Iconic 80s hotel in Ibiza town within walking distance of the lively center, the old town and the harbor. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, high level security (at the time of Corona virus) We were here for the 2nd time and will definitely be back!

A 1980 luxury hotel with a classic feel, proves that quality doesn’t go out of fashion. Fantastic location, with very clean comfortable well appointed rooms. Lovely rooftop pool area including spa & gym, with views of the town harbour and distant scenery. Friendly staff and great food / snacks. Happy to recommend.

Have stayed here with my daughter on this trip and found the staff very friendly and helpful.
We used the spa and had a very relaxing massage, which was wonderful.
The hotel is perfectly situated to walk easily into town.

Central. You're in Dalt Vila right now. Room ok. Clean. Great breakfast and superlative dinner. Small but beautiful rooftop pool. Friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Hotel Royal Plaza in Ibiza is the worst hotel I ever stayed in, I travel a lot and never had I had such a bad experience, the staff in the hotel are very rude, rooms don't get cleaned, bedbugs all over… I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel! the guy at the front desk was yelling at a customer in front of everyone…

Good hotel. Kind and willing to provide any kind of information. They speak Italian. If there is an opportunity we will return to this facility.

For a four star hotle it was certainly lacking
Service was good but thats about it
No facilities to make a drink in your room lift that had its own mind.
I was refused access to the bar because it was booked (as a guest im paying for these facilities)
They wouldnt get me and iron to tidy my cloths up but were happy to charge seven euros for a shirt to be ironed (rip of when I needed 5 shirts sorting)

A classic in Ibiza. Good breakfast and you can sleep peacefully. Bath and bathroom with bidet which for me is a 10.

Simple. They should change everything. Special breakfast and decoration of the rooms.

Great location, clean rooms. We had a room with a balcony. Rooms on the other side did not have one and were much smaller and stuffy. The staff were really friendly. We did not have breakfast, we found a good supermarket near by. There is a great pizza place around the corner where you can get €5 pizza and drink.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. It is located very close to the port and has all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. Pool and chill out area on the roof and gym very full, I'll be back!

Very nice Hotel to visit Ibiza City. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the dinner menu which comes in with the half board.

Wouldn’t call it a royal experience. Most important thing in a hotel is that you sleep well! This hotel has very thin walls and windows. You can literally here everything from your next door neighbours and in the street. People walking in the corridor sound like they are in the room. The hotel needs some serious renovation to resolve the sound insulation. Other than this. Nice friendly staff Nice location as only a 5 minute walk from the high street. Room was clean and tidy although a little dated. If you are looking to hire a car, perhaps not the best location as there is very very little on street parking and the nearest car park (just over the road) charges by minute and works out at around 26 euro for overnight parking which is crazy. I probably wouldn’t return to this hotel just based on the noise. It was quite unacceptable.

The room was very good. Very good breakfast Very close to the port and the sea, about 5 minutes walk, and restaurants and shops. There is a parking right in front but it is paid, a 10 minute walk there is a large esplanade to park for free. It is a 13-minute walk from the old town.

Central! Kind! Good services but to renovate!

Every night they make theatrical representations of Shakespeare on the roof, enjoy very much watching Hamlet while two slaves costamarfileños me abanicaban with banana leaves from East Asia. A highly recommended experience, try the Penecillos.

Good cleanliness and very quiet with acceptable prices.

Rooms were large however the walls are very very thin and you can hear literally everything from the rooms next to you. Not the best sleep when you are woken by loud noises next door.

I've been at the hotel for a week. The Hotel was Antinguo and the staff were very friendly. The location was good but it is true that for a four star hotel it is a bit short of the room. The reception service is nice. Good cleaning.

An excellent hotel and located in the center. With a very varied and better elaborate gastronomy. Although the best is their staff to whom I give a 10. All in all it is a hotel to recommend.

Everything was perfect, reception in French, room and bathroom impeccable. Only small downside the breakfast improved not enough varied for a longer stay.

I have come for work and I have felt at home, all the hotel staff are super friendly, the front desk staff, the maître, the staff that caters to the restaurant, the rooms very comfortable, place highly recommended.

A really comfortable hotel with woods and carpets that soften the noises, guaranteeing the rest in the comfortable beds. Spacious rooms all with balconies. Staff A fantastic breakfast is sweet with ensaimadas and treats of all kinds that savory, with the Iberian jamon and the pan Tomate! Always perfect!

Good classy hotel, spacious rooms with large wardrobes and elegant and comfortable marble bathrooms. I am always comfortable at this hotel. Rooftop pool with Spa solarium and gym. In the center near the port, convenient for ferries and airport.

Not bad, but dated and with merely decent service: reception was stiff and unhelpful, rooftop bar was run by some excellently nice women, but they did not know how to mix the cocktails in their menu. This must have been a really cool hotel, in the 70's.

Limited parking spaces. First come first served if you can't get a parking space there is a local car park but it is 38 euros per 24 hours. Lovely clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Excellent room size. Excellent courteous and helpful staff. Great location close to harbour and local tourist attractions. Varied and great tasting breakfast. Could do with a couple of bottles of complimentary water in the mini bar bit apart from that we would stay here again.

