Close to beach some rooms have been modernised they are good. The other rooms that have not are dire. And the facilities in the room we had could hardly be called self catering 1 pan. Melted toaster. And a broken fridge door. But they are well cleaned the one we had this time had not been modernised.

Was there with a Girlfriend for 1 Week at the end of May. We really liked it. We had a great Room, it was clean and every Day there were fresh Towels and it was cleaned every 2 Days. The Food was ok. All very friendly. All in all very good Price — performance Ratio.

The Hotel is very simple. Plain is not done every Day and also very much under Time pressure. The Shower was not cleaned for 10 Days. The Furniture would need to be urgently renewed. The Sofa was an Imposition. The Food was good. The new, very anxious and friendly Waiter was loudly berated in front of all The guests at the Restaurant. An absolute no go!
The Complex is very nice, directly over the Road lies the Beach. A Supermarket is directly opposite, surprisingly cheap. The Promenade is very nice.
The Place is highly recommended, but in another Hotel.
The Front Desk staff must definitely be mentioned, commendably.

May 14. Staying 10 nights. We requested a quiet apt with sea view if possible and that's exactly what we got. The bedroom is a little cramped and a second pillow would be nice. No oven, otherwise it's perfect. Staff lovely. Great location between Matagorda and Puerto del Carmen.

It's very close to the beach. Pre-quality ratio well.

Easy located appartment product. Close to the beach. Correct 3 star product. Small pool area but very close to a huge beach. Windy area but it is Lanzarote.

Really enjoyed our holiday here. Close to the beach and cycle hire, very quiet but not too far to walk to bars and restaurants. Cycle paths go from here all the way to the capital Arrecife.

Great hotel, got upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment. Beautiful views of the beach. Lovely quiet spot. Would definitely recommend staying here ☺

We ate well with family, very reasonable prices. Very nice servers, which adapt their speech flow for tourists.

More than adequate. Normally we always booked 4 stars +, by the short term booking this was relatively difficult and the decision fell on this hotel. The negative ratings do not apply in our case, presumably depends on the apartment. The rooms were clean and large, the view top. The furniture is of course a bit older, but absolutely fine and we do not fly on holiday to inspect visually chic furniture, but to find clean and well-kept rooms. The room service has always done its job properly. The staff, especially at the reception, was always very friendly and understood German well. The food is good average, the choice is not the biggest, but delicious. At the end of the buffet period, the staff will eat the food themselves, which is always a good sign. The location is absolutely top, several car rentals nearby (we have had good experience with Payless) as well as supermarkets and what else is needed. The airport is close by, but we had no problems with aircraft noise at any time. My suggestions for improvement would be free Wi-Fi in the rooms and a renovation with new, modern furniture, then the hotel would be a 4 star hotel in nothing. By and large, you can book here without having to make great smears.

We stayed there for 10 days and I can only recommend it, were very pleased. Nice large living room and a kl bedroom, but completely adequate.

Apartment 25. January 2018. TV and control good. Fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster all good. Beds, sheets, blankets, pillows good. Kitchen electric hob rings poor. Cutlery, cups, plates etc adequate. Heating and hot water average to slightly poor. Furniture old but clean and very heavy duty. Shower huge space, WC and basin ok. No bidet. Towels changed a lot. Cleaners on this block excellent. Door security very sturdy. Mosquitos in apartment? Yes a few in January. Cockroaches? No. Pool and pool furniture smallish and cramped but looks nice and well kept. Lounges, reception etc all ok. Location excellent. Shops nearly all Spar so watch the prices. Anything else? Cycleway and some cyclists potentially lethal to small children and elderly. Bus service rude, not cheap but regular. Shops don't appear quite as tacky and pushy as last visit in 2004. Watch the prices! They are definitely not Benidorm bargains!

Spacious room, sea view, nice terrace, lots of English and Englisch breakfast a bit monotonous. Friendly and impeccable Service. At night we hear the waves, quiet. Well placed between Matagorda rather familial and Puerto Carmen hypertourist.

I would go back there!
Despite the proximity to the airport very quiet, super friendly staff, I also found the food good best breakfast. But if you are a 4 star hotel or you are more accustomed to it, don't go there. For my friend and me it was perfect because we want it to be more cozy than noble. Could get me there very well.

Positive: Great location on the beach, nice staff, every day there was a Canarian dish to choose from in the evening buffet. Next door big spar market.
Negative: Air conditioning is a dummy, Windows always had to stay as burglars were traveling. We tried to break our door and window while we slept. After that, a security service was on its way at night.

