Pleasant ambience, super friendly staff.

Despite a very good location to all the entertainment centers, a real calm oasis in the heart of Playa del Ingles. Dunes are also just a stone's throw. Staff and accommodation, but also the top. Would come back anytime.

If you like it quiet, family, loving and still central, you should definitely go on holiday here. The entire staff is super friendly, no matter what concerns you, we had half board and were supplied by a neighbor hotel which was just perfect. As a vacationer, you grow up quickly with your neighbors it is a loving and informal relationship. We would come back anytime … Gracias por todo team parque romantico muchos besos…

We have had a fantastic 2 week holiday great service, lovely atmosphere, very nice people in all areas. The relaxed feeling of a campground with the service of a hotel.

Very nice bungalow parque. What we enjoyed most, is that there are 2 areas. 1 Main area for families and across the street another area for couples and older people. So no screaming children around :) :). We had a 4 person bungalow as a couple, so we had ample space. The bathroom is fine and clean. Water pressure of the shower is acceptable. The beds are comfortable. Cleaning ladies were very friendly. The guy at the reception not so much. We've had a great time here :)

Already something has come of age, but completely sufficient. Location is great you are in 10 min. On the beach or in the dunes. A supermarket is 2min away. Good facility also for children's pool and playground. Closed system that can only be entered with smart cards. Staff very nice. We haven't tested restaurant. You can also sit nicely by the pool in the evening as a self-catering. Staff very cultish, even after 9pm the kids could still swim a lap without anyone getting upset.

Very nice facility, divided into 2 areas, for families with children and one without children. It was very pleasant, the bungalows small but great divided. All very clean, both the accommodation itself and the surrounding. We were there for the first time, but we like to come back.

I can't say anything about the bungalows, but the restaurant is last class. We've been playing tennis there for years, for some time there's been a waiter there who doubly billed drinks and wants to send us to the tables in the blazing sun despite an empty restaurant, because the other one is reserved for the (non-existent) guests at the bar. Has really worked out very well for years, but now absolutely not recommended.

Perfect Bungalow complex in the south of Playa del Inglés. Close to the Cita (Shopping Center) and to the RIU Palace and the dunes of Maspalomas. Very nice and tidy bungalows with air conditioning. Two complexes: one for families with children (a bugger pool, a guard, the reception and tennis courts) the other for adults with a smaller pool. Situated in an area with very little traffic. Very silent. Absolutely a great and I entirely recommend it (after having been to about 20 other Bungalow here in Playa del Inglés).

Very well maintained, green facility. Very friendly staff, room — and concierge service excellent, cleaning almost too often, linen change every two days (must not be), fresh towels en masse (under environmental considerations too often). Simple breakfast in the small café/restaurant possible, coffee but not good. In the surrounding area, there are plenty of other inexpensive options for breakfast, or buy for your own breakfasts in the bungalow.
We had half board — at the nearby 4 *-Hotel IFA Catarina. But is not recommended, a 4 * not worthy, rather catastrophic. Food quality 4-5minus, dining room terribly noisy and stuffy, no ambiance, every station hall more attractive, due to all-inclusive for hotel guests corresponding audience, go in the evening in short jogging trousers to eat.
But our facility, despite many families very quiet, very pleasant and super conveniently located for all activities. Wi-Fi is unfortunately very unreliable and often overloaded (but in many facilities and many hotels no different, but is also not essential for survival). Good bus connections and taxi.

Great place to relax. Shopping facilities are available in 5 minutes. To the expansive beach it is also only 5 min. Hotel complex is very well maintained and all are very friendly. We had a great holiday here.

Beautiful, lovely staff too lovely separate bungalows with all you need inside. Looks great for kids and families too and right next to the beach and other spots.

Definitely the best bungalows in the area. Family atmosphere and quiet. Near the mall quote. Easy to park in the area. You can walk to the famous Maspalomas Dunes area.

Fine place to stay, clean pool.

The resort dates back to the founding time of Playa del Ingles, when there was plenty of space left. In contrast to modern facilities, where the bungalows are built together like row garages, these consist of individual cottages with 2 living units each with one or two bedrooms plus a sofa bed. At the reception there is a small restaurant with simple and inexpensive food. Within walking distance you can reach several restaurants and two supermarkets which are open every day until 10pm. We are here for the third time and very satisfied.

Well maintained bungalow complex, in top location, with very friendly staff. Despite the central location, you can find peace and relaxation. Shopping facilities, beach and bars are within walking distance. We are looking forward to our next visit.

A quiet family place ideal to rest.

The treatment of the girl on reception today 07-09-2017 for the night, fatal. I went to ask for the password for the Wi-Fi and told me that I got when I did the check in, I told her not to give it to me and told me that's impossible and if I wanted it again, to re-order it in the morning. Your rudeness is only surpassed by your bad education.

Great bungalows with great tennis courts!

Quiet, great location close to shopping centre and Cita to the beach. We found a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in the bungalow. Overall the place is very clean and well cared for. The bungalow in particular is very spacious.

Beautiful place, quiete and good located between the Yumbo and the beach. There is an adult only part.

Nice apartements and a good service. It is not too busy. You can walk to the dunes, but the beach is much further.

I have just spent, 4 days at Parque Romantico and must say, my stay was most enjoyable, the bungalow clean well equipped, All the staff from maintenance to. Reception cheerful helpful and polite, the only little moan I would have would be the minimal space around the pool. But I will certainly be going back again. A big thank you to all the staff. Very nice facility SUPERFREUNDLICHES STAFF (we had the bad luck of the reception to the only unfriendly staff to get)! Location is very Central. For booking of b & B or HP will be Externally fed there are the foods that are offered are of good quality but it will very quickly become monotonous! We are in October/November like for another 3-4 weeks back but then room only as there are in the complex there is a Snack Bar!
