Fantastic place! Great room and views.

Large well situated hotel with excellent staff, pools lovely and very close to both Puerto Rico and Amadores beaches.

Staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much for them.

Great hotel so friendly and present, loads for kids tondo and always safe, food was unbelievable, rooms huge pool area fantastic… all in all 5☆ getaway.

Fabulous hotel, food and location. We never go back to the same place as there is so much of the world to see, but we seem to keep going back here! It’s wonderful. We have no plans to travel abroad in the next year, even tho we normally go abroad 4 times a year, but the next time we do, we would probably be tempted back to here! Again!

Cocktail bar outside is not included in the all inclusive, but it's bloody good Hotel was clean, food can't fault. Staff wonderful. You'll be asked to fill in a questionnaire half way through the week. Hold back on comments about room cleaning as standards go down hill after that. There are quite a few hidden extras with in the hotel so be careful.

To the beach to walk too far. A shuttle would be appropriate. The lifts are far too slow. You have to wait a long time for one to come. We had booked a room with sea view, got a room with wall view. The next day we got a new room, but not until 1 p. M. So the first day of vacation wasn't great because we had to change the room. Today we came back from the beach and the room had not been cleaned. I can't recommend it any more.

Fantastic hotel, With lots of staff to look after you who were all great. Awesome sea views from all over the hotel (pool, reception, entertainments lounge, restaurant etc) Great food. Brilliant position on the 1 Kilometre promenade (lovely walk) between the puerto rico beach approx 250m and The lovely Amadores beach approx 750m. Evening entertainment a bit dated but we didn’t go for that as we like to go out every night. The two infinity pools and outdoor refreshments are good with lots of staff about to look after you. Probably one of the best hotel experiences in the canary islands. We had a great holiday and have recommended this hotel to family and friends. We went with jet2 who were also brilliant. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel and Jet2 for a great holiday.

This has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Lovely location with a spectacular view over the ocean. Staff are very friendly, rooms are lovely and the selection of food and facilities available are amazing. It's safe to say wecwill definitely be returning.

Probably the best hotel iv ever stayed in anywhere, its so big and posh. Food is amazing, staff are friendly. The rooms are huge. Amazing choice in drinks. Id happily go again, a million times.

Almost all Rooms have sea views.
You only see Water when you look out of the Balcony and Terrace Windows and you think you are on a Ship because you don't see a Road and a parking Lot, because the Location is on the Hillside and is very nice chosen. There are two Beaches nearby, which are not even 1 whole kilometre away. There are also only short Distances to a Spar shop and a Pharmacy as well as a Shopping Centre. All very nice and would like to visit the Hotel again and experience such beautiful Days. The Hotel is only recommended.

Just returned from a fabulous two weeks holiday in Gloria Palace Amadores. Lovely spacious room with great facilities kept spotless. The beds are really comfortable with nice white bed linen. This was our second visit and can't wait to return. All the staff are extremely helpful and it was a lovely touch to receive a red rose on St George's Day also a bottle of bubble when we arrived. Just a shame you get very few TV channels in English. The swimming pools are great with lots of sunbeds you don't need to be up at the crack of dawn to put your towels out but there are still some that do! There is a fantastic selection of food which is well presented. Thankyou to all the staff at Gloria Palace. See you next year.

Good food and service although short on staff. Room big good size balcony. Poor cleaning rat in restaurant cockroach in room three times, plates left in corridor for hours. Great views. Should be 3 star operated.

Great hotel, nice staff, delicious food. Good entertaiment in the evenings. Only one small problem was when we stayed there that some of the lifts were broken down. Did not bother us, we used tbe stairs regularly. That might be a bigger problem for the elderly…

Very nice high level hotel.

All top. Beaches nearby and within a few minutes walking distance. Staff helpful and accommodating. There was champagne reception on room and a cheese platter before departure. There is also a play corner and animations for children and babies in the dining room. Also equipment for cleaning the baby bottle and hygiene/disinfecting machine are available. No significant shortcomings and criticisms have been found. So far the best hotel on our trips to Gran Canaria.

Very good location and the hotel is very nice. The buffet very complete, impossible not to elaborate a menu for any taste. Very close to the beach, with direct access to the avenue, which is 900 meters from Puerto Rico and just over a kilometer and a half from Amadores.

