A very cozy hotel where the treatment of the workers is very close, you can see the idiosyncrasies of the Canarian staff. I don't know if it was bad luck or it was that I touched but the shower was missing a door or some curtain and the water was going out to the bathroom floor, otherwise quite well the restaurant very good, I liked it very much. Where there was not much variety but very good quality, and there in it lies that they will not repeat so many times the same dishes,

Currently staying here on a family holiday. On arrival we were given room 125. The view from the balcony is not the best but it is a sea view. My first impressions were not great but this quickly changed. The hotel is immaculate. We have stayed in Gran Canaria before and even though other hotels have a high standard it is nothing compared to this hotel. The air condition is second to none. At times even having to turn it off as it turned the room cold. Staying all inclusive the meals can be repetitive. Not here. The meals are fresh plentiful and the chefs a credit to the hotel. Every member of staff is friendly polite and welcoming speaking in Spanish and a multitude of other languages for the guests staying. A write up can't be complete without a mention of the animation team who work tirelessly from morning to night ensuring everyone is involved. I was even roped in to playing water polo today and I'm just about recovered. Also where else can you stay and learn to count to three in Slovak. If I can give anyone any advice is just book it. We have already said that we will return it's been that good. All round brilliant staff worth every penny.

Just want to say not been yet, but I can't wait from what iv'e read this Hotel is spot on. People running the establishment sound great just hope their the same when me and the good lady get there in Sept. Always helps make a good holiday a great holiday. Rob.

Just came back from another fantastic holiday in Gran Canaria. The hotel is great. The staff are always friendly and polite. The restaurant is wonderful. So much to choose from. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice place beautiful walks.

The reception is new and makes a good impression of the rooms towards looking quite fine until you have then arrived properly the air conditioning does not bring any, the shower terrible the temperature is either boiling hot man can burn himself or ice cold no matter in which Direction you make the lever. The cleaning women also do not serve their purpose, the soil is never made. Light switches fall out and the bed the hell every morning back pain simply stone hard.
The food was always what was good, too little seasoned.
Too bad that the pool is being renovated but we are allowed to eat the Sisters Hotel by pool and also there.
The location was a good 10 minutes to the beach and right at the Kashba.

Very well equipped. If you have an apartment with sea views, it is very nice. Rich buffets with varied food and drinks. The bar makes an end at 22:30 o 'clock in the evening, although it would have to be open until midnight. The bar staff and restaurant manager often unkind. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Rooms are clean and the food is good. Those who expect peace of mind should look for something else. Staff in the restaurant and pool bar is very nice. At the bar often unkind.

One of my favourites hotels in Playa del Inglés. Great localisation, best hotel service and cozy rooms. I was here two times before and always I've been very happy. Service is taking care for their guests. Not many people are here, so it's kind of place when you can really rest. Food is delicious and you taste it's made from good products.

Except for a certain Ramon. The rest go.

This is a great place if you like a quiet holiday. Very clean and laid back. Good place for older couples or young families. Young people I. E. 18-24's may find it a bit too slow.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Gde room with GRD balcony. 50m from the beautiful beach. Close trade. Restoboutiques souvenirs. Nice things to see. And very clean city. The French language is almost unknown on the island (English or Spanish)

Three star for the hotel I general but particularly for the rosticere and the Colombian maid.

Nice hotel modern and attractive. Standard of cleanliness very high and staff friendly and helpful. Heated pool excellent idea in February. Unfortunately the food lets down the whole holiday. Fair selection, far too much oil and fried food for my taste. Generally, with only one or two exceptions, the food was lukewarm. I used the microwave at almost every meal. I got into the habit of testing the food as soon as I placed it on my plate and went directly to the microwave. There were 4 in our party and this was everyone's opinion. It's a shame, but it's the one very important issue that would stop me going back.

Great hotel with extremely friendly staff. Well placed for most things, came here for my 40th in January not over clouded and had bubbly delivered to my room. Would definitely come back. Special thanks to Marco, Pablo and Shiela who helped make this a special holiday.

Nice hotel. Close to beach and promenade.

Great hotel for the price. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, 32" TV, towels and sheets changed regularly. Entertainment on every day and night, but all outside even if it rains. Food is quite good but limited in choice each day. Tables are set but once used and cleared away you then have to set it yourself, the staff have no interest in doing it. All inclusive is very limited, they do tell you that when you book it, but they take it literally, if it's not on the list, you don't get it. We enjoyed our holiday as it was exactly as expected.

Great facility, I would recommend it.

A nice hotel. Very clean and new. A great staff that makes efforts to satisfy you the best. Great buffets where there is for all tastes (small flat on pastries, too sweet, too much cream…). Just to complain a little about the evening entertainment, rather useless and noisy but do as we go out or enjoy your room… I recommend the bronze Playa for a nice holiday in Gran Canary.
