Hotel is showing his age but is clean, staff very friendly and there's a good atmosphere. Pool not too big and sun beds in very used condition. Close to lidl, chemist, bus stop, atm and even pay phone. Not too much to do in it, thankfully old harbour is within 10 min walk.

A lovely hotel in the perfect area! Rooms are nice have a kitchen we the basic things like kettle and toasters and stuff. Only down side is it has all single beds but easy to push together. Staff are lovely and have good English. The pool area is kept very clean, I seen two housekeeping ladies our moping the pool area early in the morning! The hotel is less then a 10 minute walk to the Main Street of new town. Lidl is right next door and there’s a chemist, atm and a supermarket across the road! Food was lovely here! Defiantly coming again next year!

Lovely grounds, clean apartments. About three quarters of a mile to main strip so if walking isn't your thing be aware. It's up a steep hill too otherwise a great place to stay.

The rooms were tidy and well kept, with management being very helpful and services provided adequately.

Disappointing and bad to near rude service when arrived. This hotel is dated and in poor repair. For the prices advertised it's a four star price for a two star accommodation. Pool area needs a super clean sunbeds need sterilisation dirty. Paint flakes from the cracked old paintwork. Rooms old and outdated, the kitchenette is as basic as can be. Be prepared to juggle the pots on the two hotplates and no air vent extraction. Fridge was older then I. Not a great experience in accommodation. Only polite person was the barman who was soo nice to deal with. No parking here or helpful reception staff. Avoid if you can.

Standard Beach Apartments. Television is paid.

It is a restaurant with unique staff, it is helpful and friendly. The food is Esquisita, especially the grilled fish and seafood, super. The owner is a unique professional. Always with joy and good humour.

We used this place as a bed for a night, but it's very tired and run down. Didn't eat here as it looked grim. On a plus it has a good location, is next to a good lidl, and cheap.

I didn't like it at all. It has very miserable details like if you want to use the microwave, the TV or the toaster, you have to rent them. The equipment of the room is rented by day or week…

A two star hotel that dod what it said on the tin, cheap and cheerful. Nice big rooms and decent pool area.

Staff were fab! Cleaning lady was adorable! Would come again just to see her! Apartment needs some tlc.

Simple apartment. Already been in the years. Staff friendly.

Great local shops, pool is excellent — has Jacuzzi and water features and children's pool. Staff are friendly. Rooms cleaned daily. Rooms freshly painted Jan 2018. Highly recommended (:

Very nice place to stay helpful staff the pool was cold in November but very nice after you got in. The apartments was very nice and comfortable.

A budget apartment that is comfortable, clean and has all the bacics as standard. Near enough to the nightlife to be convient yet far enough not to be noisy. A very good family friendly destination. Already booked our next stay.

Spacious apartments, non-heated pool, very friendly staff, mediocre food.

Staff really friendly and very attentive. Cleaners made sure everything in our apartment was tidy. Yes rooms basic but was somewhere to relax on a night and get our heads down. Had no problems at this hotel at all. We were at the back near the tennis court really quiet and relaxing very little disturbance would definitely stay here again! So will definitely be back!

Stayed for 10 nights. The staff at reception was really rude and didn't help at all! (Only the man) the food and drinks in the hotel was expensive. You have to wake up at 9 to get a sun bed chair, otherwise they will be all gone, the pool is cold and there is no entertainment what so ever! The hotel is clean and the pool gets cleaned everyday. Not a lot of stuff to do around this area. I wouldn't come back.

Basic but clean rooms friendly staff good location.

Nice place. Friendly kid friendly no ac but lovely breeze every night. Fantastic food at quinting restuarant around the corner. And bahia restuarant down at the marina amazing. Local beer is great. Tropical.

Quiet and all very helpful… near the sea great location.

A beautiful spot to stay in Puerto del Carmen, especially for those who like a little independence. The self catering apartments are a 1 minute walk from Lidl or a 2 minute walk from Spar. About 5 minutes away from the Biosphere shopping centre, and about a 10 minute walk from both the old town, and the main beach & strand with restaurants. Pool area is lovely and sheltered from the blustery winds. Can book with travel agencies for cheap package deals.

I went there 2/3 years ago in September really not disappointed hotel class these are apartments av all comfort to the staff inside to small care and pleasantly surprised meal of choice for those who do not eat meat.

It's big. Good price but something old. The TV is castrated only free TVE is seen. Antena3 and Neox If you want to see another chain you have to pay at reception.

A nice place, recommended.
