This is a great family friendly hotel and I have never had any problems and the staf are the best around.

We went to San Miguel park the end of sept through to October, Rooms was lovely & clean, Food was good and always hot, Best park of the hotel was the animation team for me, Tiberius was absolutely amazing, we have a 6 & 3 year old & he always made an effort to get them involved in the day & evening activities, He also had activities for the adults to and we would have a right ball every day around the pool & always good evening entertainment too, On a wednesday there would be a free sangria night and he would take us all down to local karaoke bar, it was brill, His parrtner Elise in the entertainment team was just lovely aswell, we had the best time and cant thank them 2 enough for making ours & the kids holiday the best ❤ All round a fab hotel, fab team, fab holiday

I have had 2 amazing holidays at San Miguel, I always book the superior apartments as I like the sea view over the bay. The staff are lovely and helpful especially the animation team, and the food is good. Can't wait to go back in the near future.

This is our 3rd visit & love it! Staff are so friendly & remembered me & my family from 3 years ago. Tibo & Elise are amazing entertainers that just keep you going all day everyday. Food is simple & good, always something to eat. Very very family friendly.

Oh my goodness. I don't know where to start. This place is amazing. We are on the coach to the airport and I'm in tears. I didn't want to leave. All of the staff are brilliant they are friendly and helpful. They work really long hours and they do a great job. Entertainment staff you are awesome my kids love you. So do me and the husband. I can't wait to be back. I have so many great memories that I can't even start to share. I love you all ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing food, friendly staff and only a short stroll to the stunning beach and shops. The cave is also worth a visit.
Buses really reasonably priced nearby to get you to the rest of the island. Entertainment team really made it a joy to be there. They did a great job. … Rooms spotlessly cleaned. Everything you need for a holiday Highly recommended.

The apartments are a long walk from the beach if you have kids. Our apartment is a hike up the hill. Down on the strip there are a few shops and expensive restaurants. We were self catering and hoped to enjoy nice meals out, but there is limited choice. The best meal we had was homemade. The entertainment finishes at 10.30pm. Note to self. Hire a car and book fully inclusive for next time plus get some good walking shoes.

Fantastic hotel, superb staff, awesome location, stunning views, fabulous beach and bars… would definitely recommend.

The hotel overlooks a picturesque bay ideal for families there are pedalos etc at the beach and a few bars and restaurants some lovely cliffside walks too. The hotel has daily entertainment for children and adults. Very tame!, plenty of choice of food although not much for veggies. But there is usually a good selection of salads! very relaxed ambiance with friendly polite staff… good place to relax and unwind but not party!

Absolutely love that place! Quiet little bay in the North of Ibiza, lovely beach just down the road, good entertainment especially for kids, two swimming pools plus a kids pool, very good meals and — depending on where you stay — awesome views. Very attentive and friendly staff. You can play tennis, football and basketball there. Water sports and biking possible as well. Always a good starting point for a hike — whether it is to watch the sunset in Cala Benirras, to go to the pirate tower or the caves or to visit the small town of San Miguel with its beautiful chapel up the hill.

Small without any hussle and has everything you need. Entertainment is very good.

It was good the food was alright better than everyone thinks I love the fact that you can get free drinks at the beach hut.

I thought the place was very pleasant, the surroundings and staff where lovely, it was very clean and our room was tidied and made everyday with fail, the food was ok, not traditional Spanish foods but almost trying to cater for the whole English approach. The beach was excellent and there was plenty of things to do, in the hotel and on the beach. My major quibble was that it looked outdated, the foyer looked tired and old, but our TUI rep was the biggest let down, telling us we can get cheaper excursions with them and saying they are the only ones which run the trip and then finding out that you can book it yourself for like half the price.

Very noisy, poorly soundproofed rooms, you hear barking dogs, airplanes, cars/motorcycles and everything that goes on the floor above. Very quiet situation to be in family.

Beautiful view on the beach, clean and functional apartments. The staff are welcoming and speak French (or at least English), rather family and quiet place. Only snag: A at least 20-30min from most major cities. But I recommend!

Family-friendly hotel that is affordable for families. A good entertainment programme for children is offered. The buffet in the evening is rather simple and repeats itself weekly. The hotel is located in a small and rather quiet village, not directly on the sea. Nearby is the "Cova de can Marcà" Stalactite cave.

My partner and I rented a studio in September for 10 days €600.
The value for money is perfect, they cleaned everyday and we didn't have any problems. It is a very large structure and for those who want to have the pool and entertainment, two minutes from the beach and two from the bus stop that, by the way, at the beginning, it may seem difficult to move because Puerto San Miguel is the most distant point from Ibiza Town but, just learn to Read the bus times and days well.
Recommended we will definitely go back.

