It is beautiful clean excellent staff and the deputy director Vicenta wonderful a great stay I will come back thanks to everyone.

Only been here one night but everything is perfect. Food delicious, staff wonderful, room lovely.

Beautiful Hotel and very well located, the rooms are modern and well-aligned and very clean, very nice and friendly staff, here you could relax well.

We were now there and must say it has been a good experience… the food is great right taste simply delicious. The room was small, but completely sufficient, in the view directly to the sea fantastic, the location to the beach a few minutes walk to the city a few minutes ' walk. The Service is friendly and competent. We come very gladly again… The light was in many areas very bright, should dim… especially in the bar area… a few candles on the tables in the evening in the Bar and terraces of the area would be my recommendation…

Very good quiet Hotel! Just right for the small family, a couple, but also celebration willing to during the day, have your rest and in the Evening, the Hotspots quickly you want to reach! The only thing I have to criticize,
the fried lunch of fish and meat on a plate! For reasons of Hygiene and consideration with guests the A fish Allergy, you should have this refrain, especially when 2 griddles are available! This is really a drawback for Allergy sufferers like me who will then need to steer clear of meat!

Very great hotel for adults.
The only to complain about are the outrageously rioting cleaning ladies. The MUST get better. There was no thought of sleeping out. The beds were not pushed against the wall, but crashed.
I know it's not easy and the time pressure may be great, but other hotels make THAT better.
Great staff, clean rooms and attractive ambience. I'll be back, but I really hope to be able to sleep out.

Fatal. In which hotel is the Buffet empty? There's nothing at all, unbelievable. Better not to speak it is a 4 star hotel and one could be directly removed. Hair in the shower on the first day. Views of nothing, a floor/roof we don't even know what it is. Too bad. I don't recommend it.

We had a really nice holiday.
Our room with side sea view fully met our expectations. The air conditioning also made it very pleasant.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was satisfied with the choice and quality of the food except for the juice at breakfast.
Since there are no guests under 18 in the house we spent a lot of time by the pool and were able to recover well.
At the hotel is located in the direction of the sea rocks, from which you can see the sunrise great.
Way to the sandy beach 10 and to shopping also 10 minutes

Nice hotel, close to the bay Cala Agulla. Wonderful pool, nice working staff and good food. We only booked breakfast but it was no problem at all to also have dinner for only 12€, without pre-order. Only little criticism was the variety of food at the buffet at breakfast.

Great view. Bad cleaning. Need updates here and there. One week and not even once has the sheets been changed. Yeah we've marked our sheets.

Stayed for 4 night and it was the perfect location beautiful view and really friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy the pool was great and there was bar at the pool so could get drinks. Just a two minute walk to the beach and the shops, restaurants and bars where all really close by. We had forgot to book a bus to the airport for on the way back but the staff in the hotel where really nice and booked it for us. Also they had a tour guide person that helped you book any activity and we mange’s to get a tour bus to the caves in Porto Cristo it was an amazing day out. Would definitely come back again but for a longer stay.

Reasonable hotel clean rooms nice pool. Breakfast was ok. The Sandy beach is approx 3/4 of a mile away. Sadly the floors are wooden in the rooms which transmits any sound very well also all the doors are on closers which slam them shut very annoying at night.

Just great the hotel! Especially the Mari who is responsible for the coffee bar in the morning! Very nice!

My stay was great, the attention of both the waiters and all the staff is splendid. Maybe a lot of heat in the rooms, the air was not going very well. Good food but no great variety at dinners; Yes, homemade desserts and very varied.

Absolutely recommended, clean elegant and cared for both indoors and outdoors, the Sea view room was a turning point for my stay, also the kitchen is excellent and suitable for all nationalities, ate well for the whole week. Nice and helpful Staff To return.

We were there in May, beautiful hotel, had a great room with side views to the sea/diving bay. Except for small things in the room cleaning (dirt in the corners) we were satisfied. Great, very nice and courteous staff. You can only recommend.

