Amazing view lovely service look forward to the bigger fariones to open.

One bedroom suite were very spacious, modern and very clean. A balcony with a sea view. We love our stay here. Will be back.

Stayed here numerous times and just back from another visit. We did have to change rooms due to an in-room problem and the reception staff were great and we ended up in one of the refurbished premier rooms which was lovely.

We are now back home and I must say nice clean Hotel, recommendable, friendly staff, although often at the dinner, the staff was not overwhelmed, because the communication was good. Some understood no English … unfortunately, even though a lot of German tourists were there! With Google Translator it's not (I was always…, all In All it was a nice vacation… BUT I have a lot to complain about…, TV was German channels), Wi-Fi reception is very bad, so if you need everything, then it is ok, AND it will be at Night 3.00 o'clock with towels u d occupied by early 7.00 are observed (by accident) all of the Loungers by the Pool, then too occupied or busy … of course we have then the 4. Day also early in the morning before 7.00 not already … We will find this but OK… you should then let the cleaning personsl do its job before you can prove the Lie by the Pool with towels. We have experienced in any Hotel! You should think about that! It was a beautiful holiday ♀love it.

Lovely surroundings outoor pool area. Rooms v comfortable although disappointed no air-conditioning in bedroom.
Welcomed nicely on arrival with a glass of bubbly but that was only communication or acknowledgenment from staff members. No communication or welcome at breakfast. Staff seemed overworked.

Lovely rooms and service. Had complimentary cakes and bottle of cava on I’m birthday.

There is so much to recommend about this hotel the courteous friendly staff from reception to the pool bar to the diligence of the cleaners who work tirelessly the amazing views the large suites that provides everything you could need the beach the lovely food the location of the hotel to the nearby bars and restaurants … finally the accommodating weather which was just glorious we just cannot wait to come again next year thank you to everyone at the Suite Fariones for making this such a memorable holiday.

Perfect hotel & location… We just got back from our amazing vacation. We stayed for one week. We got champange as a welcome gift and we had a beautiful room with ocean view. The room was lovely, very clean and modern! Also cleaned everyday. Extremely friendly staff, great entertainment team and so much (too much) choice for breakfast! We loved it. A supermarket on the second floor of the hotel and with one step we were at the beach. A few steps to the restaurants and shops. Such a good location! We also liked the pool table by the pool a lot, did it almost every night after dinner. Didn’t want to go home. It was our first time here and we would love to return.

Had a wonderful time July 13 to 20 2019 The hotel is amazing — the staff are fantastic — the breakfast is fabulous such a choice — brilliant location — was sad to leave. A special mention to LENA one of the hotel animation team — what a fantastic friendly lady — Lena really made our holiday — Thank you Lena and Suite Hotel Fariones.

Food was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and views stunning. Short walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Would stay here again.

Very clean, staff very friendly. It was my birthday too and when we returned to our room champagne and handmade chocolates very nice.
The evening meals we thought was a mish mash of dishes but nothing special.
The hotel is in a great spot, on the strip near to bars and restaurants also the local buses are great and are always regular.
Would recommend this hotel on the whole.

Arrived yesterday, Friday the 5th of April, hotel is excellent, staff friendly and helpful, food also great. So far so good.

Stayed here for two weeks from 13th Sept, found it as usual, very clean, friendly staff, quite without being dead, pool and beach soo handy, central to the old town and the strip,, yep I will be going back.

Beautiful hotel. Right on the beach. Some building work going on at the moment. But it is almost complete so very little disturbance. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Very good experience. Staff amebilisimo. They solve needs almost instantly. It is in a perfect, central area. You leave the pool and you're on the beach, 2 seconds. You could use a facelift. Highly recommended.

There are a few small but significant things that set apart a hotel from the rest. My girlfriend and I spent our vacation here. On her birthday, we were surprised as we came back to our room. On the table, there was a nice card, wine and pralines. A special word about the Animation team: this is a young and enthusiastic group of people doing a great job. Not to forget the cleaning staff who tirelessly work around the entire hotel and make sure things stay squeaky clean. A clear recommendation.

