Very good hotel of nice benefits despite a staff not very smiling and that of the terrace of the restaurant really not friendly and in a hurry.

Fantastic hotel, great food, amazing staff throughout hotel, cleaners everyday sorting the room out, if you ever need anything phone reception and then will help you. We love this hotel and will come back over and over again 💕

Party of 2A & 1 teen, Great all rounder, good food with lots of choice, Italian buffet meant we were always well fed even as fussy eaters, plenty of sun loungers (yes you have to get them early but the staff are good and don’t let you leave them Before 9) and usually some spare by about 4pm, lots of activities on site including mini golf, far enough away from PDC so your not off out of the resort daily but easily accessible too. Only downsides were the air con — pointless, shower — scorching hot or cold, communication of entertainment — it took us a while to work out where the board with the info was, but not really an issue for us as we were happy in the bar at night.

Just home from a lovely relaxing week in this lovely hotel. Food was varied tastie and plentiful. Room was very clean and bed comfy. Last but by no means least the hotel staff were excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. The entertainment staff certainly run on batteries as they never stopped.

Amazing place to stay and the Royal Elite package is well worth it, stunning views from the balcony. The fact that it's a big place means you feel you're not on top of everyone else and is a relaxed atmosphere.

First time visiting this hotel and it won’t be our last, we are currently on day 5 of our 7 night stay. What a fantastic hotel, the animation team are wonderful the food is great. I cannot recommend it enough.

I honestly don't know were to start… we booked for our honeymoon under mixed reviews. Well wow this hotel has definitely met our expectations. Staff can't help you enough here, the food can be a bit hit and miss but I am a fussy eater but I have never gone hungry while here. Night time entertainment I've seen better but it is what it is, come when you have your birthday 👍 bottles of champs left in your room to enjoy. Free shuttle bus to the main town but only about 5 euros if not in a taxi. Spa and massages I would highly recommend too. And what amazing views from the hotel we were so shocked how lovely it is. Cleaners came in every day too. I honestly don't think I can think of anything bad to say about this hotel 💜

Fabulous hotel with lovely large rooms. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and staff were extremely friendly. The food was delicious and lots of choice. But best of all was the brilliant New Years Eve party which was amazing! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Magical holiday, first time I've ever been abroad alone with my daughter and it was amazing! entertainment for the children and the adults was brilliant and have to say the staff worked so hard with these unprecedented times, I felt safer here than in the UK! we cannot wait to return thankyou sandos xxx.

We absolutely love coming here, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is great with a short walk to shops and the marina and the beaches too. There are always plenty of activities to do and we have never been stuck for something to do. The area is so clean and well looked after with litter being a rare sight. We love the birds here. The entertainment is fantastic and they always give 100% to ensure everyone has fun. For us it is a 5 star holiday and we've been twice in february/march now. We'll definitely be back! Love it ❤

Great hotel, staff very friendly, entertainment crew good and full of life. Food is great and 5 restaurants in total, smaller choice of food than other hotels, but much better quality! Everywhere is really clean. Good shows and guest singers etc. Nice adult only areas. We were on Royal Elite and I would recommend this for the extras.

Just back from another wonderful weeks stay 3 years in a row now, perfect for everyone’s needs plenty bars and pools to choose between, staff excellent and friendly,, good evening entertainment, food also excellent and the all nite snack bar was visited nearly every night, looking forward to hopefully be back next year once again.

5 visits now — always had a lovely relaxing holiday. Hard to find fault with anything as far as we are concerned. Lovely rooms — good food — great location — friendly and helpful staff. We’ll be back.

Stayed here for 1 week. It's a fantastic place, staff are very friendly and the free shuttle bus to nearby Playa Blanca was great. We stayed in Royal Elite which gives you access to premium help yourself drinks and sea view. You also get breakfast and dinner in a waiter service restaurant which was a lovely touch. The rooms are great for 4 star property. Very spacious rooms and balcony with tea coffee facilities and water replenished daily. Highly recommended. We didn't book with a holiday company this time, but found the Jet2 rep really friendly and was full of local info.