Great hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was very small. The hotel is big though I think a bit dated. The rooms are fine, with large terrace and a spacious bathroom. The free buffet is very varied and you can hardly get hungry at dinner or at breakfast. It is highly recommended.

More environmentally friendly Hotel for foreigners in a good area and with a very nice cove, we had problems the first day with the air conditioning, at reception the Lord who was attending at night, very unpleasant told us we could not do anything and we aguantáramos until the day sig row, they fixed it in the morning and from there all very well, buffet quite better food schedules too fair and end very soon, also if you do not hire the all inclusive you have to pay the drinks at meals and dinners, a little takes money… and the ATE A little and lots of gravy and dessert, that if the bartenders are great! Especially Mari, so glad, the room good… some deficiencies, the poorly designed shower, all the bathroom is full of water, cleanliness quite well although a bit sloppy, gives the feeling that they are going in a hurry, in short, value for money pretty well, it is better not to bring beach towel-pool, leaving a deposit of €10 you get one, and if you need to change it only costs €1.

If you want to rest is not the right place! It's 3:00.52 at night and they don't let us rest, a lot of people in the hallways and stairs. The cleanliness was not the one we expected. And we have also asked in the reserve to gather the beds, I called to corroborate it and even so I confirmed by call Peró surprise! In the room we found two separate single beds. Oh and the restaurant we went to take a look at and have very little to choose from! Not recommended! We will not return!

Clean, friendly, nice room with balcony. Heating and air conditioning only available if the hotel deems it useful. Not early May 2018, anyway, regardless of temperatures. Dining room has canteen character, but is very clean and versatile. I would still eat outside due to the noise level and the choice (is cheaper and more in line with my ideas). I can imagine the repetition, but only without food and when the air conditioning is not only advertised but also available. More beautiful, by the way, would also be if I didn't have to hear the neighbor snore — that, the one in the side room.

We were there for 1. Time in Mallorca and thus also for the first time in this Beautiful Hotel. We have in this, the location and the class immediately fell in love. For us in the future, our first choice of hotel in Mallorca. The staff is very very friendly and even though we have no children yet, could you tell these were considered very good, and all that stuff. Really shows you can mood, lifting the staff in the dining room, always a spell on the lips and well. In General, however, the whole staff was super friendly. To the location, not much to say … it is FANTASTICALLY better, it's not a Few minutes to Stand, in the city, the port, and anywhere where something is going, it goes quickly. The view from the Pool is gigantic. The rooms are very nicely decorated and also well maintained, we were really satisfied. We still have 2 days which we enjoyed to the full and can only. Mallorca say is with 27 °C even in October still Top We had wonderful days and this will come if Mallorca is our goal to THB Cala Literas. Thank you for the great time.

The hotel has come a long time and unfortunately it has not earned the fourth star. No animation during. At the pool bar you can not even order a snack from the kitchen, nor do you get a cocktail at the pool bar.

Quiet holiday structure that needs very welcoming personal maintenance.

Good hotel situated with a lovely view and very close to local shops and bars. Rooms were not of a great size but were clean. Food was good for an all inclusive in spain and staff in both the restaurant and reception were polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend it. My only negative about the hotel were the guys who worked the pool bar, found them unhelp and quite rude.

Shortage of staff, lack of variety in the buffet, they were repeated a lot in the meals, not setting the table when you eat, it is more, we had to serve the covered and the vessels, ourselves, only one elevator for all, which only went up a stretch and the rest of the floors with the other… ancient State of the interior, the access windows to the terrace were rusty, a small bathroom, the area surrounding the swimming pool dirty, all the trash, cups, taper were lying in the grass, not the machine worked to refresh the juices, there was no coca cola, lack of information of all included… Etc, etc…