Beautiful hotel on Playa de Amadores, built in the middle of rocks. The building very clean and stylishly furnished. Staff accommodating and nice, anywhere in the object. Rooms delightfully furnished with a fantastic view of the sea. You also have a great view of the sea from the pool. The beach is picturesquely located in a bay, where there are also enough free loungers (for a fee). Eating very tasty and varied … (In the evening, think for the gentlemen … Long pants desired …). At the bar you can relax and relax to end the evening … Hotel itself not crowded …

This is a really nice hotel. It's our second visit here. The entertainment staff work really hard as do all the staff. The food is very good. All the restaurant staff and bar staff are excellent. In fact everything is very good. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The amazing Thalasso. Although the circuit is a little small, if you catch it at a good time, you have it for yourself.

The service is good, significantly better than before. Rooms and the breakfast room were renovated, the quality and richness of the dishes increased. At the pool you can also find free chairs during the main season. 3 years without complaints, there are also 5 stars justified.

We visited the Gloria Palace for the first time. Overall we were very happy with our stay. There were only a few criticisms that really only concern the reception. The hotel itself makes a neat impression. The guests mostly came from England. At our time, many pensioners and families with children who are still not school-age.
The view was a dream, but had the disadvantage of being on top of a mountain. The beach is a short walk away. Luckily we had a rental car and were able to visit different places. Puerto Rico did not like us, but the beach of Amadores.
Also from our room we had a fantastic view. It was very quiet, they only heard the street, but it was. Safe cost extra. The shower was in the bathtub and you could not adjust the shower head, a bit annoying.
The service would have given the full score, but unfortunately there was no luggage carrier on our arrival. Ok not bad, worse was the check in at Veronika from the Czech Republic. Unfortunately very impersonal and our rooms were not ready yet. We should be called when you're done. But no one reported until 16:00 pm and we asked and we were just told: Forget. OK the first impression so unfortunately not positive. This changed the week, however, as the service staff in the restaurant, pool and bar were extremely friendly and polite. From the guest service we were also called once and asked if we are satisfied.

In general I am very happy with the hotel. The checklist went fast and smoothly, only the hotel's explanation with the services offered was quite unloved.
Our room was very large and had a fantastic view of the sea. This view is in my opinion eh the biggest advantage of the hotel. The facility itself has unfortunately come a little over the years. I would like to see some changes here. Many tiles are broken and the pool could also tolerate restoration. You can't complain about food on the whole. There is a lot of choice and tastes really good. What I found a pity is that it is not really paid attention to appropriate clothing in the evening. Shorts in men or bikinis with transparent overthrows are not really appropriate.

We used the thalassotherapy services and it was amazing, very good deal, very relaxing, comfortable, clean, with free locker and comfortable place to take a shower change at the end. Very good value for money.

Location is top one is fast on the beach the service is fast and very nice the rooms are the hammer and the buffet is huge and individual.

Maximum quality. A small renovation would not hurt but comfortable rooms, very acceptable reception service, and the restaurants is of scandal… good food and good attention especially in the indoor dining room. Perfect food.

Went end of September was outstanding. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. All inclusive well worth every penny absolutely fantastic variety and the desserts are to die for. Rooms are huge. We were in block 1 6th floor… balcony view was amazing. So nice to sunbath there. Be careful if u have kids u can see the nudist area… Comfy beds… we had a sofa bed also the room was the biggest we have ever stayed in. Both swimming pools are amazing. The spa is a must. We were offered half price so 30euros for us both. Best spa I have ever been too. Beaches 10-15min walk… bus service from Puerto Rico regular. Afrikat boat is a must… The most relaxing enjoyable 5hours we had. Would definitely go back.

Enjoyed last year so much came back for more. Wonderful time yet again fantastic friendly staff across the board. Having an amazingly relaxing pampered holiday will be back again for more of the same stella service five star all the way — — — — — Fantastic brilliant holiday so relaxing. Wonderful animation team love Samuele and Dino for stretching, Zumba and aqua gym mornings also very good live evening shows. Amazing food love Maria who cooked tasty steaks especially for me. All the lovely staff so helpful and friendly will be back next year. Also loved Diana and the Spa staff seriously got my pamper on.

4 star hotel in Meritatissime.

Only visit the frontdesk, helpfull staff, but they didn't have answere to some of my questions, asked me to use internet.

This is a great hotel complex, lts really hard to fault this hotel and I was really impressed from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. You really have to applaud the management team there, they are on the ball!. And for people with walking difficulty, I would like to add that the photos are from the back of the complex. The main road is on the other side where you'll be dropped off directly to reception and the area is wheelchair friendly all the way to Puerto Rico or amadores beach. If you ever find yourself in Puerto Rico may I suggest you take a walk to amadores beach for a meal, it's surrounded by lots of good restaurants and takes around 20 minutes on foot… and for a trip out Puerto Morgan is a must and takes 25 minutes by ferry from Puerto Rico marina, it's very nice.

