Spectacular apartment with beautiful attention to detail… great location as near to the entrance of the highway.

Everything perfect, the treatment and the equipment and situation of the apartment.

The apartment is beautiful and contains all the modern comforts. The resort is located on the edge of Arrecife city. Access to downtown in less than five minutes. The nearby road and the bus station allows easy access to the rest of the city.

Nice appartments but not so well located (directly on the highway)

Modern but not luxurious. They can improve things although it is quiet and clean 10.

I have loved the accommodation and the place to repeat it.

Loved the style of the top floor penthouse style spacious duplex apartment. The balcony was lovely. Air Con on both floors great views from the apartment floors. Two toilets — one is en suite. Washing machine, drying rack for clothes and a dishwasher. They left plenty of detergent for clothes and dishes, two dishwasher tablets, an ironing board, mop and bucket, brush and pan. Bring your own iron, a couple of dishwasher tablets, small rubbish bags. Tidy as you go to avoid the €49 maid service. Contacted them for a crib and they gave us a travel cot to use which was perfect. Bought my own android box to watch movies etc as I don't understand Spanish on TV. One problem couldn't for the life of me get in to the underground parking garage — I did have a remote for it but it didn't work at all I tried everything! I couldn't be bothered to call them again so I parked on the road! 1 minute from the beach apartment is on the other side to the beach. Close to everything. 10 mins from the airport. Not a tourist mobbed area. Nice and quiet. Would stay here again!

Not bad, they are individual apartments on different floors, in a building where people live permanently. You don't get the feeling of being in a hotel. The apartment was clean and pretty good.

Ideal to relax in a couple.

Wonderful, ideal place, unbeatable location, close to everything, the beach to a step, the walk, the only downside K would put them is the couch, a little hard, otherwise, I recommend a hundred percent. We are already the second holidays K spent in these apartments and of course K will return.

Gorgeous apartamente, Everything you would need is provided. Very comfortable bed. Couldnt fault any thing, we stayed 6 weeks, and have rebooked again. Intercambiador bus station, 1min away. El Reducto Beach 1 min away. HiperDino Spanish Prices (not tourist prices) supermercado 10 mins slow walk away. Try Manhattan go past Gran hotel and manhattan is on your left. Perfect J n S.
