Wow, where do I start… First off staff so friendly and welcoming entertainment was okay and pool activities. Food fantastic reat variety from morning noon and night. Our room great size air con hot water. Room constantly cleaned. Only issue is the pool need slip proof mats on walk ways. As my partner slipped and cut her wrist. But overall amazing experience and can't wait to go back next year.

Amazing place! Perfect place for either calm couple trip or family. Great view, food was various and tasty. Drink machines available all day, snack bar. Room could have had a minor renovation, but not bad at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you have top floor, you must intend to do some walking, but stairs are absolutely not necessary, they do have elevators for all floors. could not been any more satisfied. 5/5 Thanks for beeing awesome! 🏝️✌️

Sadly the part of my holiday here which really disappointed me was the quality of the food! I stayed for one week and actually enjoyed one lunch. The temperature of the food was at best Luke warm. I tried to go down at different times within my allocated time to see if by any chance it was warmer sadly it wasn’t. Even the salad selection was poor. Tined beetroot, tined sweetcorn and olives. Yes fresh tomatoes and lettuce but the dressings were nice. The view is spectacular however! The restaurant staff were really friendly and lovely too as was a really lovely lady on reception.

One of the best all inclusive packages, food is so good the chef’s really put a lot of taught into taste and choice. The views are beautiful from everywhere you are in the hotel and so clean. If I had to say one thing it would be desserts could do with some love. Also definitely worth upgrading to premium drinks, we done it for our last two days. Fabulous stay will definitely be back.

I 100 percent enjoyed my stay at Mogán Princess hotel. The view was amazing and the hotel wasn’t noisy. The staffs working there were so so friendly and the food was amazing. The animations across the days were very good and full of fun. The hotel was very clean everywhere in the rooms and outside, including the pools toilets, amazing! We would definitely go back to this hotel again. Thanks everyone for making our stay so unforgettable and special.

We have had the most lovely holiday! The food, rooms and entertainment were all fantastic! The staff were all friendly and willing to help and the surrounding area is beautiful. We would recommend canary diving adventures underneath taurito princess to anyone looking to try out diving as a beginner — Ryan, Simone and Dan were fab with our first dive!

Absolutely loved our holiday made me feel special from the cleaners saying Ola to the entertainment staff making the effort every time they saw our toddler she was so happy with mini — disco! cant fault it one bit returning in a couple of months for san Francisco's!

We are on the last day of what can only be described as a fantastic hotel! Having previously holidayed in smaller more intimated hotels we were a bit dubious about coming to such a large holiday! However we have to say we were very impressed and had the most fabulous time. The hotel has everything for a relaxing chill out time which is exactly what we needed, even though it is a family friendly hotel there are plenty of quiet spots where you can just chill out, the adults only pool being one of them though I must stress you probably need to be here from 9.30 to get a bed as they do fill quickly (does not open until 10) but the views and the pool are stunning! The sunset bar is also a nice place to chill through the day and even though the bar is not open you can just pop down to the coco loco restaurant to get drinks and snacks. Food all day is plentiful and though not haute cuisine is adequate and filling. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff were about constantly and even though parts of the hotel look a bit tired it was very clean and spotless. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and the maid service is spot on! Ask for a higher room for the best views, but be prepared for lots of stairs and lots of lifts! All in all the most enjoyable relaxing holiday!

Wonderful hotel all staff friendly and helpful wonderful entertainment staff. A lot of steps but there are lifts everywhere. Courtesy bus that goes to the beach and to the port in mogan but if you want to go to mogan on Fridays book your seat fast because it fills up fast and that’s the only day the big market is on. The food is great different variety for everyone. Views are spectacular especially from our balcony.

Been twice now and am planning another visit ‍♀️

The setting is in the cliffside is breathtaking it’s on a steep hill but beautiful. There’s a bus stop at the bottom of the hill and taxi rank, hotel food is beautiful plenty for all tastes, themed nights every night something different there’s a pool bar, a new bar alongside reception a beach bar and spots around the hotel to get drinks.

Fantastic place to stay, well set up with great food, staff, rooms and amenities only down side was we only stayed a week, recommended.