My room had a lovely view of the sea, with no one over looking me. Room was clean a really nice place to be. The staff are really helpful and friendly. It's go 2 big pools and a little pool for kids, tennis basketball court. The food was nice with a wide selection. I would recommend this to anyone.

Superb hotel, breathtaking view, quality food, staff to small care…

View overlooking the sea a little distant from the two villages if you do not want to be closed always in the hotel.

I was there in holiday for 10 days. Check in was slow, but that was due to the amount of people checking in at the same time, and the fact that receptionists have to check passports and also create personalised room cards with the names of the guests on them. The receptionist explained everything we needed to know which was very helpful and I was offered a welcome drink of sparkling wine while in the queue which was a great touch. The room was amazing, it had a TV, a fridge, a safe (which requires an extra charge to be able to use), plenty of storage space, a large bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. We were breakfast inclusive and the buffet had a wide range of options, with both cooked and continental breakfasts which means that there is definitely something for everyone. There is entertainment in the evening with something for both children and adults, and this is in the bar which is a nice way to relax after a busy day of sight seeing. On the second day of our stay we had dinner in the restaurant and it was a themed night of traditional Gran Canarian food, this was a buffet which again had a large range of food. There was also a small market by the pool which had lots of handmade products which was a lovely touch and a nice way to buy some souvenirs. All in all I can't reccommend this place enough, it was a great holiday and a great place to spend that holiday.

2 stars have to be enough if the dinner is partly cold, the dining room is loud and it is not clean. The location of the hotel is very good, the staff is friendly. Represents the defects, then you'll have a better rating.

The biggest scam and poor service I have ever seen in a hotel of this category. They are a 4-star service of 2. To begin with we rent a room talasso & spa, whose price for two nights was more than € 400. The room had included Thalassotherapy during the days of stay for two people. At the reception, they did not know that she take her included, and after fighting a time and consult with some boss, realize we have reason. Already in the room, the bathroom dryer had completely broken hose, had to call the technician, but it is not logical that after clean and check the room not be aware of it. The normal buffet, and with a huge lack of control, food when they put meals thematic posters do not say the right thing, put Mexican food and today something else, etc. To make matters worse, one pays more than € 400 for 2 nights with full Board and we have to pay for drinks because they are not included in addition to price gold, incredible. Super hotel. All service very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly, but you will notice that many young people / students clear plate. It is then rather unprofessional. Pigeons on the terrace of GastroBereich are very fresh & leave a muddy picture. But for the deaf, the hotel can Yes nothing. Pool was clean, sometimes you can hear the hotel road, which runs directly into the entrance under the pool. You can run the elevator directly on the promenade or even high in the mountains. Conveniently situated with super views.

Super Hotel, Super Service. There is definitely peace and quiet and can be switched off. Also for children there is the possibility of very well feel good. You don't need any tours through a tour operator to book a Öffendlichen transport links are great and you can really go anywhere. ID like to come again.

As its name suggests it is like being in the glory. A pleasure having spent a full week. He loves the sea views I think are excellent in this respect.

The room was bright and we had a beautiful view of the pool. The bathroom was very clean. I think you have to get a shower to get too close to the water taps. The general opinion of my partner, and I was, that this a fantastic hotel from the moment we entered, if we 2 weeks later. Staff could be not more helpful, breakfast, lunch, and dinner all were delicious. We wanted this Gloriatastic place to leave, but we are certainly as fast as possible back.

Very cozy and spacious. The location for Miss world. Of dreamy sunsets and spectacular sea views. I miss less loyalty card and paddle tennis courts. Dump in your welfare and very friendly staff. Thematic buffets very original.

This was our 6th visit to Gloria Palace Amadores and it seems to only get better and better. On our previous visits, had we stayed on the base of the Bed and amp; Breakfast and on this occasion we tried half board and to say we had no regrets was an understatement. The quality of the food was excellent with lots of choice, select every day. The rooms have a comfortable size and all have excellent sea views. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The pool area are spacious and there is no shortage of pool deck chairs available. A beautiful hotel and hope that next year back.

