When we arrived, the bathroom door was missing and there were big mold stains in the bathroom. Since the manager said the hotel was overbooked, he could not offer us an alternative.
The mould was then wiped off by a technician and rolled over with paint. After a few days, the mold came through again. (see pictures)
The manager promised every day that the bathroom door would come in every day — we didn't have a bathroom door until the end. In addition, we should constantly keep the climate running, despite a dangerous lung disease that we have pointed out to him, in order to avoid mould formation.
The Hotel Manger tried to take responsibility every day. The best thing, however, was that he already knew everything and even openly said that our room was not the only one with the problem.
According to him, nothing was free in the hotels in the area and you couldn't rebook us until I proved him the opposite by looking for free hotels. These were, of course, so spontaneously more expensive. Suddenly he was able to get us another room in a friendly hotel. We didn't want to get any extra costs on us in writing, which met with great resistance and against the return he wanted to write it only in Spanish although it spoke very good German.
➜ Newly built hotel near the beach with very nice roof terrace, with pool and bar. The double room was a bit small but nicely decorated. The cleaning lady could have cleaned better, otherwise everything was Okey and the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also very tasty (you could order to eat from the kitchen such as omelette, crepes or bacon). Overall, I recommend the hotel.
