Great level of the rooms, garden and common spaces. The staff were friendly and ready. Breakfast ok, minus dinner with excessive tendency to German food, local and Spanish products, pasta and pizza, jamon serrano and more are still available. Proximity to the beautiful agulla cove.

Very good experiences made with the hotel. Was a nice and unfortunately also too short stay.
The whole package has been tuned, great food and super nice & dear waiters, who despite all the work, always made a nice and polite, helpful impression. The pool division, was not bad, so one had his retreat possibility. By and large, I would continue to recommend the hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel consisting of several buildings. The houses are finely prepared and easily accessible. The beach and the towns with shops are within walking distance. Generally a nice hotel with great rooms and nice staff. What I noticed negatively:
— The hotel is very noisy. At least Building 9. When a person enters the hotel at night and the door hits, that could be heard in the room.
— Breakfast and dinner are good. However, staff have generally had problems labelling allergens. And also on demand, there seemed to be uncertainty, so I resorted to safe food. It seemed to me that the staff did not understand the problem with the contamination, or whether it understood the problem with the contamination. Did not take seriously. Also, the signs for the food were usually incorrect or outdated or outdated. Evoted from older menus.

Too loud at night. Doors slam too loudly. Music noise. Noise from gardening and mechanics early in the morning. Wellness reportedly closed for repair.

The hotel is clean, not too big and welcoming. The food is very varied and the staff very friendly. The rooms are also clean. Everything fits. You feel comfortable.

Nice hotel facility, indoor area of the "canteen" very noisy, but entertaining and tasty and varied dishes are offered, service staff afloat and very attentive, always Himfbereit with questions. Room clean nice small balconies we had very nice days, only drawback are the at least 15 minutes to the beaches.

Very nice hotel with nice staff, good food, clean rooms, spa, fitness room, pools, animation, childcare, etc. We were there in July 2017 and very satisfied. Also in high season we always found a place by the pool. We would return at any time!

We stayed for two with half board in the hotel and was very satisfied with the accommodation and food. Our room was relatively non-standard but price/performance fit. It is always enough to spend the night and a little nap.
The animation program is very nice, but not annoying, if you want to have a rest at the pool the beach is a few minutes away, but also the party miles.
All in all a well maintained hotel, with Freudlichem staff, where you can decide if you would like to have it quiet or noisy, on vacation.

Great place to take a vacation. With the best hotel in Cala Ratjada. Was already 6 times in Gala Ratjada but that was for me the best hotel.

Rooms / apartments are very nice, spacious and clean. Food offer and quality at the three restaurants is above average.

Perfect location, all speak german, so no communication problems. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds not too soft or located through. Breakfast and dinner with a huge variety of choice. The dish is sometimes still wet, it will immediately remedied. We feel very well and would visit this hotel again.

For me not to understand how these positive reviews come about!
Although the hotel is very well maintained, it was the worst stay for years.
-The food is mostly really bad and sometimes really disgusting. To fart dry scrambled eggs out of the bucket and evening tons of canned food (mushrooms, beans and tomato mush) as well as taste-free flour BAPP lasagna and dry, hard meat or ertränkter in white sauces and not identifiable fish was slimy cured Bacon for breakfast, not fried, but in thick layers only in the oven.
-Although as I said the system is pretty neat and clean, it is hard to enjoy because it is everywhere very loud. Music runs continuously and it booming the heat exchanger on the roofs.
Also in the restaurant I Youth Hostel atmosphere is very loud. Any absorbing elements so that one must yell at himself. That but hardly notice because the partly very annoyed staff tables away roars.
-The sauna is a 50 degree disaster with a small swimming pool, where water polo is played throughout the day.
-Rounded off was my day, where I wanted to abandon the very love morning and actually not going back, but rather somewhere else tasty food wanted to go with a drinking game-bingo-evening in the loading variants Hall in the third-rate musical performances during table tennis can be played.

Beautiful resort, good restaurant, rich selection. Apartment clean, maintained and top equipped with 2 balconies. Good location close to the beaches and shopping — and entertainment possibilities. Completely satisfied.

Completely satisfied! The food is absolutely perfect. Restaurant quality! The service could slightly faster, aer nice and friendly are all easier. Rooms are also large clean ud. If not so hot would be I'd book directly again…

To be a 3 star you can not ask for more, is perfect. Modern rooms, very good attention, and variety of food.

They have a new pool for children surrounded by comfortable and spacious lounges type bali beds.