Absolutely amazing! Our second visit to Sandos Papagayo, beautiful views, amazing rooms, lovely staff and all inclusive! The first time we visited was for our first holiday as a couple, now we have returned for our honeymoon as we knew we would have a fantastic time! The entertainment team, reception, bar and cleaning staff have not let us down! I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone xxx.

Stayed for 7 nights superior double room with a child. Room excellent spacious and clean. Food excellent plenty of choice every day. Drinks ok. Room service cleaned daily. Pools fabulous. Activities daily. Only downside was people putting towels on beds early so no beds until late afternoon… Evening entertainment I have to say has been excellent the shows were very well put together and we loved them. Well done to all the entertainment staff for doing the children’s clubs to adults to shows you work so so hard and really do a fabulous job. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and couples. Thank you.

Currently on holiday here just now. Fantastic resort, the entertainment team work so hard. The hotel is spotlessly clean. It has excellent catering facilities. They have full allergen awareness and caters very well to coeliacs. We are able to order meals in advance for the gluten free items. Eg. Bread, cakes, pizza, pasta, fresh made burgers. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely loved the Soul Diva show as well!

Nice hotel. Clean, food hot, lovely area… just a bit too quiet for me and the bars close early… they had a ‘white party’ one night and everyone was enjoying the music and dancing then at 11pm it was music off, bar closed and as good as lights out. This would stop me returning but if you like quiet (not that I wanted to party all night but just a bit later than 11pm) then can’t fault it!

Good hotel nice food and drinks are nice if you have elite pack. But Please fix the elevator next to the spa not nice when you have a baby and must go true the whole hotel to eat. And one more thing DO NOT RENT A CAR AT THE HOTEL! Its a scam you will pay 3 times more go next to the hyper dino near the hotel.

Amazing place. 4 pools with a adult only pool & hotub. Food wise, the food is amazing. They never run out of food and tidy up tables almost immediately. The snack bar however is not always open. It opens at 8 a. M. And shuts at 6 p. M. And then re-opens at around 10:30 p. M. The hotel room is great, with two beds and a large bathroom. If you have a family/group of five or more people you will require at least two rooms. In a room for a family of four, you only get two beds. TV is great for entertainment late at night as it has English & Spanish channels. There is absolutely fantastic entertainment at the 'chill out' bar. Singers, dancers and demonstrations every night. There is also a theatre which does some shows, ideal for little kids. Also there is a decent sea view. In addition, there is a pool where lots of activities happen; such as dancing and 'handball' Overall I recommend this place to all ages as there is a lot of memories to be made!

Magnificent hotel. Exquisite treatment by great professionals. It is an all-inclusive that for a little more hires the Elite service and you have some extra services that are really worth it. Reception very helpful and friendly. Outrageous stay at the hotel was very eventful. Arrived late due to lost luggage at airport. So it ruined the start of the holiday . The place has lost its appeal. Food was disappointing. Restaurant overcrowding. Lack of cleaning in bar areas. Table not wiped properly. Lots of maintenance needs to be done. Food was disappointing.

Great place can't fault it at all. Only advice would give go for the elite totally worth the money. Working in the environment in my youth in a similar place to this I have to rate all the staff… from housekeeping/bar staff to entertainment they all work very hard. Great holiday.

We chose this hotel last minute, generally based on reviews from 'Trip Advisor' & 'Google Reviews' and have to say we weren't disappointed at all! Everything was perfect from start to finish. We had a lovely sea view from our room which was very clean, modern & spacious with very comfy beds! Lots of lovely pools to choose from and more than enough space & loungers not to have to worry about 'hoggers' reserving them for a change! The staff we always polite & very attentive, nothing was too much trouble at all during our entire stay & whilst we were away on my partners birthday, the cleaners must have seen the birthday card I got her and very kindly left a bottle of bubbly in our room for when we got back from the pool, which was a wonderful gesture and very much appreciated, so thank you 'Hotel Papagayo'! The food was generally very good and there was plenty of choice & variation throughout our stay plus access to snacks & drinks all day when the restaurant was closed. For an all inclusive resort, it didn't disappoint in any respect. The drinks were all very palatable too including the wine & beer which made a nice change from some places! If you get a chance to try the 'Fusion Restaurant', get yourself booked in as it's all part of the package and was a lovely experience and great opportunity to dress up for the evening. We went on the Oriental evening & it was fantastic!

