here with my wife and two kids (5years and 7months). Kids friendly hotel where also parrents can relax. Clean and modern look. Great food at the gala-dinner. Beach is little bit far from the hotel (15min. ). Friendly staff. Shopping and pharmacy nearby. I recommend the hotel a lot.

We recently stayed in this beautiful hotel and were delighted with our stay. The hotel was spotless, the staff were outstanding especially in the bar, kids club and restaurant! Nothing was to much bother they went out of their way to ensure my two kids had food they liked, they enjoyed themselves and that they were treated with the upmost respect! The food in the hotel was first class and the staff in the restaurant were so helpful! The pool areas were well maintained and saf…e for the kids never overcrowded and it was always easy to get a sun lounger! The rooms were well furnished and very clean. The local area had some great beaches close by, good shops and restaurants within walking distance. The local area is beautiful and quiet not overcrowded by loud tourists. We had an outstanding experience for or first family holiday we did not want to come home. Definitely cannot thank the staff enough! We cannot wait to return.

A truly lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly, the food was fantastic, the pool was clean and never overcrowded. The room was large, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, clean and well appointed. My only criticism, and not one to rate less for, was that our balcony waa at the same height as the dinning area leading to a lack of privacy at meal times.

The Hotel was great, eating great clean Hotel very accommodating Staff. You can recover well there. Driving there again.

Again wonderful days spent at Turo Pins. As always everything absolutely clean: the whole facility, the premises.
Nowhere do I meet more polite, attentive hotel staff from the boss to the reception, the staff and the cleaning staff. The patience and kindness towards annoying guests can be admired.
We will definitely be back.

Great hotel and great service. As mentioned here more often, the hotel is also visited and recommended by many families. We also travelled with two small children.
Rooms: The suites are large enough, the bathroom is a matter of taste, very open. Renovated and very nice.
Food: Food is very good, freshly prepared, desserts very good. Lunch I would because of the choice where different.
Location: Location is OK, CA 1km to Cala Agulla, with children already laborious, otherwise OK. One is also fast in the place.
Cleanliness: Top service: Top, we were in September and all were very friendly and helpful conclusion: I can highly recommend the hotel, there are not many alternatives to these on Cala Ratjada. There may be some families with children in the hotel but I have never noticed that they are noisy or somehow. The children sit at the table and are taken to dinner with the parents.
The hotel is top for both families, couples, singles.

Great hotel with lovely and ever helpful staff, rooms well sized with all the expected amenities. Good food buffets for breakfast and dinner, have stayed before and will be staying again!

Today is our last day, we were originally placed in A block which was noisy and no doubt fine for most people, but with children who love early nights (before 10) we asked to move and were moved straight away to room B005. There are always beds by pool, at any time of day.
Food fantastic and all staff are amazing. As a single mum on holiday with 2 daughters I feel so comfortable here and will most definitely return.
Pepe in the restaurant is amazing with kids and Biel on reception will go far! After a small problem with the hotel chains waterpark, Victor the Director has made us feel special and rectified the problem over and above what I expected.
After working years in the hotel industry myself (before children) I would say to people, if something is wrong, tell someone as the hotel cannot help if they do not know!

Find it quite hard to believe this is a 5 star resort. Haven't received anything close to good service. We arrived very late and with two small children I would expect someone to have helped up to our room with all our bags, but we were basically just given our key and told good night. There was never any space by the pool. One morning I asked for towels and the answer I received was 'no'. No explanation, or apology… My son got his foot caught in the revolving doors right by reception and no staff even bat an eyelid as he was screaming. After coming back late one night the air con in our room was broken. Again the staff were very unhelpful and said there was nothing to be done. It's an ok place but not what you expect from a 5 star. Some staff are kind and friendly but most seem uninterested in giving good service. I wouldn't stay here again, certainly not for the money we paid. Far far better places to stay.

Excellent hotel. Spacious and clean suite, food is delicious (we loved the possibility to eat outside) and staff very friendly, At walking distance to beaches and town center. Never got the feeling the hotel is crowded although almost all suites were occupied. Room for improvement : kids club and evening entertainment. We missed some games to play in the evening, such as a billiards table or table football.

Perfect place to chill out and have a quiet vacation. Nice food, friendly staff. Very impressive.

Was here in the first week of the new season, when the hotel was still pretty empty. Good location within walking distance of the beach. Food was absolutely fantastic and service was great too.