Great hotel in central location… close to the port… and close to the various bus stops so you can go everywhere.

We where here for a 3 day stay and it was great! Great view from the rooftop at night and the staff was great. The rooms were clean and welcoming, the bed not so much. The elevators are small (like 2 people and 4 luggages) so be ready to squeeze in. This is all across Europe and Spain. They do not have an iron in the room or in the building. If coming in from the airport take a bus it's about 7€ vs a cab that can be more than 30€.

My family and I stayed at the Royal Plaza for a single night following a cancelled flight and the first thing I must say we that the staff where great, very helpful thought, especially with all our extra kit for the little one. We are in the roof top bar and restaurant which was great and again superb staff, the selection is limited but if great quality. The two bad points are that the room facilities were generally good but no ability to make a coffee or tea? And the wall thickness is not great, especially as there was an adjoining for to the next room that must have been paper thin resulting in a larger than expected amount of noise from other guests. Otherwise a nice hotel in a great location for the centre of Ibiza old town.

This is a beautiful hotel clean excellent facilities and top class staff, especially " Elle " our poolside waitress who couldnt do enough for us, we effectionatly nick named her "mrs overalls" cos she kept forgetting our orders at first. But we were hard work! We were lucky enough to meet the hotel owner "Pepe" on our last day, he chatted to us and after he left us he instructed Elle to give us a free round of drinks. Lovely man lovely hotel loved it ☺

Hotel in Ibiza town, 10 minutes from the Dalt Vila area free to Park, even though it has a small free parking if there are site and if your car is small. Very complete, with much detail, spacious and comfortable, rooms with nice terrace.
Very breakfast buffet excellent, a lot of variety, such as point to improving a natural juice and it is perfect.
The price in low season is fine.
It has a mini Spa, with Jacuzzi, shower jets and Turkish bath. The problem is that she opens it from 18:00 to 20:00 (jacuzzi when you want, but bath Turkish only at that time, we were told) and in the jacuzzi just enter 2 people and there is no timetable, so if you raise and is busy is very inconvenient because you have to wait it out… should provide hours…
Another drawback is that before 10 o'clock in the morning cleaning lady has played 2 times and has opened the door… we hallucinating inside… check that already has made the people the checkout…? Fat failure in a hotel of that style.
The rooftop pool could not test it because in November but it looks good with views to Dalt Vila.

Standard hotel. The room was very large, good bed and a large terrace ours. Breakfast very good, all that juice was not natural. It is in a quiet street. Parked outside is complicated, but the hotel has a small parking lot that according to the size of the car and if there are free places, you can park free. The spa itself is not a spa, is a jacuzzi, a Turkish bath and a shower of jets. Very nice pool with rooftop terrace!

Low so, it is not 4 star and if 4 range.

Un hotel con decoracion de los anos 80… todo muy anticuado. El desayuno muy mal. Pan no es fresco, los platos sucios y poca variedad. La habitacion estava organizada pero no muy limpia. Si quieres ducharte el agua moja todo el pisoya que no hay mampara. De 4 estrellas no tiene nada…

Hotel in the heart of Ibiza. Very comfortable. The pool on the roof with views to Dalt Vila is ideal to sunbathe and relax. When I was also made dinner on the terrace.

I'm here right now. The room is neat and clean. The staff are really friendly and relaxed. I ate in the rooftop restaurant last night and had a really excellently prepared meal served by friendly and efficient staff. The room is one without a balcony — you get that a lot if you're getting a single room anywhere, I've found, you have to fight for your right to have a view. Why should that be saved for the couples who may very well be doing something other than looking at the view in the first place? So I'm overlooking some apartments — but it's not bad and hasn't affected my enjoyment of the hotel.

At the hotel they behave as slave traders with staff!
There are only two or three girls in the hotel as housekeepers, to which do not understand it (making the cleaning of the rooms)
Personal need, not the rooms are perfectly clean, but you can see that the waitresses do not give rude, it seems that they were serving in the middle ages.
As a result, this hotel should not have four stars, does not have this quality.
With such high price, it should be more clean, have two waitresses of the room and a better service.
I encourage all those who visit this hotel that it fail as a suggestion, as I did at the time.

This hotel claims to be a four star hotel, but lacks in very important areas. Staff are not interested in the well being of their guests, and are driven by money. I have had a very bad experience with this hotel. First of all the hotel is situated in a very run down area. There are heroin addicts camped just outside the hotel entrance, who badger you for money every time you park your car. The hotel does not even have a policy of locking the front doors of the hotel at night, allowing anyone to walk in unchallenged. This should be of utmost importance, considering the area that the hotel is in. When I was staying at the hotel two unkempt people managed to walk into the hotel in the early hours of the morning and break into my hotel room, and steal my posessions whilst I was sleeping. The hotel staff were very unresponsive to my concerns after this incident, and even suggested that it was my fault. They were more concerned about my bill of 4 euros to be paid. They even failed to ask for my key card back, so who knows who else has a key to the rooms out there! This hotel has a lot to learn about making the guests feel safe, and providing security, which should be of the most importance. I would not recommend that anyone stays at this hotel, based on this experience.
