This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Every one considerate. Clean clean and comfortable. Complementary extensive breakfast.

Quiet rooftop pool with sun all day. Ideal for couples. Staff very friendly. Beach view room highly recommended. Buffet breakfast exceptional. All tastes accounted for. We'll hopefully be back.

Great place … chose sea view as it is worth the price. Food and brevages fantastic and affordable.

Comfortable beds, well located, very clean, good sea views. Breakfast schedule something just if you're on vacation, until 10 o'clock. Close to everything walking and you can park in the area. They offer you parking for 10 euros a day.

We stayed August 2018, clean, staff very nice and quick.
Breakfast is plentiful and varied.
The weak point the very poor food. (worst) the great location to tour the island.

We stayed here for a week and had a good time. The room (with sea views) was well maintained and clean. On the terrace there is a small swimming pool with a bar where 3 times a week at lunch time is offered a great paella. Our package included only breakfast, varied and plentiful, but not of great quality as far as sweets (croissants, donuts and cakes to be reviewed). All the staff were always very kind and helpful, with a single note for the reception, if I speak in English I expect to receive answers in English and not in Spanish even if we understood the same. Overall, definitely promoted!

Really enjoyed staying here. Well maintained. Had balcony room with sea view. Not too noisy.

I went to ask for info in this hotel and I have to say that the reception was not friendly at all I was looked down on to get squared off as if I could not afford to stay in that hotel.
By the way not even very welcoming considering that the reception is 3 meters by 5.
I'm sorry but even though the intention was to go to this place because of the people working at the front desk I won't go there.
I definitely do not recommend this place.

Good hotel welcoming and friendly staff. Food good fresh and plenty of choice, one downside there is No evening bar available until July, August and September! The resort is good but very quiet with only a dozen or so bars.

Great location, seafront, central, close to airport, attentive service. Food service and Breakfast not adequate.

The hotel is ten meters from the beach. It's his biggest attraction. Breakfast is good too. The standard rooms and the Wi-Fi pretty Loose.

Good location, varied breakfast, poor dinner, a large bathtub to stand out but quite cold in the room and the thermostat did not work.

Superb Hotel in a great location and well priced. Very clean and tidy. Pay for a seaview room well worth the extra few quid. Photo is from our room. Only down local kids gather at promenade cross from hotel bit noisy till midnight or so.

Nice hotel. The rooms are clean. On the roof there is a sun terrace with a swimming pool and a fitness room. The beach is right on the other side of the road.

Lancelot Hotel located in Arrecife has wonderful views. Located in front of the beach El Reducto. Apart from being a great and luxurious hotel, it is also beautiful for its views and the beach that is located opposite.

Of the hotel always everything in order breakfast assorted and quality place in central area missing the place to park for free but there is in front a paid parking.

Stayed for a week over Christmas. Room very comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff. Had two buffet evening meals and Christmas dinner there and that experience knocks it off 5*. Hot dishes on the buffet were tired and over cooking under the heat lamps. The Christmas meal was ruined by chefs not knowing how to cook a steak properly and then serving it without a sauce. 50€ not well spent. Pitty anyone paying 100€ for the New Year meal.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few days and I am fine. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The buffet dinner is varied and of a good standard.

I stayed 7 nights in the hotel. It is in a great location — fabulous view from the room, right there on the beach. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great variety of breakfast. But — as it is on the main road, it is very noise from 6am in the morning. Also, there is not much information for the guests in English.

3 Star Hotel very very correct. Perfect location to tour the island and to give you a dip since it is on the beach, the beach of the reducto, not the prettiest (when it is with high tide if it is), but with low tide ideal for kids, no waves, it's like a swimming pool. Full board, breakfast and dinner buffet but the food with a menu with 2 first and 2 seconds to choose served with a superb attention and treatment. All the hotel staff are a charmer. Double room with sofa bed, and a cot that we asked for extra, very spacious. All very clean, it shows that they take care of everything. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you want to get away from the typical Resort and the areas created for foreigners.

It was fantastic, the breakfast is very nice and they variate it. The best is the location. They clean the room and change the towels every day. Staff is polite and friendly. We would choose it one more time.

Clean, opposite a beach. Great views from rooms facing the ocean. Nice and convenient roof top bar during the summer. Really nice and helpful staff; Rafael (one of the receptionists) is probably one of the nicest people we have ever met.

Excellent hotel located in the center of Arrecife in Lanzarote. Excellent service, good quality buffet and impeccable cleanliness also right in front of the hotel there is a beautiful beach. P. S. The hotel has the pool on the sixth floor from which you can enjoy a nice view of the bay.

We have recently stayed at this hotel. I found the rooms exceptionally clean and the staff who helped me on several occasions regarding day trips booked in advance to sort pick up and times no bother at all. The breakfast had a good range with altered on a daily basis. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard again on a daily basis. Location was great but a bit sparse on supermarkets which consisted of only 3. After seeing other resorts we realised that although the location boasts good variety of restaurants again a bit thin on the ground. On a negative note no kettles provided in the rooms but you can purchase pots of tea from the restaurants we got 3 pots for just 3 Euros! My daughter who is vegetarian struggled a lot unless you like pasta and tomato sauce she found nothing to eat.

Great location right opposite the beach and a short walk from the bus interchange. Our rooms had a balcony and a sea view. It was comfortable and pleasantly furnished with a very high quality bathroom. The staff are very helpful and there is a good breakfast buffet which is included in the room rate. There​ is an attractive swimming pool and sunbathing area on the roof for those who don't wish to use the beach.

Hi stayed at the Lancelot Hotel yesterday, it is a very nice Hotel, in a great location, right across the road from the beach. The place is very clean and the staff were very accommodating and helpful in ensuring that we had a good stay, particularly Miriam, the girl on reception, who got us a room with a great sea view, we will most definitely stay here again. Breakfast good, fairly well-kept rooms.
It is those hotels that do not give products of toilet in your bathroom and you have to ask them, which is a nuisance, that you remember that you don't have a razor or toothbrush at 7 in the morning when you wake up, but hey this is increasingly more common in the small hotels.
The area is very sosa, there is nothing and if you want to go out some night you have to go to the other end.
For my worst is the gym. I'm used to seeing gyms of fairly bland hotels, in which simply have things to say that among its services include gym, but do not have the name Lancelot Hotel. A broken Bank, a dumbbell and a machine running is his Super gym, if at least what care I understand this, but it is that over all in poor condition. As I said, the Bank was broken and so better not have nothing. Funny is that in your Web Photo seem to be up to decent, but of course…