We are on our 2nd day here we love this hotel we came in June and decided to come back in October and brought family with us this time. Food is good. Hotel is very clean and staff are really friendly. The only thing is that the times on the leaflets for bar openings etc are a little misleading but it isn’t a biggie. There is an awful lot of steps so not good if you have mobility issues. We are on the top floor in block 4 the views are amazing and even though it’s a bit of a trek from reception etc the room and view make up for it. We would definitely come back again.

This hotel is faultless stunning views lovely food amazing staff who can’t do enough for you entertainment in the bar swimming pools to die for only downside a lot of stairs up and down.

Had a great holiday. I would definitely recommend the hotel especially if you are a family with kids looking to relax. The views are amazing and the hotel is really clean. I really have nothing negative to say about this. However the entertainment isn't that great and some improvement could be done. Would definitely go back ☺

Lo mejor es la ubicación, vistas y precio. Luego la calidad es comprensible que tengan que reducirla para ajustar ese precio bajo en comparación con otro hoteles de la misma categoría. Personal responde de manera eficaz y amable. La animación también está bastante bien. Habitaciones correctas a no ser que te encuentres alguna cucaracha, algo al parecer muy típico de la isla, que en el nivel de la piscina desgraciadamente las he encontrado.

Good hotel for a short relaxed holiday. Very good all inclusive, the food is great and a lot of choice at the bar. Some restaurant staff members could be more friendly at the door, some act like policeman and their English is bad. A great pool but in our stay not heated, also a pool for only adults. Very good. Clean rooms and great cleaning staff. Perfect view on the sea.

We are on our 2nd day here out of 7. Its is absolutely lovely. Very clean, lovely staff. Not tried the entertainment but good food & drink. Lovely pool & the scenery is outstanding. Only downside of if u have any lind of mobility issue, u need a ground floor room as we are right at the top after 3 lifts but still fab… Our room is lovely though xx.

Good place to go with family, ideal for both children and adults, good animators, cleaning and varied cuisine. Free bus Several hours a day to the beach of Taurito and once a day to go to Puerto Mogán, a beautiful village with its canals and peculiar streets with flowers. You can rent a car in the hotel or take the bus near the hotel to get around.

Ubicacado on top of one side of the ravine, which is full on both sides of hotels that climb up the slopes. The view to the sea the best.
The old fashioned rooms, with those horrible blankets that give me allergies, don't have nordics. Very bad pillows, with 2 and our neck was contracted. Something ye oldie goldie the furniture and decoration.
The meals right but sometimes a lot of wait to get into the dining room, especially at dinner, a lot of noise because the dining room in small for so many people.
Non-carbonated water faucets in the adult-only area, neither the lifeguard does anything but look, spills a glass and you end up with your feet stuck, no staff to clean up the next day, leave the umbrellas flying and or get out of the chair (the Socorrist A), and it does not give you any solution, that you fry in the sun, or that you go flying along with the parasol.
In short, the rest of the staff attentive, the best of the hotel along with the pools.

This was the best holiday ever. Lovely view from 1309 &1309B. The staff are so friendly and I wish I was able to stay for longer. The shows at the end of the day are entertaining and the food and drinks are so good. I was just surprised of how cold the water is, but other wise this hotel should be more than a 5 star hotel.

It is no longer the freshest Hotel but it still likes it very well there. The Service fits and the Food is excellent. Staff were always friendly and nice.

For us, unfortunately, not the right Hotel because you can't go for a walk here anywhere on the Beach or on a beach promenade. The Staff are very friendly the Food is good the Cocktails unfortunately not. With all inclusive only 3 Cocktails to Choose from all are made with something like that Which orange juice is supposed to represent but such a tritop is mixed and are terribly sweet. The Sparkling Wine that is included comes out of the rooster and no longer bubbles.

We arrived at the hotel and the first thing they did were take our bags to go to eat us that's 1 Puntaco, the pool too small for a high end hotel, we got to the room and the room was not consistent with what we had paid, they put us a smaller room that we had agreed and paid for, there was variety in the food and it was very good. I would go back to this hotel but I hope I don't happen again that I pay for a room and I put another.