Another enjoyable stay at the Sandos Papagayo. We stayed in a beautiful Royal Elite room ovelooking the sea. RE privileges include a private dining room for breakfast and dinner plus 2 private lounges for refreshments. Branded self service drinks. The staff are professional but friendly Well done Sandos — we will be back (again! )

A dream establishment with an exceptional view. Quality infrastructure.
The staff could be more attentive on some details (eg: full ashtray at the poolside at 9 am = not emptied from the day before).

It's the second time I stay at this hotel and, for me, it's the best on the island. With the all inclusive you don't lack anything. Fun, tranquility, great views, food, swimming pools, beach… The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Activities for children, shows for adults, international cuisine, Mexican, Asian, Italian… Very close to Playa Blanca and with free buses for transfers. On this occasion, after spending more than 6 nights staying, the airport-hotel transfer and vice versa, offers it free of charge the same hotel. We will certainly repeat a third time.

The hotel is clean, well appointed and the staff are brilliant. If you go ROYAL Elite it's well worth the extra money with an upgraded sea view room and two Elite lounges open until 23-30. Food excellent and a good vibe around the place.

Somewhat confusing circulation through the complex. Very friendly staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Beautiful landscapes of Lanzarote although the resort lacks gardening: very poor in foliage; flowers and vegetation!

The hotel was clean, rooms beautiful, food excellent and pool area excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet area and therefore you have to walk around 30 mins to get to the Rubicon marina where shops and restaurants are.

Beautiful and impressive hotel!
I had booked for a week in all inclusive with sea view room for 3 people around mid-March, or it was 23 degrees, we had a good week.
On the other hand French, they know not too much, we met two people who speak well French.
So either you have to speak German or English.
If you want to go for example to Playa Blanca there is either the bus that takes you free, or can walk, there is a path that runs along the sea to the bottom. Then for the other places, I advise you to take a rental car, because the taxi, I still find a bit expensive, even if it is cheaper than in France.
Go to the beach of Majeres and the other next, it's worth, by cons the beach of Paddlo, it and without more.
If you want to go around the island and do the tours of the volcanoes or beaches or even the villages, I advise you to take half board, as we could not make the volcanoes or other village in the north.
Other than that we made the village of Puerto del Carmen, a good atmosphere of young, nightclub, bar, shops and casino, but also a nice beach.

Very good in quality price. Quiet and familiar. Great food and the employees all very friendly.

Excellent, friendly staff, good variety of food. The views from the hotel are stunning. In April during the school holidays, sunbeds were difficult to come by at mid afternoon. Our room was clean, however there was a small insignificant leak in the hallway ceiling, and the wooden divider between adjacent balconies was loose. I would happily stay here again.

Currently on site for the 2nd time and it's getting better. Especially in Royal elite. Excellent!

The Sandos Papagayo is one of the best hotels we've had the pleasure of staying at. We booked royal elite for our 40th wedding anniversary and we weren't disappointed. Everything was Spot on and the staff were so good nothing was too much trouble for them always ready and willing too help. Can't fault anything about the place. As the song goes Simply the best better than all the rest. Ha.

Pretty good hotel. Rooms are very nice (building c). We had the royal elite package. The extra bar and lounge that came with it were very nice. The food was ok. Not very special or exotic.