What really annoys me is that you are treated here according to your mood. The staff at the front desk are very very rude, the food is not the best and the service is also not just great.
Personally, I also find it strange that you have to cover your own table, but that's my personal opinion.

First of all, the nefarious cleaning service in a week twice went to housekeeping, leaving dust and not cleaning well. Second the food nothing. At breakfast always the same and second, do not even put fruit in case you steal, third at dinnertime precooked food, dry meat, or yogurt or custard by the evening alone nothing dinner until nine o'clock. The room that the waiters seem to be bitter. I honestly will not return.

My room needs a restructuration because thera are many things that not work (air conditioned out of service for example). The food is not good.

Great location close to the beach. Rooms could do with some modernisation Clean and friendly staff. Nice little bar and restaurant called sammys very friendly staff just down the road.

Fantastic apartments with a great view we could not of been happier. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor and had a direct views of the beach. The resort was very quiet and this was perfect for our family and very relaxing. A taxi cost around 5 euros to the main shops and restaurants.

Just stayed here with my 2 children and partner for 10 days! 3star rating doesn't do it justice it should defiantly be more a 4star! All areas of apartments in and out are clean and tidy! It was above and beyond our expectations! Hotel staff where helpful friendly and fantastic! Can't comment on food as we were self catering but plenty of restaurants on our door step! Same as beach is on door step! Sun loungers where the only minor issues I had as people where leaving there towels on them which meant no one else could use, saying that I never had a problem with getting one! But hotel stuff did check and remove towels but not as often as should! I would return to this hotel and to this area again some day in future! Highly recommended!

Apartment in a quiet location close to a local Spar Supermarket and a few minutes from the beach. Bus stops close by. (I had a car so do not know what the bus service is like, but seems to be frequent). Bike hire close by also car hire, Friendly staff who spoke very good English Apartment need updating, poor quality kitchen equipment, 2 ring hob take a long time to heat up, 15 minutes for scrambled eggs. One socket in the kitchen area, so if you want tea and toast to go with your eggs, you have move the couch out to plug in the kettle on the floor! Extremely uncomfortable couch covered in some type of Plastic you have use a blanket as you stick to it in hot weather The bed is is reasonably comfortable, There is a bath with shower, so if you have mobility problems this may cause problems.

We stayed here in August 2016 and enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was large with a private rooftop terrace accessible by private outside staits. It was all quite dated, but clean and fairly well maintained. The main promenade and beach was a short walk away. We partook of the hotel's buffet breakfast, which was vast and varied, but — as is often the case with buffet breakfasts — the quality of food wasn't great. We had a happy holiday here and would stay at this complex again.

A bad holiday where in a hotel you would never expect, dirty room with towels one for 7 days, breakfast arrival and under the plate I find it still attached the egg (a crap), staff not polite and unclean during breakfast you see the Waiters with garbage sack and tablecloths all at stains, all dishes black and eaten and the good thing is that you had to do the table in short a crap all discouraged to never again.

The hotel staff was always aloof and unconcerned with us. There are certain services that you only have access if you know they have it and ask why. For example the dryer of hair, if it like to have that ask it in reception and leave a signal of 10 euros. They also have activities in the pool, no one informed us, we learned when chilly there 8 days and by chance.
The buffet was very bad, we were 10 days eating breakfast the same. The fatal coffee got a machine of doubtful origin and wise. Juices as, juice powder that was water with a bit of color to the days. Overview of breakfast: toast, eggs and bacon every day. Industrial bakery and even a tomato sauce. Very bad in that regard.

We were there in 2010 and cannot wait to go back we live in Canada and all the staff was fantastic would recommend this place is the very best.

Cleaning leaves much to be desired.

The apartments have come a little in the years, but the unit is serviced well. Good for families. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The food has not convinced me, the fish was sadly overcooked and bathed in oil OK super, the rest, anyway. The stand and the sea super. Wind is blowing strong, this can be well withstand the heat.

Location Super, not 5 minutes to a very fine and vast sandy beach. Food is well… Package holiday. Greasy and overcooked.

Great food, for a 3*, a super Hotel. Price — performance absolutely okay. Beautiful huge sandy beach with very little people. Beach tent due to the Wind is recommended.

Great employees, (special mention to reception, the animator, waiters and the girl from the entrance to the dining room, chapo), the location, the apartment would accept improvements type television and mattresses, but in general an 8 out of 10. I'll be back.

Money has no competition.

A very good three-star aparthotel. Recommended.

The large apartments but needed reform muxas things. The little food and very little variety. Schedules of penalty mourn. In the end should change muxas things.
