Beautiful hotel… great choice of food and lots of choice of swimming pools too, but the only thing that I didn't like was the pool snack bars have their own residence (doves) eating of the food that's been prepared for us… not a great and pleasant start… but the main restaurant is amazing… the staff are brilliant and if you go hungry it's your own fault.

An amazing place for relaxing and great for families also comes with top entertainment and friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is beautiful 🤩 rooms very spacious and very clean.
The evening service at the restaurant until 9:30 pm but if you take your starter at 9 pm I advise you to choose all your dishes because at 9:15 pm they start to clear the dishes and at 9:30 pm nothing! And very noisy when they get rid of it!
Good choices in the food at the self-service and Chinese restaurant on the other hand the Italian restaurant avoided… The wines are very low end In restaurants apart if you pay and choose your bottle…
No drinks in the rooms (water or softs) for an all-inclusive! Too bad.

This hotel isnt an all inclusive. Even though you pay for an all Inclusive, you have to pay for orange juice, crisps, pancakes, waffles, cocktails and a lot more… surely this is partially inclusive. Never seen this before. Lovely and gorgeous hotel but this is very disappointing. Dining experience isnt great either. I am writing this review sat here thinking what a shame, as the hotel is very very nice. Also what we dont like is having to book our breakfast lunch and dinner, making us not be chilled and eat whenever we feel like it. Entertainment for children and adults also very poor.

Lovely hotel, we had a twin room and it was very spacious, food was good and salad bar was amazing! Only let down was the god awful cocktails and we were told by some friends we made they paid extra to upgrade their drinks and they were still crap. Also worth noting the Bali beds by the 18+ pool are lovely but are €18 a day and pretty much every one has a wasps nest in the frame so…. Be wary!

Fantastic hotel. We have had a lovely 2 week stay. Hotel is immaculate and the staff are friendly and polite. The food is fantastic, only gripe is that the food market gets very chaotic. The shopping street is lovely, Vera’s Fashion is a must do, she has beautiful stock and is very knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel but the food was a disappointment. Breakfast was satisfactory, but the quality of food for lunch and dinner was that of a school canteen. Most evenings I did not eat a thing. Would not return.

Tips: Book a renovated room (not all of them are) and watch out for a hotel facing the sea — you have to walk about 20 minutes to face the sea… Apart from that huge decent hotel with beautiful landscape and fitness pools (closed for now) — food ok — quiet at the moment…

Wonderful place in Gran canaria.

We had our Honeymoon here & it's just perfect, lovely surroundings plenty of sunbathing spaces & pools. Food was fantastic & themed. Evening entertainment was good & varied & we met so many lovely couples too.

Theres a lot of negative reviews out there for this hotel.
we was very worried about coming because of this. Thankfully the reviews were wrong. This is an amazing place to stay. If I had moan at anything it would be at myself for eating and drinking to much.

This is a lovely hotel. Feels so spacious and luxurious. Great kids water/splash park. Fab animation team. Amazing all inclusive food and drinks. Will definitely be back.

Had the most amazing week here rooms lovely clean and beautifully decorated. Staff friendly and helpful in a quiet location but with easy access to all parts of gran caneria. The kids section of the pool is amazing and if u want peace and quiet then the adults only section is for you.

A great set up for families and adults, immaculately kept and service generally has been first class! Even considered staying on longer, however hone is calling on us. Loving our time away at this time of year.

After 9 nights we are definitely coming back some day. Pros: Nicely decorated rooms and common areas. No that old Gran Canaria feeling. Good beds, nice walk-in shower. Good and beautiful pool area, Maspalomas side had 27C pool Tabaiba only 21C. Kids Team was amazing. Everything was clean and well kept. Good food but for some reason 2 days was not but still something to eat. Waiter's, cooks etc. Were excellent. Negs: Slow elevators, please call Kone elevators. PhotoHotel service is really annoying. No should be no. All inclusive info is misleading. It is not 24 hours. Snack reception is only for late arrivals. So do not get hungry after 21.30. Smokers at evening. Some dangerous electrical things, wires hanging from the old light fixtures. Some undone work. Did not understand themed restaurants. Asian was not good, Italian was ok but pizza was rock hard. Atmosphere on regular restaurant was better than on themed restaurants.

Had a fantastic 10 night holiday here. Hotel, rooms & restaurant all excellent. Food absolutely brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Been to this hotel twice in the last two months, could not fault it, food is amazing service is fantastic 13 of us went and was so accommodating. Cannot wait to go back after the refurb.

Very nice hotel, pools are really nice and always at a sensible temperature — cool enough to cool you down but equally not so cold that you can't stay in there for too long. Biggest issue is there aren't enough bar staff. Also the lifts keep breaking down which is no fun at all when you're stuck in one with a 3 year old!