Got a great half board deal. The location of the hotel is superb. Room was very nice and struck it lucky with a sea view. TBH I'm not really a hotel person, don't like to be restricted with food times and I'm vegan but thought I'd give it a go because of the price, ended up eating lots of salad, fruit, veggies and chips. Fresh bread and coffee in the morning. It's a very German-centric hotel, didn't hear another British accent and all the friendly staff seem to speak German, but I never had any issues. Pool deck is great, public areas fine. My only real gripe was that the Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable. But it wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

A good hotel with a good view to the beach. The rooms were kept in a good order. The only reason I am giving this hotel 2 stars is due to the unprofessional staff. Especially the staff at the bar was totally unmotivated and not thankful.

Very comfortable, clean rooms and great food.

We were on team ride here. For a such an occasion, rarely in the hotel and eat frequently outside, this hotel is super. For a really rather unsuitable pool days therefore 3 star holiday.

Right Hotel, with beautiful views of the bay. The cleaning of the common areas is pretty good, but the rooms should be improved, as well as the maintenance of the furniture of the same. The kitchen of the hotel very loose. A lot of friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff in general. Very quiet.

It is beautiful and has a good service but by the look of it is not so nice.

I made holiday last summer in the season with two friends at this hotel (2 weeks) and it has super helpful! The location is excellent: for young people like us was important very quickly in the Centre, where the clubs, bars etc are and was the case. The walking distance from the Centre was ca 10 minutes and at the port were already at 5-7. Nevertheless, the hotel is not miiiiten in the hustle and bustle, if you want to have his rest time, it is not so noisy or something. Furthermore, the hotel complex was very nice: the hotel includes three buildings and a large sun terrace with plenty of loungers, tables, billiards and pool. The food was also great: at breakfast, both at dinner there is always a delicious choice and the staff (and the owner) was nice! The rooms though relatively small but clean and with a balcony. Overall, one can say that everything was great: food and staff, as well as the system itself and also the location was perfect! (And pool etc were clean! ).

I was last summer with two girlfriends in the high season the hotel Lliteras and it super we liked! We are very young, 18 years, and it was perfect for us! Located very close to the Centre of Cala Ratjada and still could be heard, if you wanted to have peace, nothing, because it is not directly in the Centre, where the clubs etc. And the way to the clubs still only 10 minutes. Friendly staff, suuper, just like the owner of (a very nice couple), the hotel has a really nice pool with terrace with deck chairs, tables etc and also the food was always tasty, appetizing and very versatile! And also the visitors of the hotel were versatile: it scchien suitable for families (because as I said is not right in the Center), as well as for us adolescents or young adults, because everything quickly is to reach on foot and there is also a bar in the hotel. Overall the hotel liked super and we had nothing! :).

The hotel was really good :) literas service was class-especially the bartender: D food that tasted delicious room was good! We didn't have anything to bitch :) but it's nothing special for a family with children young people are loud and turn up the music! so nothing for weak nerves: P.

Were rented a place at Lliteras and were very amazed what an official star has to offer yet. Our room was very clean and tidy, breakfast for my claims 1a, and the service and the owners very friendly! It every wish was read formally one of the lips when it came to get served a drink by the pool. We will relax there once this year in any case in October and I'm now already huge on it! PS: I've seen hotels on the island at the entrance to three stars had them but were not even worthy to wear! Until soon bast in Katha.

This is exactly the right accommodation for an enjoyable holiday, something better does not exist and I'm a lot of fun of all present Sabine since 18 years after Malle (including 12 years in this hotel), super price — / performance ratio, super friendly.

Single woman with two girlfriends. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly. For the money we paid, we were very satisfied. Had a lovely room with super views of the pool area and the sea directly behind it. From the sandy beach, you must run however about 15 minutes what is also no problem. At the resort, it is in itself rather quiet, if it is then in the town (10 min walk) all bars and clubs are directly in the life of the party.
The cocktails are well mixed for the reasonable prices.
The audience is very young. Average age ca 23 years.
