Good location. Old room with smell of cigarettes.

Simple hotel but strategically located. Friendly staff. Comfortable (separate) beds, plenty of luggage space. Well-functioning air conditioning. Too bad for the absence of fridge and bathrooms a bit dated.

It was clean. The bed was really nice. The hotel staff was nice as well. The view out of my window was literally of trash but that is okay. The pool was refreshing enough to keep me from being bothered by it. Also is a great location to main part of Ibiza Town.

PROS: We're bargain hunters but the El Puerto Hotel Apartments turned out great for us. We splurged on a Premium Room and it was worth it. The room was modern and remodeled. Air Conditioning worked. Our room was quiet and the neighborhood felt safe. We had a large balcony. There is an all glass peek-a-boo shower, so you better travel with your lover. I wish there were more than 2 flimsy pillows, but it was fine for 2 nights. I wasn't expecting much but the shower gel had surprised me by smelling really good (coconut scent). Strong fast Wi-Fi. The location was the best part, being right in Ibiza Town, which made everything walkable. The ferries to Formentera were just 2 blocks away. Dalt Castle and the charming old town, as well as the newer downtown, shopping, and beaches were walking distance. Use the supermarket at the corner, which is cheaper than the convenience market across the street. There's a Burger King and a McDonald's around the corner which is suitable for those on a budget. But really, you come for the Spanish food. There was a pool deck but we didn't use it. CONS: The hotel's breakfast was lackluster. Watery scrambled eggs, bland breads. I stuck to the hard boiled eggs, juice machine, and put some iberico ham olive oil on a piece of bread. But honestly, you don't book a hotel for the breakfast and there were plenty of great eating options in the neighborhood (and we skipped breakfast the second night because we stayed out for the nightlife).

Premium room. Spacious and comfortable but the poor daily cleaning the toilet has not been cleaned in the 5 days and there is no replacement of shampoo and soap. The shower tray is cleaned with the mocho of the mop that scrubs the floor and you find the pieces of Mocho in the shower.

Spartan Hotel But in a very central location. The value for money is good though frankly the room where we stayed was really too small to be considered a triple. Buffet breakfast included in the price. Bathroom basic and dated but clean. Probably in high season this place will seem like a hive.

Very clean and very comfortable Hotel close to everything.

We stayed because Vueling's flight was cancelled and it was the one that gave you to spend the night, we looked at the price comparing it with another in Platja d'en bossa that we go every year and being this more expensive is much worse. The bathroom windows overlook the hallway and let you see the person you are using. The quality of the furniture is very bad. The rooms are small. What I can highlight is its good location.

STRUCTURE * * * * located at 3 min walk from the centre The structure is a little old but well kept, equipped with a Card that you will use in addition to open your room also to access the structure in the evening time.

Clean, structurally in line with a 2 * Hotel the bathroom is also livable clean, there is a bathtub for one person, you can also use it as a shower.
Large wardrobe, safe and fridge.

Breakfast * * * * * Breakfast with vending machines for juices and hot drinks, they also have the espresso machine with waffles (coffee acceptable), there is fresh fruit brioches, eggs, sliced bread, cheeses.

The sheets and blankets were really old, the walls too thin. Otherwise it was normal but more like a hostel than a hotel.

Have stayed for 7 nights in early April at this hotel and have chosen us for the very reasonable price including breakfast. The location is great for excursions. There is a paid parking lot right behind the hotel and a free Turistenparkplatz about 10 minutes walk away at the Ikea central warehouse.
The room was very nice, with large balcony and the breakfast for us was absolutely adequate.
It is a 5 minute walk to the old town.
We were not here to swim, but with the rental car you can quickly reach the beach in the area.

Breakfast right rooms a little dated in the not renovated, central location.

Cheap and well located for Traskadarse in Ibiza.

The service of the bar Malisimo, as always, I have been going to this hotel for work and I have had to get up from the table several times because the specific waiter, who is there is always a pasota without wanting to work and you can leave you sitting there 15 min. As he talks to his buddies at the bar and I repeat, it's not a one-time thing. Otherwise very good.

I used it only one night, but it's very good, close to the port.
You have shops, places to eat and visit very close.
The room was OK although the air conditioner did not work. We were offered to change rooms but it was only at night as we left very early in the morning to the airport.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
During our stay everything came together so I would not want to stay here again.

In the city center. Quiet hotel with contemporary rooms and apartments, restaurant, cafeteria and pool. Located in Ibiza town just minutes from the Port of Ibiza. Affordable prices, with free buffet breakfast included.

Super position! For the rest the quality compared to the price is non-existent.

Giving this place one star for many reasons, and only really giving it the one start because I need to give a rating to perform a review (normally I dont do reviews but had a pretty appalling time at this hotel) We arrived and checked into our room after quiet a long flight, and only really wanted to have a little sleep before heading out. We quickly found out the Bathroom window was shattered and about to fall out (Not very secure) and the Air con was blowing hot air. I mean things break and electronics become faulty but surely these havent been in working order for some time as the aircon unit was literally hanging off the wall. I go down to report the issues and get told a technician can look at it at 5pm, and get offered to move to another room or an apartment for a cost. I thought id give them a chance to fix the aircon since we had all moved in, I go down at 5:30 and get advised that a technician went to the room to look at it (which never happened). At this point I just want an aircon room and opt to get the apartment and pay the difference, once the payment is completed, the front staff then tells me since ive upgraded ive now lost my included breakfast in my other room and that theres nothing he can do to help me out. Mind you one of the only reasons I opted for the move was because the room wasnt satisfactory then paid additional fee's to get less… just super strange.

Great staff. Which room you're in is relevant as some are renovated and most are not. I got a renovated room but it was still very small. Pool closes at 7pm which seemed odd. Great location. 2 blocks from ferry harbor.

Wi-Fi does not work in the bedroom and air conditioning is a little bit weak. The locker was broken and the breakfast is simple but delicious. Perfect localization. Good for money in general.

Hotel located near the port for this positive for those arriving by ferry however it was detected too noisy at night no one sleeps.

It is a nice hotel for its price. I like their food. Staff was nice and helpful. The thing that I don't like about this place is it's location. It was hard to get there because it is situated in a place in city where streets are narrow and there is a lot of trafic. Apart from that, everything was good.
