Great place to stay near every thing and great value and fantastic views.

We stayed at the Agua Marina in September last year for my special birthday. Our accommodation was a lovely 2 bed apartment which was spacious & clean with stunning views overlooking the harbour. The location is like a little piece of paradise, so quiet & beautiful. There is a pool / pool bar which served lovely cocktails but there is also a quiet terrace if you want some privacy to sunbathe with a fabulous outlook of the harbour. Staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, they weren’t in your face but if you needed anything there was someone available to help. I’d absolutely love to come back and stay again the the future. I’d highly recommend Agua Marina to anyone who is looking for a beautiful quiet spot to stay.

Residence of 25 units with concierge, swimming pool, common areas with loungers and umbrellas, cafeteria bar, laundry service. Great location a short walk from the marina and the surrounding area, full of restaurants and clubs and pleasant streets for an evening walk. Apartment 305 is spacious, with a large bathroom, equipped with every comfort, with a covered terrace and complete with whitewash, coffee table and 3 chairs. The entrance is independent and adjacent to a large communal terrace with loungers and umbrellas. The view of the marina and the ocean is gorgeous, perfect for a pleasant breakfast on the terrace, for an aperitif or even just for a moment of relaxation. Almost every day the apartment is slightly tidied up. At the reception we met Estefania and Anton, very nice, very helpful and really pleasant. They gave us many directions on how to visit the island and how to experience the neighborhood. Puerto del Carmen is a great starting point for visiting the entire island, but it's also great for the presence of restaurants and the cute Playa Chica, small, rocky, calm and clear waters, perfect for snorkeling.
Just a report, which to us was not clear: the reception is open from 9am. 00 to 21:00, but is closed between 14:30 and 15:30. We weren't notified and of course we arrived at 14:45… :-)

These guys are awesome. Staff is great. Decent facilities and a great view of the harbour. It's also close to the beach/strip (Only 12 mins walk) Lots of great resturants nearby aswell. FYI We had a break in during our stay. All I can say is always, always, lock the balcony even when you are going to bed. It's important. Just in case keep all personal items in a safe place.

Perfect situated place with beautiful view over the harbour and the Atlantic. Very friendly staff and helpful. Cleaning nearly every day and asked for extra towels no problem. Unfortunately it was very loud from several pubs in the near til 03:30 by night. Nice restaurants in the near and supermarkets too. Next booking would be in winter period. Wi-Fi could be faster and TV over IP. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

I could not have been happier with my stay at these apartments. I even lost my phone here and I'm still delighted with them. Clean, comfortable, in a beautiful spot. The apartments are nicely decorated and the staff are top-notch friendly and helpful. Our go-to when visiting the island.

Very clean and friendly facility. Wonderful location in old town with fantastic views of Harbour.

My partner and I stayed nearly a week there and we had no problems what so ever. Staff is nice and willing to go beyond to help. Location is good if you want to stay somewhere where is quiet during the evening but also still be able to get to places during the day; that is your place. We did have a rent a car and always managed to find a parking space nearby (in December)

Recommended. We had to leave the room at 12. Our flight was at 21 pm so we were offered another room without extra cost. Good location, great staff.

Agua Marina is a fantastic complex the apartments are clean spacious and so well cared for. The staff are polite and helpful, we had room 301, the view was fantastic, I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful blue and white apartments, near Marina but far from horrible tacky beach of Puerto del Carmen. We had street view but could see the sea. Balcony great for sunbathing. Very quiet because it's at the end of the street.

If you age under 35 avoid this place it's far from everywhere no drinking water available wi fi is £30 per week and Internet is really slow can't get much of it there is no double bed for couples its 2single bed next to each other and keep moving no chance sleep well you best book in Santa Cruz or puerto de la cruz any way at the end it cost the same so in general it's boring and not worth the money I wish I could write better but it's the reality.

We had a fabulous time in sept 2014 view was to die for apartment sufficient beds comfy. Staff very helpful. We went on boat trips to other islands which was brilliant. A great holiday all round would go again. Oh and the view from our apartment on top floor WOW… would stay there again thankyou.

Stayed here in August for 2 weeks, the apts are located in a lovely spot overlooking the harbour. All the staff were very friendly and Estefania on reception is helpful she told us some lovely places to visit in the car and where to eat. We would not hesitate in staying here again. Sea view room was great sat hours on balcony just watching the world go by beautiful!

We like the peace and calm of the apartments, excellent location and views, very accessible management helping you with whatever problem you might have. Would recommend.
