Hello, I give the 5 stars because I think nothing is perfect and also for the price for these dates is quite good. If you want more luxuries than you can go somewhere else but I assure you that this place has nothing that wraps other places, plus you can see they are working to improve. I really liked the place and I'm sure we'll repeat it later. Keep growing. Congratulations!

Would highly recommend, clean, friendly staff, 30min walk to the beach, or bus stop outside gates, secure complex, would book again.

Very quiet. Great pool. Staff fantastic. Bus just outside gate. Taxis cheap. Security gate. Lovely and clean. Bungalow cleaned every day. Only downfall. No free Wi-Fi.

Very nice facility, friendly staff. The bungalows are simple/rather simple, but the large terrace makes up for it all again. We were very happy here!

The worst of Maspalomas to sleep a lot of noise and Viejisimo site and safety because we go left a lot to be desired smoking in daylight and with an aggressive attitude.

Very nice place. Nice and clean garden, like the pool. Too many cats. Bungalow Although externally manicured inside very crumbling and definitely to renovate. You pay for everything from the pre-war television to the cathode-ray tubes, the Internet… and everything else. Horrible beds and old time kitchen with very few supplies…
With some money invested in renovation… it would be a gem.
I won't be back.

Everything you need, no luxury, lots of locals and a nice pool. Cats and dogs come to visit when you like. The bungalows offer a good basic standard and the grounds are very quiet.

For those who love peace and the cats… fantastic Place.

Resort really very cheap but with all the basic amenities. Recommended.

As far as I've seen it, Very clean plant. Somewhat comically, the supermarket (with buns etc) doesn't open until 10am.

Good prise, great if you have car to explore the other areas of Grand Canaria. Pool area very good and keept clean.

Very simple system but very quiet.

Went for our honeymoon. Really enjoyed ourselves. Meet some lovely people that live on complex. Real friendly bunch. A lovely french lady looks after the cats out of her own wages. She gets them sterilzed and feeds them 2/3 times a day. So no uncared for cats to plague you for food. I recommend this place for all types of people. They are gay friendly. Within walking distance of jumbo centre.

Reception good lot that very well and very attentive worker, the bungalow left. Wish. Beds awful and awkward, TV still pays, the fridge does not. It should be if. No. A bottle of soda, the pool is beautiful but has thousand and a ban nothing discarded anything from mats this none of that :-{hammocks are fixed as the umbrellas o. Is not. They are reclining and the internet (Wi-Fi) in addition to expensive rubbish not. Get signal and if lucky, not to mention the parking OK. Not. Return to this complex. A total boredom ever in addition to be a private complex is just alone.

Complex for most owners, in summer is filled to the brim.

It was a fucking set many standards for the rented and the owners did whatever they wanted.

Relaxed and laid back. Good service and very peaceful, away from the busy playa del ingles. Been twice now.

If you are someone who believes 'you pay for what you get' you will be pleasantly surprised. The complex is affordable/cheap, the bungalows are perfect if in small areas a little tired. The grounds of the complex are very pretty and maintained to a high standard everyday. A large percentage of the bungalows are owned by Spanish from other parts of the island so that says it all. With this is mind you do not get many Brits which wasn't a bad thing as all of the Spanish were extremely helpful and polite. The pool is cracking although sometimes lacking on sun beds, this was ok if you arrive at around 9:30 and linger to grab a few after pool man had finished cleaning. The pool bar doesn't open until 11am and stays open until about 9/10ish, with a bar/snack man who works his socks off. The complex is located between Playa De Inlges and Marelonas, these can be walked in about 1/2 hr or a quick taxi for five euros, you will never have have a problem getting one as there are hundreds ' there driving is special' but again most are friendly. Playa De Ingles has plenty to see and do whereas Marelonas is more stylish with fantastic restaurants and designer brand shops. Playa has a great beach with regular waves and nice sand, Marelonas beach is calmer but can be rocky under foot when tide is out. The street artists are slightly unusual but worth a look. The moonlight cinema is good fun but quite expensive!

The place is fine, but the reception leaves much to be desired, not please advise prior to arrival that has a schedule and that if you arrive outside of these hours can not pass the entrance because they have a door should open with the key they give you at the reception. And if it is closed, if you are lucky enough that any owner you open, as well, but if that is not the case you can see the range of not entering the complex.
Then, if you get someone to let you pass during the period of closure of the reception at the door you get a list including your room, without more detail. You do not report that should welcome this closed must look on the door of the same and go to assigned residence will find it open and with the keys inside. Whenever remember staff, as it has happened to me today to reach the campus, meet with the door closed, ring the Bell for 20 minutes with the things out of the car if successful, call the complex without success, that fortunately a landlord who arrived, and that this same report us open us the door of as it was the reception, and that you find when you finally get to your bungalow is not open and you stay with nerd face after having dragged the things that you have to spend the day there.