We stayed as a couple in February 2018 at the Sandos Papagayo Beach Resort. The hotel is located on the Papagayo beaches and Playa de las Coloradas. We were welcomed by the staff (multilingual). The hotel had a good mix of all nations. Our room was generous, as was the double bed, we had a balcony overlooking the Papagayo beaches. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub with shower attachment, a washbasin with two sinks and; I found it very great, under the vanity was a huge drawer for all personal things. The cleaning staff was friendly and we got fresh towels every day and a make over of the room.
The resort has several pools, with only the Familypool heated. The pool only for adults was quiet and you always found a berth. A positive mention is that there were no reservations of the couches and this was not tolerated either. With the towel card you can pick up 2 bath towels in the spa and as often as you want to change freshness. There are 4 bars in the hotel, one of which has just been renovated. The biggest is the Canario bar with huge balcony and sea view. Then there is the pool bar, where the drinks are only filled with Slush ice, the snack bar is located opposite: Opening hours from 11:00 — 18:00 pm and from 20:00 — 08:00 in the morning. Every early riser could have a coffee, Capucchino, tea, beer, wine and soft drinks as well as sandwiches or other small snacks.

Large, spacious complex. Lots of space, but for example locked escape doors. Room with triple occupancy A little cramped, the bathroom lacks a stool, the space for it is available. Overall a nice, recommendable facility.

Ideal Hotel to stay in if you intend to visit the island. This hotel has a large swimming pool, and offers multiple services available if you stay here. One of its buildings has a free buffet, where you can go for breakfast as well as for lunch and dinner, and there is a great variety of dishes and different types of food to choose from. If you have not eaten when the buffet closes, you can eat at a local poolside serving rich food, and where for dessert there are pancakes, a rare thing in other places where food is served. The sea views make it a unique and charming place.

Just Got back from this Beautiful Resort and had such a Great time. Stayed in the Royal Elite section and had Beautiful Seaviews and Really Lovely Modern Rooms with tea, coffee, Chocolates, sweets, minifridge with pop and water which were all restocked daily. Robe and slippers and a bottle of bubbly on arrival! The food in the Elite reastaurant was excellent, freshly cooked and very varied with lots of choice. Mexican restaurant was also good. The grounds and Pools are lovely. You can always get a sunbed at the pools or on the Beautiful sunterraces overlooking the sea. There are multiple Bars for everyones taste. Including the Royal Elite bars where you can help yourself to branded drinks. A nice touch! The Fab and Fun Animation Team worked hard to keep everyone entertained day and night with lots of activies to join in and they put on some fabulous shows. Very Professional. All the Staff at this hotel are very friendly and hardworking. The Resort is huge but always kept clean. We look forward to seeing you next year. Thankyou.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff very friendly always willing to help. Spa was also first class and girls were excellent. Had a Deep tissue massage and this was fantastic. You need to try it. Couldnt fault the drinks either various spirits available. Food was good different variety at every meal could not fault this. In all very relaxing time had in a very good and pleasant resort. Would certainly visit again.

Good hotel, which in my opinion would have to be renovated from the outside. Balconies heavily weathered, the tiles at the pool partly lack the joints. Fence to the beach looks like a construction fence. Mini golf course also weathered. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately, they have only heated two of four pools. The adult pool was unfortunately only 18 degrees.
We had booked the Royal Elite Club, which is also urgently needed to get some rest. Here you can eat in a smaller circle. The lounges are also fine. We missed a good cocktail bar, with freshly made delicious cocktails. Long drinks we were able to mix ourselves at any time.
Hotel is attended to over 90% with English.
Conclusion is we have expected more…

Awesome resort. Excellent food and variety of options. Staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. Make sure you upgrade to 'Royal Elite' or request a 'Superior Sea View' room as they have recently been updated and are very modern. The resort is kept very clean and I can't fault anything about the way it's being run. There was lots of space to sunbath around either of the 3 pools. Free Wi-Fi and lovely sea views from the balcony. We would definitely visit again!

The hotel is very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However with some shortcomings. The so-called fusion restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Asian food? Not a shrimp in the buffet and in sight are the privileges of some "sick" who with just a role of the doctor are provided food on demand outside the buffet while celebrating drinking wine and eating top quality food, being in the eye of other customers S. If the doctor would recommend me shrimps, salmon and clams would return to the "fusion restaurant" but for healthy people I repeat, it leaves a lot to be desired.
A greeting for the Morrofino who blackmail the service of the hotel with their "diseases" and another for those who allow it.