Luxury resort with a few hiccups WHO: Middle class American couple travels a fair amount and read a lot of reviews to make my selection, so we booked this based on value and reviews through Travelocity. We should have checked that they saved the changes I made as this made for a messy check in. The front desk staff was professional and tried to help, ultimately gave us a gift card for a free bottle of wine at dinner due to the problems. GENERAL: The resort is gorgeous and built on the side of a mountain, so expect lots of stairs and some walking to the elevators. Lovely place on Puerto Mogan with shuttle service to the beach and nearby town. Two pools, and one exclusively for adults. Can be all inclusive or not. ROOMS: Several different blocks of buildings with balconies that all face the ocean. Luxury bathrooms, coffee maker, nice closets, TV and safe. No minibar and no alarm clock. Probably some of the worst hotel beds we have ever slept on, and they only gave us 2 pillows, no extras. Neither one of the phones worked, and they weren't programmed to reach the front desk nor were there directions on how to reach them, so we had to go down to desk to ask for what we needed. Wi-Fi: $6 Euros per day. 2 computers in the lobby at $1Euro per 10 minutes. FOOD: Pretty good. Soups, salad, hot entrees, fresh bread, carving station, fruit, dessert, and cheese station. No complaints. No room service.

Very nice Hotel with evening entertainment, breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet plentiful and very good. The hotel has three swimming pools with sun beds are included with a refreshment and drinks included, very helpful staff property very clean. Single point much to the disadvantage that it makes me add the fourth star is the distance from the first center (I can walk) however you are forced to use public transport or the car to move in any other place I do not recommend it for anyone who is elderly or has problems with mobility as it is inconvenient (not impossible) for others I find it a good structure ☺

Definitely a 3star hotel that has seen its best days. Average food and service. Sadly short of 4star standards.

Good variety of food each day including healthy options. Staff friendly and helpful. It's up a steep hill and lots of steps or lifts up to rooms. Hotel courtesy buses take you to the beach or to nearby Mogan free (taxi €18). Nothing much locally, so Mogan is a good option. If you're a coffee fan, take your own — the hotel coffee is awful. Entertainment each evening if you like that kind of thing, but no alternative lounge if you don't. Dec 2017 the coastal road to Mogan is closed, you need to use main roads. Hotel is fine if you just want to eat, sunbathe and chill out. And if you do visit nearby Mogan, take a trip on the yellow submarine, it's amazing. See attached photo.

This is one of the worst hotels I´ve ever stayed at! The pool isn´t cleaned regularly and there were almost no softdrinks available even though they offer free drinks all day. Everything is old and it´s almost impossible to find your room once you enter the hotel.

Beautiful hotel nothing to say that the staff very nice the room very clean the ate very well varies to redo that there is a sad promotion to have to leave.

The hotel is ment to be a 4 star hotel. However this is not true. The food is tasting nice, but to less variety. Borrowing salads. Breakfast is the same and same. And no cereals at all. The cleaning at the pool area is lacking. No body is emptying the tables and they are not cleaned during the day. All in all the hotel seems to be a bit under manned in more places.

Staff always friendly, rooms clean, wonderful views from the hotel room on taurito to the beach, shuttle bus several times a day to the beach if you are not well on foot. Cracking all in is just not quite all in beer wine water sangria there all day but just from the tap bottles you have to rebook over all in premium.

We just left today, we had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was near the top but the view was amazing well worth it. Thank you for a great time ☺️

This hotel is located on a cliff hosting several other hotels, nothing to see in the area.
Several daily shuttles can drop you off at the port of Taurito (at the foot of it) and a daily shuttle to Puerto Mogon (go 9.15am and return 1pm, except on Friday 12.30pm for its market by reservation).
Many individuals book their sunbeds around the pool in the morning, this must be a problem in the summer.
Renting a car is essential for those who don't just want to take a dip and sunbathe.
But beware, the rentals offered by the hotel (SeptCar) and by our travel agency Thalasso No. 1 (OlaCar) are overpriced (count 130 euros and 30 euros of franchise redemption for 3 days), we paid last year 55 for 2 days in Lanzarote.
You should find it much cheaper in Maspalomas (16 euros per day — deductible — seen at RentCar).
There is less to see than in Lanzarote and FuenteVentura, but the dunes of Maspalomas, Las Palmas and the typical village of Teror (its balconies) are to be seen.
At the hotel level, the staff are welcoming, but hardly speak French like on the other islands.
The hotel has at least 10 floors of cascading room.
To get from our 6th floor room to the pool, we had to take an elevator for 4 floors to the front desk, then an elevator for 3 and another for 3.

Arrived Thursday, checked in by very helpful staff, directed to room on the 2rnd floor, great room/views/big comfy bed, lots of steps (all good for my fit bit! food all good like most all inclusive’s have A mooch around find something you like x will update after my weeks stay.

