Visited friends that were staying there, beautiful villas and lovely complex.

An absolutely fabulous place. We stayed in a villa which was huge, had a pool and garden area. Cleaners came every other day, the pool was cleaned every day and the staff could not have been more helpful. The villa had a tablet to communicate with reception and they were very responsive. Breakfast was good but the one time we tried the restaurant for an evening meal there was only one option for us as vegetarians. Definately a five star experience. The walk to the shop and beach was fine but steep on the way back.

We've been for the fourth time, but I don't think we'll come back. The facilities are due to a lack of major maintenance: the exterior wood of the pool without sanding or varnishing, the umbrella completely shattered, all the hands of the loose doors (starting with that of the main door), the cistern of one of wcs failing two out of every three times we used it, one of the glassless bedside tables.

It's a shame because we had taken care of the villas and the staff, which is scanting, but it seems to be a structural problem. It would not be too much to invest a little in renovating the crockery, cutlery, armchairs and part of the furniture, without changing the style, but recognizing that obsolescence is passing them a considerable bill.

All this coupled with that it was the first time we had to pay for the full stay one month in advance of check-in, when it had always been on arrival. It may be due to problems with some customers, but we have to discriminate and distinguish some cases from others, even more so when the customer repeats "for the fourth time" with the great offer and variety that is on the island.

Beautiful suite. So big and really nicely decorated and well kitted out with appliances. The large private pool was fab. A key for me is a nice bed and pillows and it had that. All staff were friendly, particularly at breakfast. My only issue was the Wi-Fi which was very poor. In this day and age, you need better internet access. However, it wouldn’t stop me going back or recommending the place.

Beautiful clean villas, staff polite and helpful, food too good. I would love to live here but only 1 english channel on TV. Free Wi-Fi of 3gigabyte per day.

Absolutely beautiful place! Staff are very helpful and are always on hand if you need anything. The villa we stayed in was amazing would definitely recommend!

Very good facility which consists almost exclusively of larger houses with private pool. Breakfast in the restaurant Arena, a second local of Senor Leon, who also runs nearby El Toro with his son.

Loved this place, we had a villa with private pool and it was wonderful! The staff I saw were friendly too. My only issue is that the faux cobbles on the walk to breakfast aren't great to walk on with a crutch but I appreciate I was a rarity.

Amazing Villas! Very clean and well kept, the breakfast and meals are unbelievable! The staff are very welcoming and helpful… I cant recommend highly enough.

Alondra Villas and peripheral compared to Puerto del Carmen, this in our opinion was an advantage, the place is very quiet unlike the downtown.
However, by car it takes 10 minutes to get to the Avenida Las Palmas.
The villa was really nice and the spaces available are ample, all with excellent finishes and attention to detail.
It enjoys total privacy inside and also outside in the pool area.
The facilities of the case are at the highest levels with every type of comfort.
The house is spotless,
Daily passes the staff to up both the house and the pool.
The router that is allocated for Wi-Fi on arrival, in addition to running very well is transportable throughout the island, having so a Wi-Fi throughout the island is this is great.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Ending a fantastic place!

Great private villa/suite to an excellent standard in gated grounds. Private walled garden and own private heated pool, (ask prior to arrival for heated pool €100). Quiet, but close to amenities in the Old Town, which is 7 mins walk away to Supermarket, Pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
It's approx €5 by taxi to "Main Strip" and all that Porta del Carmen has to offer. Great nightlife and entertainment. Breakfast, which is included, was excellent, with plenty of choice and in a nice setting by the communal pool. We ate on the first night at the on site Restaurant, and the quality was very good. Good Wi-Fi reception. Maids and ground staff unobtrusive, with cleaning most days if required, or "Do Not Disturb". Your choice! Would highly recommend. We will be back.

Very spacious chic furnished ambiance. Total seclusion from other guests. The suites are all equipped with everything else you might need. Those who seek peace are well served here. Service was very good and attentive. Walking distance to the beach (about 1km). Ideal starting point for cycling tours.

The villa was amazing. Everything we hoped for. The pool was cleaned on numerous occasions and the cleaners called daily to see if we wanted fresh towels sheets etc. The staff were lovely and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. We would love to return here again. Definitely recommend Alondra Villas & Suites for a perfect place to stay.

Beautiful luxurious villa, lovely relaxing hamam and garden, professional masseuse and nice breakfast. With the villa comes a Samsung tablet with tourist — and facility information, navigation and Wi-Fi all over the island (hotspot on tablet).

Its a bit of a long walk to the beach but a lovely location. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Large villa with 3 rooms, housing at least 5. Fully furnished with white appliances.

Clean and well presented complex of villas and the breakfast was fantastic, some of the villas looking a little bit tired and in needing updating and missing a golden opportunity by not having a bar near the pool.

Villa was perfect and well equipped. Very clean with maid service nearly every day if required. Breakfast option recommended.