We did not stay here but enjoyed the entertainment they had on most nights. The kids club was especially brilliant as my 5 year old could not get enough of it. Staff there were very nice and polite.

The hotel is currently being rebuilt and is only recommended as a restricted destination. In the past we were very happy with the hotel.

Nice place, our second time here with a young child. Spacious area leading into the rooms that makes it quiet and naturally cool. AC is in the living area but not the bedroom, it can get hot at night and not all rooms have ceiling fans. Breakfast is good, only tried the dinner once and it was nice, good for Lanzarote.

We've been staying here for almost 20 years. The best location in Puerto del Carmen now that it's sister the Hotel Fariones is closed for total rebuild. It's rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard. Very clean and comfortable. Great views over the beach and ocean. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Ideal location — currently unfortunately construction site in the hotel and neighbouring hotel — therefore more geeognet for holidaymakers who often make day trips or are on the beach during the day and not by the pool — breakfast super — Room 4 star standard with plenty of space and little charm.

Arrived very late on Sunday night have been delayed many hours first impressions hotel amazing and to be greeted by a smiling face at reception was lovely as my husband and I were shattered checkin easy proceeded to our suite fab overlooks pool and beach. The staff are great. Breakfast is excellent having only been here three out of our seven days I wished it were longer. Personally I would recommend this hotel as everything we wanted and more.

1st time to stay here. Staying on bed and breakfast basis. Celebrating my 70th birthday. Lovely room overlooking the sea and the swimming pool. Breakfast is lovely. Carvery theme. Self serve. Only minus getting own tea and coffee as breakfast gets cold. It was my birthday as stated and a bottle of Cava delivered to the room with the compliments of the management. What lovely touch. We shall definitely return. Thank you so much.

Really nice locations, next to an amazing beach. Room are quite confortable and the service is excellent.

Great location and facilities. Comfortable suites with all you could need… only lost 1 star because the bar staff (main bar) could have been more approachable but then with so many places to eat/drink just outside the hotel there's really no need to stay in.

Just returned after a week with 6 others. Hotel in excellent location and very clean, and accommodation spacious and great ocean and pool view, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of my party left her bag on transfer coach and they did everything they could to get it back. It was also my birthday whilst there and they wished me happy birthday and left a bottle of champagne in our room with some tasty treats. Highly recommend ir.

We have just returned home today after spending a week here. The suites are brilliant, comfortable and spacious. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, couldn't have been better. Breakfast brilliant, plenty of choice. Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Our rooms were kept very clean. My hubby celebrated a birthday whilst there, he told no one, but when we returned to our room after lunch, there was a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket and a plate of handmade chocolates. The sun beds are usually booked by about 8am with people putting their towels on, but never actually arriving to use them until the afternoon, this is not just a problem for this hotel, it seems to be the norm these days. We would stay at this hotel again.

Stunning hotel. I couldn't rate it highly enough. Very relaxing. We are staying half board and the food is beautifully presented and choices for all. Very good catering for allergies. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is any trouble to them.

Located in a strategic area close to the beach.

Stay here 1week ago for 14 nights, place is spot on, breakfast very nice, large choice, clean, staff very polite and helpful, had a room on second floor overlooking sea, the supermarket was on same floor bout 50yards away which was handy, also you have use of the sports fariones, had a sauna and jacuzzi most days, highly recommend.

Very nice and in first line of beach. The food good, the prices somewhat high, although in Lanzarote everything is a little more expensive.

Super Hotel, bester Urlaub, mega Buffet, super Entertainment, Klasse Strand.

The hotel is conveniently located. The facilities are comfortable, well maintained, and clean. The personnel are overall friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast! Minuses are the service at the pool side and that even in a four-star hotel, plenty Teutonic guest are allowed to reserve pool furniture even before the pool opens. Amazing!
