Good value for money, friendly staff but dated structure.

Had a room with 5 beds, a bit dated but had everything you would need. Was cleaned every day floor mopped beds made and even folded my clothes. Nice pool area that had the sun all day. Friendly staff Definitely can't complain for the price.

Very good housekeeping. Lovely and loving Mari. Quiet and correct place. It may need renovation, but that's why prices are tight. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, except hair dryer.

Cons: Our apartment had the kitchen counter sticky, sheets and bedspread with huge holes (10cm) from cigarette burning and the bidet leaked water. We found the floor flooded. We changed the apartment (the cigarette burns on the sheets were smaller), the housekeeping leaves to be desired, you never know if and when they do, but they just pass the rag to the ground. Old furniture. Free Wi-Fi works only near the reception.

It's in second line. Has a big parking for every guest. 24hrs reception and swimming pool completely new but without sun umbrellas. Spacious rooms and complete kitchen. Maybe fridge could be bigger.

I did all the Canaries and in Gran Canaria we went the first 10 days of the year. The room was on the third and last floor of this large guest house, we spent 600 euros but the room was not in perfect condition. Cleanliness impeccable but tiles dropped in the kitchen and room a little bare, the absolutely of the room was not optimal, looked out in the corner of the street and in the evening the local La Roca gave loud music until late. The wall closet had the wall full of moisture so we didn't use it for clothes. The second day we realized that the sink had a leak. The problem was resolved only after two days but the owners refunded US 50 euros for the discomfort. A definite not excellent but cheap place.

Had a lovely time at this resort. Great nightlife just around the corner. Clean nicely furnished apts. Comfy bed if slightly small if you're tall like me.

They are cheap with swimming pool, tv, supermarket, and parking for those who stay. Something is useful all blue area around. Are a little old but in general he is not a bad option. The beach is not from the apartments but you have two minutes. In general, it is economical and functional. I highly recommend them.