Lovely hotel. Most of the staff are very helpful and attentive. Food is good. Only down fall is that the hotel is a mixed all inclusive so it's a little confusing regarding ice cream etc. The main shows in the evening don't start till 10pm which is very late as families. I know there is a. Children's disco on the terrace but my little one prefers inside with all the lights etc. A little out of town too but overall we have loved the holiday. The weather has been great and our reps jarred and James at tui have been so helpful. X.

At night it is a marvel to spend some time on the balcony in a nutcase while you look at the pool area without a doubt the views of that area is a bynight.
As bad meal times, I think lunch was until 15;00 and dinner until 21:30. Very schedules for foreigners since at 19:00 you could already have dinner but not at 22:00.
Food with little variety and all focused on foreigners. The quality of it acceptable.
They charge you for the fridge and it's the first time in my life that this happens to me.
Very friendly staff and willing to fix any inconvenience.

Those who put value on good food on holiday are unfortunately not in good hands here. The selection is very low and the quality lowest category. There is virtually no variety, here it is rather leftover suspering from the previous days is more commonplace. Simply, you don't know what to eat, because nothing fits together in any way. At the pool bars, the staff are usually in a bad mood (you had the impression that HP guests who pay in cash are treated more favorably and nicely) and you have to pay a lot extra at AI (cocktails, smoothies or other edible drinks). The "Handmade" drinks are not included in the AI, only the drinks from the vending machines, which are sometimes inedible.
Also, there are no drinks at some pool bars etc. For AI-Bucher.
The lunch buffet at the pool bar was sometimes very unappetizing and I found it unhygienic and "snlid".
For the food I would not give more than 1 point, the worst I have experienced so far.
The pool area, the hotel as a whole is very nice and well maintained. The location is very good, by taxi you can get quickly and cheaply to other places. The rooms are clean and the staff outside the pool area very nice and friendly. The animation is more bad than right. Nothing is done with real joy, so to speak. Of course, this also draws the mood of the guest into the cellar.

Pultroppo my holiday ends tomorrow, I was here from July 23rd to August 3rd and reluctantly leave this beautiful hotel. Fantastic structure in an incredible scenery great food x all needs very clean and a very nice Alpitour animation.

The hotel and staff are brilliant and look after you at every opportunity. The food choices are brilliant there is a large variety and it changes everyday too. The pool facilities are large with plenty of space but I do recommend heading out there early and claiming a sun lounger before all the good spots are taken (if you're lucky to get close to the pools then drop your towels off on the way to breakfast) there's plenty of bars and the prices are good and fair. Take advantage of the happy hour as you get your money's worth there! There's a good night life down at the east side of maspalomas and some brilliant cocktail bars. Over all a genuinely brilliant hotel and experience with amazing staff and services and the TUI help desk helped alot with booking things to do. The only thing I can say that is abit on the bad side is that the beds are a little to hard. 5 stars from me though!

Just returned after a brilliant week in the Tabaiba Princess. Lovely room, aircon, decent sized, big spacious bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the central pool area. You can't actually see the pool though, due to the palm trees, but the view was lovely. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. Pool might need a few mosaic tiles replaced, but overall well maintained, and plenty room for swimming and playing. Always seemed to be enough sunbeds as well. I thought the food was excellent. Some have said the breakfast was "samey", but that was due to the fact they had everything on offer!. There were differing options each day at the chef's prep area, all freshly cooked in front of you. The abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables couldn't be faulted. Always a choice for the wee ones as well. My personal favourite though, the desserts areas were magnificent. Always a selection. Only criticism would be fresh cream to pour over the various pieces, but I guess that would be a health thing in the heat. Otherwise, I couldn't find fault at all. Ok, it's not Michelin, 5* cuisine, but it isn't meant to be. Simply good wholesome food with plenty healthy options. Would go back in a minute!

Had a great holiday AL inc in March with friends. Drinks good. Food very good. Had a good time. You can also use the sister hotel which is joined to the Bahia. Gentle 20min walk to the seafront and excellent beaches. Try the Irish bar on the beach near the lighthouse. Nice atmosphere.

Great hotel we had a wonderful family holiday. A big thank you to the animation team and especially to Okely and Clémence who are very busy with our little boy. The pools are beautiful. All the personal (waiters, women of rooms, receptionist, …) is super nice. Only small downside, the kitchen that we found too oily and not varied enough at the snack!

Well I have been here a few times by now and each year it was a good experience. I spent a lot of time with all the animators and enjoyed the variety of activities the place had to offer, #Dave's crew# was usually great. The food was very good especially for all inclusive standards. Room was clean and the cleaning service friendly. Barmen were friendly and so were the waiters. Overall a good place if you are looking to settle down and relax with a huge pool split into 4 parts.