We had an all inclusive holiday at the Gloria Palace Amadores and I cannot state strongly enough how terribly fantastic the whole experience was! From the welcome to the goodbye the staff were so friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of activities to suit everybody of all ages from archery to water games. A fantastic kids club to entertain the younger guest, giving the adults some much needed time alone to, well just do. The chefs really tantalise the pallet with and astonishing array of national dishes cooked to perfection in a buffet style restaurant. Each day offers a taste of a different country, which I really enjoyed. We have, so far, enjoyed four great holidays with the Gloria Palace and look forward to many more.

We stayed here with our 6-year-old daughter. The hotel is located at the top of a cliff, so that all of the rooms have great views of the sea. Hotel has a really relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. I have to say, this is the first time ever, this really is all the staff always friendly and smiling. Unusual for such a large hotel. The food was great, with a lot of variety and a separate children's buffet. Our daughter enjoyed the animation and miniclub. I'm going again in this hotel when I would return to Gran Canaria! If you are looking for the best hotel to relax with your family, this is it.

A perfect vacation, to relax and to recharge batteries in an environment professional and wonderful with direct sea views and friendly service that makes you feel welcome. Spacious rooms with beautiful views to the sea, it seems that you are on a cruise ship, where the word kindness, sympathy and desire to cater to customers is innate. I'll be back soon.

The 2 swimming pools clean with views of the sea and never a fight for a solarium. The staff are friendly and helpful with a reasonable understanding of the English language. The restaurant serves an amazing buffet every night beautifully presented. Steaks cooked to your liking before you, fresh fish and fantastic paella! The room was big with the best views ever on the sea. The room was changed to clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed linen every 3 days. We came home feeling relaxed, knowing well fed and happy, we had a great holiday. We can't wait to again next year.

Nothing more than the best.

The hotel is magnificent, possibly the most quiet and full in which I have never been. The service is friendly. A scandal, of truth. Total kindly offer you things that you need and you were going to ask or that or would you ask. And if you come with children are even more attentive. They also have a service of animation that includes a mini area for children at breakfast and dinner buffet is great and very complete. Employees are multilingual, so foreigners are at home, but to those who speak Spanish we deal also beautifully. I have not visited throughout the hotel, as it is quite large but everything is handmade, because we have devoted ourselves to enjoy it. It has area Thalasso, swimming pools, etc, and, perhaps more surprising, is that every night there is a show — regular, Yes, but — an incredible level. Or the circus or the you if your worth (on TV) or anywhere else performances from the level of those acrobats are.

We spent 8 days, very nice hotel for the human and professional quality of staff. The facilities are first-rate, the buffet restaurant has very well prepared food. Very comfortable spacious rooms with excellent views to the sea, the spa with a few professionals who give massages leave you relaxed the most. The pools with air conditioning are a joy and give sense of continuity with the sea. The setting is picturesque and pleasant, and the sunsets from any hotel room look great and are a poem. Sure that we repeat.

The Gloria Palace Amadores * is in our opinion, because of its location, its quality in general and above all by the treatment and attention to the customer by all its workers, a place to recommend. My partner and I have had the pleasure of enjoying the stay at this Hotel in the 2.010 and 2.011 and our intention is to repeat in 2.012 is without a doubt at the moment our vacation spot.

If you want to take a vacation to Puerto Rico you should checkin it necessarily this hotel it is super great everything is just right while much English is spoken, but they have some employees that some german can. The hammer is simply the hotel and the whole environment, as well as the views. We were 14 days at this hotel we have felt so comfortable. The rooms are very large and also clean only I wished that the carpet even sucked not only briefly on reverse as very many other hair on the floor but otherwise towels changed every day cleaned. Oh yeah a toilet brush would be not bad there is no fact. All the staff so friendly, everyone had a smile plausch ready on your lips, and one was super. Quality of food 1a we can otherwise say always fresh and very many dishes. The hotel is fair for all suitable very disabled because we have admiration there is even a disabled lift in the water I found great. The evening entertainment was something very well every day, only the children's animation during the day was something mau. We are quite sure even book this hotel. 100% recommendation.

The hotel is quite noisy, unfortunately due to its location on a 4 or 2-lane road with roundabouts and more set for Massentoursimus. The rooms have standard not 4 star, w ie in other houses in Gran Canaria. Some artisanal furniture (sockets, coming out of the wall, hinged panes of balcony) and also the beds on wheels are getting used to something. And here I have long witnessed that you reserve the loungers by the pool before 8 o'clock in the morning with towels. The staff is very friendly, but what makes the shortcomings not better.
