What a fantastic hotel. Everything you could wish for. Bathrobes, fully equipped kitchen, great pool area. It was just a shame that all we had to look at on our patio for 11 days was a white wall, we asked to be moved but were told fully booked which they definitely were not. Not sure if it was because we were on a Jet2 holiday, self catering or both.

Brilliant every thing about the place is excellent and weather to match every day, facilities are the best we have been too in a long long while.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough they certainly go the extra mile to keep their 5* status absolutely pristine pool area no lack of comfy sun beds, quiet chill out area, great hot and cold choice at breakfast, fab spacious modern rooms, staff couldn’t do enough for you, shout out to pool attendant who reminded me of one of the Gallagher bros he was on the go spraying mopping and cleaning all day we christened him Liam Manchego 😎

Beautiful hotel. Spacious and modern rooms. Lovely team especially olga, very warm, and good advice. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Great location a minute walk from the boulevard and beaches. We loved our stay in bahia kontiki. Highly recommend. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥰

It is extremely steep from beach as they don’t have the front gate open…. This wasn’t pointed out when we booked, no view from room either just a huge cactus 🌵

Fabulous location, gorgeous apartments. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for a girls (mother and daughters) break away. We had a sea view and it was fabulous waking up each morning to the sound of the sea and the beautiful views. Cleanliness 10/10. Staff constantly cleaning publoc areas. Lovely buffet breakfast on site. I would highly recommend!

Simply perfect! A lovely hotel with a modern but casual theme throughout. Very spacious rooms and lots of chill out space outside. Lovely pool area and all well kept and maintained throughout.
The cherry on top is the hotel's location. A very short walk from the beach, and ideally located for both the Old Town and the Strip. We will be back!

Right next to the beach and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained throughout the day. Very good apartments. Beds are mega comfy. Swimming pool has a life guard at all times and there’s loads of loungers dotted around. Bar and restaurant are nice and the staff are very polite.
I would definitely return here.

4th time staying here hotel is fantastic and such amazing staff. When booking for Ireland or uk pool view can be quiet expensive but if you email them prior to arrival if they have a pool view they will facilitate you. A lot of people get turned off the hill the hotel is situated on its €5 for a taxi from the main resort if you don’t fancy the hill but I have to say within a day or 2 you actually don’t even realize you have mastered it. I’d rather stay in a nice hotel and worry less about the hill. The apartments are well equipped with all your needs for a self catering holiday. Lidl just a few kilometers up from the hotel if your on a budget. The pool is heated and the relaxation areas around the complex are real bonus. We look forward to our return on Monday.

Very nice, clean facility. Apartments are spacious, bed super comfortable. Quiet room, great balcony with a view directly of the sea :-)
Small, well-maintained pool area with supervision. The beach just opposite. In a few steps, one is on the Promenade with Shops, Restaurants and Pups. Staff very friendly. We had a great holiday :-)

Wonderful is an understatement, it was a fantastic holiday, thanks to all the staff, especially at shaily larrinaga. An exceptional woman, beautiful and professional. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help you. The swimming pool is spectacular and the beach is two steps away! The small Aurora is super happy. Perfect location in Puerto del carmen, next to the harbour and the strip… fabulous rooms, perfect views, delicious food and wonderful setting.

Excellent place… Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaned all the time. Food lovely. Could not fault the place.

Great place and great location. Staff are very helpful especially Bruno, the waiter. We have enjoyed our holiday in Lanzarote and Bahia Kontiki I can say is the best aparthotel in Lanzarote. I hope I will be back soon. Thank you for everything.