Very nice complex with a paradise water park. We eat very well and diversified. Very nice staff. Recommended.

The hotel and swimmingpools were nice and clean but there wasn't much choice in the food, and most of the personnel wasn't kind at all (some were very friendly) and you have to pay for the Wi-Fi and it sucks so don't take it, you had to pay almost extra for everything.

We were put into the wrong room, we played for a suite and we got a basic room, we were not refunded in any way. It was a dirty hotel. Advertised as a five star, but really a three at best.

The hotel in general is fine.
It has several points that being a four star leaves a lot to be desired.
Wi-Fi you have to pay for it.
Pool/Beach towels.
If you ask for change they charge you €1 each time you request it.
The food at half day very simple and without variety.
There is only one hut restaurant to part of the thematic.
Very simple and the all inclusive very low cost.
They charge you for everything.
The old rooms.
The painful and invisible animation team.
We have to win the 4 stars.

The hotel is divided in two, the residents of Canaries put them in the part that is not reformed. When I changed the mini bar because it did not work the one that was we were brought in from some storage room full of cockroaches that stayed in our bedroom. We were moved for the reformed part as they were themselves in front when they brought the fridge and the bugs came out but it took 6 hours. (All this with a baby we had to feed in one of the hotel bars until they gave us new room). In addition to expensive to be in the pools as full as the beach of Las Canteras in San Juan night of people mostly smokers. The limited food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have traveled half a world u have stayed in so many hotels but definitely this of the worst at reason quality-price.

Great hotel. A great service in all areas. You get to the hotel with many languages super far and if not it is also with hands and feet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Have been here for the second time now. Only pity the Wi-Fi is chargeable and the rooms could be cleaned better.

Great holiday, some flaws in paid services, cockroaches in the buffet. Quite a distance from the center, walking no longer passes, thankfully the taxi is cheap.

A great hotel. The fifth star is not available simply because the WLAN is still chargeable and this is really no longer modern nowadays.
The garden that almost surrounds the hotel is simply beautiful. Here you can relax in spite of the size of the hotel. Also, you usually find somewhere a place where it is not overflowing. Disadvantage — but since the hotel can be absolutely nothing to — is that the right holidaymakers take their pool towels in the morning to block the couches. After breakfast, the pool is served until lunch and the pool towels remain on the couches during the three-hour meal. This is a habit of holidaymakers who will never open up to me. Unfortunately, there is this plentiful in this hotel.
The rooms are good and also the service (room, counter, reception and restaurant) is excellent.
The food is particularly noteworthy. Brilliantly tasty. Not a single food, but a diversified one. Lots of fish and also Spanish dishes (Pulpo, Pimientos etc. ). Which is a pity, but also because the hotel can do nothing too, is the fact that some guests think they have to shovel the plate full. A bite is tried and then I find that it is not mine and the rest wanders into the trash? A habit of some nationalities, which almost borders on insolence and waste. The staff that shakes the table head is more than understandable.
Everyone is really sick, whether meat eaters, vegetarians or anyone with lactose intolerance.

Spectacular, you seem to be someplace else. What something expensive for my pocket but if I can repeat.
I really liked the shape of the pools that give feeling of being on the beach…
And the abundant palm trees in the gardens… At night is very nice.

Hotel with good services, a little remote, facilities a tad outdated, but are worth it, given Q is very careful and clean, very nice treatment, good night attractions, easy parking, reprehensible a payment Wi-Fi (q no longer seen) and the all inclusive with Quite "little" included…

Great hotel. Typical Princess standards. Large grounds and excellent facilities. Only three floors so higher ones have best views. Plenty of sunbeds but will be busier in summer months. Only criticism so far, requested a double bed and pleased to receive one but it's very hard. Other than that all good! ☺️

Beautiful setting. But the water bottles are paying off while the tap water is unfit for consumption and despite the all INCLUSIVE formula for me this is unacceptable.

Good. Let's itself down by charging for Wi-Fi. Fridge. Safe. Clean. No kettle in room. Vegetarians get to front of dinner queue so serving tongues not used on meat by guest's else enough for us veggies. Taxi under 4 euro for fair and under 5 for playa de ingles. Staff friendly nice settings. 30 min nice walk to beach if not taxi. Buses nearby to rest of island.

We came to spend the end of the year and the experience was great.
Huge Hotel.
Upgradable mattresses.
Slightly outdated rooms. The bathtub in our room had been given paint and it was ugly.
Excellent outdoor swimming pools, some air-conditioned.
Very manicured gardens.
Excellent buffet. The dinner is especially good great attention on the part of all the staff, friendly and smiling.

