Great stance at the hotel excellent treatment and amazing food we only stayed for dinning but it was an amazing experience.

Amazing, chilled resort, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Only negative for us was we asked for a double room and you gave us two single beds pushed together : ( We didn't let it spoil our honeymoon and appreciate the complimentary cavar, but did make spooning interesting! (I fell down the gap many times! )

Hello, it has been several times that I leave in hotel all inclusive, either as a couple or as a family. And this hotel is by far, one of the nicest I could do. Modern, Zen atmosphere. Top decoration, ideal setting located in a Cove. Nice staff.
Buffet level nothing to say, the choice is at the rendezvous, balanced.
In short, nothing to say. A week at the top.

We came home yesterday from Portinatx. After a week in a nice clean hotel conveniently located in a magical place. Several Jacuzzis. 2 swimming pools. A little Zen with Spa. A private beach in a small Cove. The staff were very friendly. Village of Portinatx 15 minutes walk. I recommend this hotel which is well-merit its 4 stars. There is nothing to say about negative.

A very nice hotel, terraced in several levels with pool areas arranged down to the in-house beach. The system makes a high-quality impression.
Several bars allow a short walk to the drinks. Sanitary areas are connected to this. The staff is very friendly, the food excellent and the rooms neat, clean and nicely furnished. Reasonable beds make us sleep very well.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the food very good, however this is not a hotel for anyone with mobility issues. There's no lifts and the restaurant is on the first floor.

Good hotel, for three star Ka category. Clean, comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just highlight the poor service of elevators that are insufficient at peak times.

Good Holiday Resort in a nice surrounding. The Hotel Beach is not really nice, so we would strongly recommend a rental car to drive to a beautiful bay, respectively walk to Portinatx public beach (15 minutes)

I have never had such a terrible stay in a hotel as in this one.
After problems with the room on the first day (a mini-family room instead of the booked 2 double rooms) We were looked at diagonally that disturbed us. From then on, it was only downhill. Incapable staff at the reception, we waited almost an hour for a taxi which we had ordered at the reception, although it was said it will arrive in 10 minutes. Free chairs? False indication. At 7, all the chairs were completely occupied. Apart from the lack of quality of the couches. Drinking water is only available at the opening hours of the bar (and only the water in the glass is included. In bottles it costs of course. ) on the day of departure we were told that we would not have paid for dinner (which of course was not included on the date) and would have forged the count confirmation (apparently she did not recognize the writing of her own colleague).
All in all, just awful and we regret having left this hotel money.

Excellent Holiday club, in Cala Benirrax. With magnificent facilities overlooking the cove itself and the beach. Beautiful and quiet place for a family holiday.

This is the best you can come across. Great location, anmazing views, clean and modern rooms, towels changed every day, very nice stuff, good entertainment, private beach, great food. Good for kids too. Trust me you not gonna be disappointed.

Excellent stay in inter season. Nice staff, especially Miguel at the restaurant and two other waitresses whose name I forgot. Carmen the cook Chef. And spa side too.

Very nice hotel complex with 2 pools (one of them 18 +), delicious food and many nice and clean rooms. Only the reclining possibilities could be further expanded.

Not bad but bit dissapointed. I know its a end of the season but it should not be like that: all jacuzzis temperature regulators in both terraces broken/not working, 3 out 4 bars closed so only main bar open with normally only 1 bartender serving, closed 1 tennins court and football pitch, actually not much for little kids apart from that pool as on pictures with freezing water, not recommending really for for middle of october because of the above reasons apart from that all OK. Nice and helpfull staff.

Great hotel with good facilities, very good all inclusive and helpful staff. Nicely situated in Portinatx. Rooms were quite small, fairly clean and recently renovated. The complex has several bars, lounges and pools with enough place for the guests (at least in September). Car rental is advised if you want to see something of Ibiza. Europcar in Portinatx is a good option (10 min walk). Some (small) negatives: the reception is almost always understaffed and the beach is quite small. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We find the place very peaceful. The setting is beautiful. The hotel is well designed, maintained and clean. Only downside on the sun beds and mattresses where you can feel the wear of the season. The breakfasts are very plentiful, the lunches and dinners very correct especially for the price of the stay all inclusive. The teams are helpful and attentive. Many speak several languages it is appreciable. The Sky Cafe with these two Jacuzzis is very friendly and a little aloof so quiet and offers a nice view of the bay or the cliff Bar also with its jacuzzi. The spaces are well thought out where each, couple or family find their place for a charming stay. For families with children, there are still a lot of stairs that should not be easy with strollers.