Just returned from one week at the Sandos Papagayo beach resort. Although the weather was not as good as we hoped the hotel did not disappoint. The staff throughout were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was immaculate throughout. Various places to chill out or have a snack or drink. The food in the main restaurant was exceptional, in fact best we have had in any other hotel. The pool areas were spacious and sun beds in the adult area were comfortable. Pool towels were provided and changed daily if required. We stayed in room H1010 and loved the location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom with the walk in shower and ample storage were appreciated. This was our first visit, but can't wait to return.

I just got here and went down to dinner at the snack bar.
Menu: San jacobos de al noon for microwave heating.
Hot dog with hard bread and microwave sausage.
And last stiff for sandwich and bread… You do not know how it was…
Now we go to the room.
We came three people, two adults and one child.
The unprepared child's bed and it's 1:45 in the morning. We called the reception and told him what happened we apologize and soon you bring us sheets and mounts. When I deployed the bed there was a variety of rubbish.
I'll complain tomorrow. For the four-star now, nothing at all.

We spent here our honeymoon. We had a nice welcome with bottle od champagne. Gifts like that are really nice. The entire object is amazing and it is great placed. Papagayo beach is really close. People there are very helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and comfortable — always clean. And the food was delicious. I need to visit this place again! :) Love the cats there!

Great location We were however a little disappointed with the variety of buffets at midday and several services paid in addition to the all in. But the staff is helpful and the place beautiful. We loved our stay.

This hotel is close to the most beautiful beaches on the island. To visit it all just rent a car and in an hour and a half you reach the furthest point.
The hotel is nice and very well maintained, the staff always nice.
The kitchen is good and very varied. So many dishes cooked at the moment.

We're regular customers. We're very comfortable. It is a site that is constantly renewed. I've already sent many people who have been very happy.

It is a spectacular place… The deal in restaurants and with the people of animation is excellent… the only cleanliness Q leaves enough to be desired in the room. But I put 5 stars because I insist that animation and restoration deserve it for the great attention.

Pictures are nicer than the reality, room was very nice, everything was clean, many retirees in mid-December, not all bar's were open, animation was okay, food was tasty but not varied.

This hotel was beautiful. Quick check in. All rooms in close reach of main reception. Food was nice, good variety and menu changed daily. Fusion restaurant lovely. Oriental night was slightly disappointing as there was no curry! However, Mexican night was amazing and the food was superb! Room was lovely (never went Royal Elite) but felt as if we never missed anything. And was cleaned daily. Staff really friendly, especially manageress of Fusion, who was very helpful when our booking was lost. Spa was nice, not too busy so could relax easily. All in all would highly recommend. Animation team were great with young ones. Tips: if you are sun worshipping, get the free towel from reception and reserve a sunbed. Certain points through the day, there were towels on ALL the sunbeds and I had nowhere to lie. (One guest told me people leave towels on sunbed all day but don't use the facility). Teguise Market on a Sunday is a must! Absolutely brilliant day out. We opted for local bus service but would advise booking through rep as this bus is really busy (and there only is 1). Brilliant holiday and beautiful weather.

We are staying neither couple and I. The service is excellent on par with the attention.
We arrived very early, from the first moment in spite of the time and not having the right to make use of the enclosure. We started to make use of the facilities and their all inclusive.
Delighted and totally grateful.
It has surpassed everything we expected.
The rooms are like living in an apartment with terrace, all luxury.

There's no better place to go on vacation. To come as a couple or with children. The food is delicious and varied. But the best thing is the hotel staff, the customer service is exceptional. Sorry there's only five stars because I gave him 10.