Didn't deserve the 4 stars! Was already more satisfied in 3star hotels.

By contrast, the wine and sangria not good. Car essential, it is far from everything, but all of a sudden, very relaxing.

We have just came back this morning from this hotel. On the plus side the hotel itself is beautiful & lovely and clean. Staff are all lovely & friendly and work really hard. Absolutely stunning views from hotel room. There is a shuttle bus that takes guests to the beach daily which runs frequently and the beach is also lovely. The food is lovely as well. Waitors all lovely and friendly. The downside for us was the entertainment of a night time. This was awful. Entertainment is for the kids only. They throw the odd kareoke night in from 10.15 pm. To 12 and thats it. There is no local pubs around. You have to go into the next town which is porta rico which is £ 30 euro in taxi fares … other than the entertainment I could not fault it. We had a fab holiday and I wish it was just starting. I will be returning to this hotel in the future. There is a catamaran boat trip thats lovely with drinks an food on the boat. You can do activities on this boat trip such as jet skies and para gliding. I had an accident whilst on this boat trip. Id just got off the boat and fell into the port with no life jacket and I cant swim. The captain of the boat dived in after me and pulled me to safety said im very lucky could of been fatal as I banged my head on rocks on way down. So a big big thankyou to the staff on the catamaran boat that got me to safety.

Excellent holiday. Beautiful food, drinks, sights, and amenities. Some amazing excursions. The hotel is really high up which provides beautiful views of the sea and mountains but it is far from the beach. Luckily the hotel runs it's own bus service to the beach and the beautiful town of puarto mogan. The bus on Friday books up quick as there is a market that day. Only issue is that the bed was too firm. Ask for extra pillows on arrival!

Beautiful views of the sea and nice friendly staff. Eating is very good and the shuttle to stand fast and reliable. There are many stairs but also elevators everywhere.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend and her 2-year old girl, and I have to say the facilities weren't great for little kids. First of all, when we first got there they put us in a room that had stairs and a drop which was far too dangerous for us to stay in with the toddler — even though they knew we were coming with a child and so they made more work for themselves finding us another room and it meant us having to wait hours for another room just as we had arrived. They had a mini disco at night but it was exactly the same the whole week without a change in music or theme and they have a crèche but only for 5 years and up. Very limited parking — was a nightmare with a hire car. However, the pool area is fab, the food is fabulous — great quality and variety and the fact you can take drinks to your room was a great help! Also, the staff are very, very friendly — especially the waiters in the restaurant. I would recommend it for people with older kids more.

Very good, very nice staff and listening! Swimming pool and common places clean, home spotless. Capricious elevator. Restaurant Delicious and with a wide choice of dishes, efficient servers, the only downside is the noise. I would recommend this hotel.

We found the Mogan Princess hotel very clean although the rooms were a little dated, most people have mobiles, tablets and other electronic devices which need regular charging we found little to no spair sockets to charge your devices (shaver socket only). The staff are great and work very very hard. The food can be abit repetitive but to be fare most hotels are. I have no complaints about food very tasty and a large selection to chose from to please most people. The location is on a side of a mountain so it is a little high but you do get some great views of the bay which is a plus. I would definitely return here for another holiday.

Great hotel. Rooms are very big with excellent views. Food is different every night. Free shuttle bus to the beach and back every day and often throughout the day. Wi-Fi is €19 for one week. Overall very very good.

Two stars for the food. If not you daria 1 for the rest, I do not liked. To go to the beach there to walk 30 minutes. There is a bus but only 3-4 times a day. Super uncomfortable. The sun loungers on the beach are paid €9. There is no sufficient sun loungers in the pools and people leave towels to book the. I do not recommend. Low value for money.

Hotel anchored 10 years ago. Tv is a Grundig's 20-inch tube where the vast majority of chains are not, tlf of room does not work then unplugged and there is no where connect it, the Wi-Fi is paid (at the price of 6 €/ day), room has fridge… with lock (you'll have the key in the "symbolic" amount of 12 €/ day) but what is worse is that the parking is non-existent must park at 800 m which It would be a nice walk if it were not for the hotel is 90 m above the sea level and you have to Park almost at the level of the sea in a wilderness and climb the road walk, that yes the views are beautiful.

It has been 5 days have been great.
