The quality of the service its employees very friendly people.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms and hotel are modern, clean and stylish and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Food was so varied and very good lots of choice to suit everyone. Rooms very spacious very clean all the staff in the hotel are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful pools and lovely quiet location. Would definitely return for another visit.

Had an amazing 8 night stay here where we could not have been made more welcome! Relaxed is the best word to describe our experience. The staff are exceptional and bend over backward to make sure you’re happy! The food is stunning and the all inclusive option is definitely the way to go! The staff will remember your drink order, become your friends and make sure you never go without. We will miss you guys. Thank you for such a perfect holiday, we will definitely be back ♥️

The only drawback is that it is 15 minutes drive from a bank or some centrito larger than Portinatx's.

Calm and quiet chilled atmosphere. Smiley helpful staff, good food, good service. Its just a shame I'm here for work so only got to enjoy two nights! I hope to return with my husband and get to enjoy it together next time.

Wonderful adults only hotel near a small beach, at the end of the island. A really good place for peace and quiet. The hotel has two pools and a spacious sunning area. Breakfast (indoor), lunch (at the pool) and diner (indoor) are good. It is also possible to enjoy lunch and diner at the restaurant near the beach. Rooms are great. Very spacious and clean. Beds are incredible. Finally had a good night sleep at an hotel :-) Staff is very friendly and gave us a warm welcome with a glass of Cava. You can upgrade your stay to All Inclusive and then you just have to enjoy your vacation.

Super hotel it's clean and awseome. They are super friendly and good. Nothing to worry about but very very far away. If you come for relaxation then this is perfect for you. A taxi will be 50€ one way.

It was one of the most amazing vacations ever! Great hotel, my friend and I We have stayed there for 7 days on our first holiday together. I contacted the hotel before asking for some surprise for our first holiday together & PR had really done a beautiful surprise. Room number 207 has one of the most beautiful romantic sunset view. Breakfast team is very professional. I would definitely recommend this place for romantic and relaxing holidays.

Very annoying user experience on the website! Does not allow you to get in even just to look at and understand what the hotel offers WITHOUT planting COOKIES not only from them but also from THIRD PARTIES. Would not let me browse so we left the site and looked elsewhere.

Fabulous chilled out relaxed atmosphere helpful yet unobtrusive staff no negatives at all value for money superb holiday.

We went in August of last year and we went out delighted, we will repeat, with very good taste with the decoration, it transmits calm, relax.
Tried the staff very nice and attentive.
Buffet with lots of variety D products to choose from and without problems we have intolerance.
I was fascinated by the thermal showers with aromas located in the top pool, beach on foot hotel and exceptional views.
I recommend it.

The hotel has a great beach bar in the bay.

Lovely adult-only environment, lovely pools, great breakfast buffet and decent tapas at the poolside bar. Cocktails a bit on the weak side and looking at my legs and feet, I think there may be bedbugs in at least the room we stayed in. Maid service attention to detail is generally poor, so I am not all that surprised. Would have given 5 stars if not for those downers.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was modern and clean. It's well worth paying extra for a sea view. Will definitely return!

Great hotel good location for sea lovers and quiet life.

Very few things to fault. Not cheap, but well worth it. No screaming kids, not too busy, really good breakfast, comfortable rooms and a decent beach which was also very quiet. Perhaps the car park could do with some attention though… and a small drying rack on the balcony would've been very useful. Otherwise, great. Loved it.

It was one of the most amazing vacations ever! Great hotel, just after refurbishing. Amazing rooms, very clean, good selection and quality of food, area is quiet and calm. Beach in front of the hotel is nice and clean, empty in the morning, perfect for after breakfast swim! We have stayed there for 4 days for my boyfriend's birthday. I contacted the hotel before asking for some surprise for my boyfriend upon arrival. As a result we got upgraded to junior suite! Customer relations Manager Daniel is amazing and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for romantic and relaxing holidays.

In a quiet Cove, Hotel 4 * cared for with some adjustment to do having just opened, advisable.

It has not been possible to dismiss me for reasons of time, but I want to send a big hello to all the employees of this hotel, very quiet and family especially to Amparo, the Pepe, Patricia, Arturo, cooks, for maintenance and staff since have been phenomenal. A hug to all and hope for the coming year.