Had a nice stay here in a junior suite (I forget the exact room name) on the royal elite range. The room was nice and spacious but not particularly clean and the baby cot was in a horrendous state, after a ring to reception they sorted it out but not great as a first impression. The hotel has wonderful sea views and overall the hotel is impressive but is starting to show it's age. The food and setting for dinner was fantastic in the royal restaurant but they do tend to let things dry out under the lamps. The staff were amazing, just genuinely friendly and great with our daughter. Really made you feel welcome. Unless you have kids yourself you will find the constant music from the animation team blaring over speakers all day by the pool exceptionally grating… be warned. The pool area bring the largest negative about the hotel overall as there is little space and few sunbeds. Overall a very nice stay, close but not 5*.

Very good hotel, although this retired from the capital I prefer it, attention friendly and very complete the all inclusive as far as food and drinks, friends mates very sociable, the hotel keeps the Fed are the guardians of the Bugs.

Part of the Sandos chain and of good quality. A beach side location (beach accessed via stairs or lift unless you happen to be allocated one of the few beach level apartments). Facilities where all of good quality and the food was of a good standard, plentiful and varied. This is a large complex, built on many levels and can take some navigating to find your way around. Staff were very friendly.

Top hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. There's nothing to complain about. The food is fantastic and the animators provide entertainment every day. The grounds are always clean and the cocktails are great. We like to come back. October 2017

Brilliant place to stay. Snorkeling at the sandy beach is great. A few bays to swim to. At Hotel, the food is good, drinks are good quality. Staff are nice people too. Only one tiny gripe is the air conditioning is poor. Our restaurant had a long trousers code which I just had to ignore as it was too hot for that.

Sensational first holiday evening. Perfect food in a perfect ambiance.

A very nice place but with some shortcomings. I honestly don't know how it has 4 stars. They give you a bottle of water when you arrive and then you fill it out if you want more. Very repetitive Buffet. Friendly staff a 10 for them because they work it. Carafe Soda. I'll be back but not here.

The animation team is good but you'll be hard pressed to get a Sun lounger by any of the pools unless you're there at 9am as after that they are all taken by other people's towels. Pool bar staff are rather unenthusiastic but that's no surprise. The canary bar seems nice though. The most unpleasant bit is that the bathroom in our room is prone to flooding if you actually use the shower and it smells like drains if you flush the toilet. Probably a plumbing issue due to being on the ground floor.

Superb family vacation destination in Lanzarote. Quiet location, perfect for long walks or running with breathtaking views. Very friendly staff and delicious food (all inclusive). Four swimming pools, one for kids and one for adults only. The rooms with ocean views are just delightful. Excellent value for money.

This was my second visit here and once again stayed Royal Elite. Last year I was impressed nice location, good meals, friendly staff and decent rooms. This year I was disappointed, not so clean everywhere, Royal elite differences not really worth the price. It now feels like any family hotel. If this had been my first visit, I would have had a decent holiday but I would not have been back.

Great hotel with great location. Spacious complex with 4 outdoor pools, private spa area, various restaurants. The evening programme is also versatile and varied. Actually, there is something for every taste. There is a large number of car parking spaces in front of the hotel.
Even if the hotel is located in the south of the island, it is easy to get to anywhere on the island. We have up to the northern tip ca. An hour is required. The view to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura compensates for it.
Only thing to complain about is the lack of Wi-Fi at all places in the hotel. Actually you can surf via WLAN only in the lobby so really.

Great resort, loads for all the family to do with water polo and Aqua gym, football and all the pool and table tennis tables to mention a few. Rooms were modern and clean, food was good for all Inc with decent variety, particularly in the main restaurant. Couple of little niggles: snack bar closing at 6 made no sense as prime time for kids to have a snack; not enough towels left in the room most days; and some of the restaurant staff a bit unfriendly, but on the whole an excellent, picturesque hotel with a great animation team who made the pool area the funnest place to be! Thanks.

I give them a five, because it think the rate should 4.5 and now it is 4.4. Quick check in, friendly staff, nice and clean room. I wanted to upgrade to late checkout, but it was not possible, but we could stay around the pools and have drinks after checkout and it was very kind. Food is good enough wide range of variety and normal quality, cocktails, spirits are good enough as well. We did not even left the hotel, there are so many things to do and animation team work hard to entertain you. Thank you again we really enjoyed the weekend there.

