A simple, well-run hotel where you can greet Hola in a friendly way. In the meantime, we have spent our holidays in this hotel for over twenty years. If you are looking for a simple, clean and well-run hotel, this is the right place. However, there are no gold-plated taps and room service around the clock. For this purpose, the reception is equipped 24 hours with very friendly staff, who immediately provide advice and deeds even in case of problems. The pool was renovated a few years ago, who needs it.
The location to the beach can be reached in a few minutes, the hotel is located in the second promenade row. The hotel no longer offers a restaurant, which is currently being sold. From the evening it will be very quiet, although on a busy street. During the day and in the early evening hours there is a program if you want to see the bustle from the balcony, which goes over the entire width of the apartment.

Good place at a good price. It has very good location, next to the dunes of Maspalomas. In June there is parking at the door but on another date I do not know. The pool was very quiet. You sleep well, it's not a noisy place. The apartments are spacious. They are very clean, usually come almost every day to clean. The only thing the Wi-Fi is paid for and there was no hairdryer.

We have spent a few days in these apartments and have no complaints, the receptionist who received us the Saturday in the afternoon (2/6/18) very attentive. The apartments were very nice.

Great rooms, great view of ocean and the dunes (at 50m). I highly recomand this hotel. There is also a great pool and a restaurant. Everything was renovated a few years ago.

Nice, comfortable and very well equipped apartments. There is a supermarket open every day right next door. The staff is very friendly and the position very good, close to the dunes and shopping centers.

A beautiful hotel overlooking the beach. Very quiet, friendly staff ubd a nice pool. Rooms always clean and the cleaning girls even washed our plates. Only recommended.

I am just back after staying four weeks the new pool is wonderful staff still as good as ever and even booked december there the reception is open now in the afternoon and thats a great help I have stayed there about six times and enjoyed each time some of the rooms are updated role on christmas untill my next stay john murphy drogheda Irish. Back again nothing can keep me away from here just booking to come back in December please god.

Refurbished room overlooking swimming pool. Convenient for dunes Cita centre and Yumbo. Very quiet area.

The apartment are good supermarket down in the building. Pool with pool boy. Restaurante well. And a stone's throw to the beach. The best are the apartments on the side of the road when there are parades because there is the turning loop.

VERY PERVY! On arrival they told us it was full (despite my repeating that we had a booking) and that I would have to sleep with the owner… yuk!

Homophobic bigots running the restaurant of these apartments. We were a group of 5 people. Since we did not get a table at Calma Chicha due to fully booking we went into this restaurant to give it a try. The interior looked like something from a 70' suburb but without the necessary adjustments and renovations. And the menu was poor indeed. Moreover, the place was crowded with drunk middle aged People. And you could Feel the putrid pungent smell of alcohol and tobacco. We sat down but quickly decided this was not the place we wanted to spend our last evening in Gran Canaria. As we were trying to leave the place the male manager tried to block our way out. When we were going out we heard him shouting "maricones, maricones" which is a pejorative word for homosexuals in Spanish. This being said the place has a rainbow flag at their entrance, a sheer sign of hypocrisy.