Hotel resort quiet and turned out for the Q we travel adjusted budget and that meets all the expectations necessary for a good stay.

Lovely resort with great staff and location. Food and drink was ok but could be slightly better.

Rooms are small but clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. The all inclusive buffet has a somewhat limited selection but is perfectly acceptable. The all inclusive beer on draught is very drinkable. Be aware that the complex is built on the side of a hill so moving around it involves steep paths and steps in some places. The higher-up apartments facing the bay have a nice view. The upper swimming pool has a great view over the bay along with a selection of sun beds in a quieter part of the complex. The lower pool area next to the main restaurant hosts the main entertainment and is as expected more noisiest during the day although not too loud.

Food choices not great for kids but staff were brilliant. Entertainment crew are superb.

Pleaseant little place to stay, friendly staff, cheap upgrades to All-Inclusive. Nice quiet location with reasonable facilities. Ohh, When you're all inclusive here, they gave you tickets to take down to the sea front where they have a bar, you exchange tickets for free drinks at the sea front too!

I think for families with small kids it´s ok. We paid quite a lot of money but they did not convince us to say it nicely.

Very enjoyable. Had a great apartment with excellent view. Quite a steep climb to get to our room. The food was basic but perfectly acceptable (might be a bit repetitive after more than a week). The entertainment staff really worked very hard to ensure everyone had a great time. All in all worth what we paid.

Clean swimming Pools, delicious food and the rooms were in order. In the evening good and varied entertainment program. It beautiful 12 days with new acquaintances (Rosi and Gisela) were we know of in the San Miguel Park learn. A special praise goes to the Amateurs Tiberius and Michael, who have made every day a super program. I can recommend this resort only more, would always fly back.

Our apartment is very achön (superior with sea view! ), but the food in part does not taste at all. Usually no typical local cuisine only "tourist ate" for the overwhelmingly English audience.

Just got back from a weeks stay in the San Miguel Park Apartments (not superior) and have to say it was an amazing holiday!
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children ages 13 and 9, we had a 1 bedroom apartment which was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, nice and spacious with a nice balcony area with table and chairs.
Food was ok, always something to eat none of us went hungry!
Bar was well stocked with spirits and cocktails, Yeyo the barman was great, quick service, never …much of a queue even in the evening the busiest time.
Not much to say on the pool itself, not massive but does the job of cooling off when needed. Lots of tables and chairs around the pool, however sun beds are scarce and you will need to get up early to bag a couple.
5 mins walk to 3 supermarkets and beach which also has bars and restaurants. Not a huge beach and gets crowded.
Be warned… if you decide to take the boat trip to see the sunset on a Sunday… when we went the boat pulled in to the beach and we found it was quite an eye opener as there were lots of hippies that were absolutely starkers and made no effort to hide this fact even with a boatload of people in full view. Just a heads up if you have children. Also the path to the beach is very treacherous.
Now the best bit… the Entertainment. The week we went Tiberius was on his own and did a brilliant job of keeping everyone entertained. He was funny, cheeky and always full of energy and fun.

Just got back from a 9 day family break at San Miguel park! All I can say is thank you for helping us make some fabulous memories! The apartments are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, food was ok! But the best has to be the entertainment crew, Tiberius & Daniella are a major credit the hotel and have been outstanding everyday we were there! Would highly recommend anyone to go. Tib & Daniella your fab keep up the good work!

Sixteen girls descended on this fabulous place for Emma Tymms' hen weekend. We all had a lovely time. All the staff were friendly, the food was tasty and we managed to drink the bar dry of champagne! (It was restocked speedily). An all round good place for a holiday. Whether it's for you and the kids or girls or guys getaways the staff are there to make it enjoyable.

We had an upgraded room which was very nice. However, the all-inclusive deal was very poor. The buffet food was bad as were the drinks were. In addition to poor food, they have 6 half an hour slots during the day where no food or snacks are served at all. Also, the cocktails are only available after 7pm, so no cocktails by the pool. The pools are full of children so good for families, not for groups of adults. Wifi is included but unreliable. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, lots of hills and Coast line.

Pros: Considering the cost of the rooms, they were far larger and more modern than I was expecting — kept in well condition and gave the impression of being new. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view and was near a clean and well maintained pool. Cons: The shower, while attractive, was badly designed in such a way that it was almost impossible to have a shower without getting water all over the floor of the bathroom. The wall mounted TV in one of the bedrooms was actually impossible to watch from the beds (without standing on them) due to the viewing angle of the cheap LCD screen. These were minor gripes though, really.

Brilliant family resort for early in the season. Friendly entertainment staff and impeccably clean resort. ;-).