Grand Hotel All-in, the choice all-in is well except for the beer, very friendly staff, a little removed.

Excellent hotel, great facilities and size. Good proximity to marina and town. Taxis are cheap anywhere. Food is fine, however dining nearby is worthwhile. Entertainment is great, animation team work hard to entertain day and night. Rooms are gorgeous, however the public areas are a little tired.

Beautiful location. Although not overlooking a sandy beach there is a beach only 15 minutes walk away. Stayed in a Royal Elite room which are newly refurbished boutique style rooms. The Royal Elite restaurant and roof top chill out area were an added bonus. There is an adult only pool so you can escape noisy kids. There are 2 other pools which have music and kids areas so they are catered for. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel in a great location with great staff and great rooms we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend to all.

Nice hotel, it's big! And will take a few days to find all the routes, clean swimming pools, nice bars and evening terrace with great views. Really close to the beach and a 20 min walk to the Papagayo beach. Rooms were good fair amount of space, lots of different levels. So what made me give a 3 star sadly the food, real shame, on the whole average chain hotel food. You can pay an upgrade fee for a better breakfast, my comment — why should I? I felt most of the food to be bland, the only other thing that didn't suit me was over loud kids pool games and music, I could hear it 1/2 a mile away when walking along the coast. I found the staff helpful, never any issues there. Dining room due an update to meet up with the grand hotel entrance.

Second stay at a most relaxing all inclusive resort, we will be coming back next year it's just what you need, food is amazing in all restaurants, we upgraded to royal elite but to be honest we didn't think there was much difference and most of the people in royal elite where a lot older so ended up going with everybody else in the normal bars, world not upgrade next time but then again it could be different in high season.

If I return to Lanzarote I would like to be able to enjoy this wonderful hotel has it all has gone to that hotel and great service and was a wonderful hotel. And I think it's great that allow animals.

Really beautiful location, rooms spacious and well maintained. Food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was high quality, and varied. Staff very friendly and eager to help but not invasive of your space. We would encourage you to book this Hotel, although we didn't have children with us the facilities for families were good. Hopefully we will visit again in the future.

We were my wife and I's honeymoon in March 2015. Desde the first time us impressed by its size, elegance and details. Already from the reception lobby is welcoming, pleasant and helpful staff. The facilities are very good, room with huge bed, and the views to the Sea made a stay romantic and fabulous (except the noise of the works on the higher floors).
The animation team made that us divirtieramos and us sintieramos beautifully. The heated swimming pool to take a dip with the environment a little cool.
The food of great variety and quality, incentive to change the variety of Mexican food, Asian…
It honors its long category.

Just returned from a 11 night stay could not fault anything lovely clean hotel fabulous food very friendly staff our party six adults all had a good relaxing holiday thank you Rita Thorne.

We spent a few days at this resort and both the deal and the facilities were great. The beach is very close, but my opinion is not the best, there are better in other parts of the Spanish coast.

I just spent 8 wonderful days at this resort.
The hotel has amazing facilities, 3 swimming-pools of different temperature, an entertainment programme according to all ages (mostly in the evening), activities of all kinds, spa with Hammam, sauna and 3 swimming pools, spacious and comfortable rooms, two bars in the pool, minigolf, ecogarden… in short, everything!
The T. I. Is incredible, with 5 great with variety of food restaurants (although in 2 of them — Mexican and East — is necessary to book 24 hours in advance), where breakfast and desserts are delicious.
It is located at foot of the Playa de las Coloradas and less than 15 min walk to Papagayo Beach, a delight of beach surrounded by a natural setting to less than 30 min walking by a pleasant promenade to the Centre of Playa Blanca. Nearby there is also a small shopping centre and is located less than 30 min from Arrecife airport.
Staff very attentive, kind, friendly and very nice. My recognition to staff, the pool snack-bar waiters and waitresses Margarita and Marisol!
A delight of hotel, to which we will certainly return.