Hello I am currently at the Portinatx Hotel in Ibiza with my spouse we are very disappointed! It's not worth 4 stars! Since our arrival the negative is chained! We will mount a file for a refund from agency who sold me the dream. The view is certainly very beautiful nothing to say and it is a great complex type hotel! But apart the view nothing of +! For lunch and dinner you will not be able to eat the good product of the refectory outside and enjoy the terrace you are forced to eat in this large canteen lunch and evening lock up! Only the outdoor snack allows to eat out and the snack is very very poor it's a shame! Then above all do not have to have for the bed of the room because to have a double bed you will have to take a room view sea be an extra of 210 euros! Otherwise all the other rooms are individual beds that you paste yourself! These a shame we were lied to spend the night away from my spouse as the bed separates! Then work on our room wall and a small bathroom! Try glass and a pool with a piece of carlage that picks up we melt! Jacuzzi dirty and Transat broken for certain and Lebanese bed dirty! 1 single Jacuzzi outside instead of 2! Thank you deceptive pub! This morning we did not want to go to the jacuzzi of the spa and Hamman and nothing foonctionner and the joints was dirty! Ji am still currently for 4 days this morning I took pictures do not get ripped off about the rooms!

Access to the room when you arrive is possible from 2pm.
Forget the baggage service, you will have to manage to go to the main reception of the hotel, as well as to your room with your suitcases.
The upper room is standard; with air conditioning that works randomly, the walls are unsuitable, the furniture is broken, the trunk must be counted an extra 26 (10 euros refunded on your way out), the drinks in the refrigerator are free for the first and paid then you have to apply through a card, the bed is not a double bed but two single beds attached (for a couple it is not pleasant).
The infrastructure of the facility is fine, but the lack of staff is obvious. The food is average, at noon you have two snack one at the bar and one at the very average cove, for the morning and evening good canteen.
The sangria is very good.

A really nice hotel with charming swimming bay.

Great location, service and room very nice, clean and modern. Very good restaurant. Idyllic holiday in the most beautiful corner of Ibiza.

Clean, modern and a brilliant view. The buffet changed every night which was lovely. The rooms aren't really spacious, but they are clean, modern and have a balcony. The pools are lovely and the private beach is a nice bonus. It's a bit of a climb to the nearest town, but if you're in relatively good health its doable by foot.

After the renovations has won a star. It shows in better service, food and drinks, but also in the price.

Very nice hotel complex with individual room Units. The rooms are not very large but absolutely OK and nicely decorated. The food is varied and typical of an AI hotel. A gourmet meal is not to be expected. Absolutely OK for this category. The Hotel's beach is only accessible by Stairs. Not recommended for elderly or disabled people. The hotel is just Outside. If you want to do something, a rental car is necessary. Parking spaces are available at the hotel and free of Charge. There is a varied entertainment programme. Canoeing, sup, fitness, tennis, football, mountain biking, archery, childcare, Children's disco, evenings always musical Entertainment.
There is also a Ü18 pool and a Ü18 sun Terrace. There is an additional pool and a children's Pool. A spa area rounds off the facilities on Offer. From the airport it is about 30 minutes by car to the Hotel.
unfortunately, There is little information in the room on the Offers. You have to ask for everything. Staff speaks English and spanish, partly a little German.
Negative: WLAN costs €18 per week and does not Work. The free Wi-fi in the lobby is just as slow. Not even emails can be loaded or sent.
Here you should have enough data volume. Because of the roaming charges it is tolerable. 3G/4G Supply is Good.
Daily cleaning is carried out very superficially. Beds made and towels changed if necessary. Dirt on the floor remains lying.

The cleanliness and food was superb. The staff were great, all bar the older miserable sod behind the main bar. (who spoils the place-getting a drink out of him is a work of art he'd rather wash up) There are many 18+ bars with Jacuzzis and quiet bathing but at this time bars not operational. Kids club — fabulous. Will definitely come again.

Renovated hotel with small units. The special feature is the small beach, which is only accessible by Stairs.

The rooms are small but nice, the hotel itself is a dream, beach in the hotel area, staff is nice and helpful, the food is varied and good every night — perfect hotel to relax and yet have fun!

Pros:
Food at the level. Solid score 4! Funny guys animators, every evening arrange good performances, thereby cheering the local audience (family vacation! ).
Cons:
The biggest drawback is remoteness. It's a rotten city where there's nothing interesting. The beaches are not very nice and very small. Just right for a family holiday. The hotel itself has a maaaal a little lagoon, very small. Mind you, it's not like the one in the photo. If you get on public transport from the airport, you will have to take the bus 40-50 minutes on the snog. The bus runs only 4 times a day. Mention! The latest is 5 p. M. Taxis to the airport will cost 50-60 euros. The most profitable option to rent a car 60 euros per day — the minimum. The internet is available for 18 euros per week.

It was the best holiday ever and I love the fqct that the drinks are free.