The room was nice. Food was good. However everything was very overpriced and a rip off.

For a 4 star hotel I expect more, typical mass handling. The best part of the holiday was the weather and the rental car. We never again.

It's the second time we've been staying at this property. Clean and well-maintained rooms. Restaurant with great variety of food and drink. Children's Mini Club. Fantastic pools. A little far from the sea but with the pool it is well pared.

I am staying here now and leave on Monday. This is a very good hotel, set in great grounds. There are several pools and several bars you can choose from. The food choice is extensive and I have not yet been disappointed. I absolutely love the smoked salmon, the king prawns, the mussels. As you can probably tell I'm a seafood fanatic, but the pork belly, duck in orange, steak and peppercorn sauce were also absolutely delicious. I think to enjoy this eating experience at the most it's best to try anything and everything. Don't just want and stick to anything you have at home, after all you're on holiday. On the downside. I had a 3rd bed in my room and I'm a solo traveller and that extra bed made me feel I was sleeping in a hostel. I went to reception and the man at the desk told me the extra bed couldn't be removed even though I didn't like it there. However the next day I spoke with the maids and asked them why I had a 3rd bed in my room when I was holidaying alone and they seemed surprised. When I got back from the beach the bed was gone. The maids are wonderful and made a huge difference to me by getting that extra bed removed. Shame reception couldn't have done it when I asked. The gym doesn't open till 9am you are not allowed to swim in the pool till 10am which for me is a major inconvenience as I usually swim and gym first thing in the morning. So far I have not swam in the pool.

I will repeat without a doubt! Cleaning a 10! Attention with customers a 10! The bartenders super friendly and attentive, and the food quite well and varied, I generally give it a 10

Very very disappointed! We did not have the room reserved but a room with our two children on a single bed of camp very uncomfortable, the terrace overlooking the aerations of the kitchen… The staff is not friendly, the food tasteless, and generally the structures are very dirty… it's a big tourist factory!

Spectacular and varied food. The rooms with good housekeeping. You can always improve certain establishments but in general the staff friendly and helpful and the evening entertainment very good.

A hotel at the height of its 4 stars, the formula all inclusive does not disappoint, the staff is smiling and helpful, the setting is beautiful with multiple pools.

It does not seem that it is as it wants to appear, rooms with cheap furnishings and poorly manicured bathroom without bidet.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel and beautiful suitable for everyone, I am spending a fantastic week of vacation in this hotel.

1: Using the fridge in your room costs extra money 2: Using the Wi-Fi costs extra money 3: Crew does not care about complaints 4: Poolbar often open late 5: The smoothie-bar has no crew on it, so you can only get something when there happens to be a crewmember in the neighbourhood 6: Crew is extremely slow, sometimes u wait 10 min for your drink with only a few people in front of you. This is because the crew choses to avoid you at the bar (eric / alvarenz (? ) (big white guy). Or do dumb tasks to to NOT help you. 7: Food at the buffet is not very good, really fat/low quality meat or very dry.

It's a good Hotel with a beautiful swimming pool. The food is very good en tasty. There is enough choice. The rooms are good and clean, little bit old but it's ok, the beds are old and not comfortable. The location is little bit far from center and beach. The service is good and the people are nice.

I have to put at least one star to be able to leave my opinion, but that is not even justified. This hotel deserves no star.
My stay of 16 days in this hotel, which; Supposedly rated 4 stars was for me catastrophic in every respect.
Everything in the storefront nothing in the store.
A 4 star where the Wi-Fi, the fridge, the change of beach towels is paid, from never seen, ashamed, small, petty.
As soon as I arrive around 1.30 pm, I ask the receptionist (the only one who speaks French, this day) to give me a room to calm (travelling alone), not wanting to find myself in the circles of noisy families and children. Bingo, it gives me a room on the ground floor glued to the playground for children, in a room or the TV cabinet, the fridge is non-existent (the fridge is indispensable for me because I had medicines that had to be kept at a temperature of less of 10 °, Doctor's order provided). The TV, it was deposited on a nightstand,. As a result, barely arrived and already disappointed, I return to the reception to change my room and to take into account my requests.
I reformulate my request, I want a room (TV cabinet, fridge, quiet and if possible high). The receptionist (the same) phone the maid to find out if a room is ready. She tells me that the room must be validated by the housekeeper and come back in about 15h-3.30 pm as she is in charge of the 900 rooms.
The nightmare begins. My room was assigned to me around 3:15 pm.

Our third visit to Tabaiba Princess would highly recommend, friendly and helpful staff, food excellent, we will definately come here again.

Fantastic hotel. So clean and staff are lovely. The pool. Is amazing and the gardens well kept. Would highly recommend to any one.

Challenging start to our third stay here. Moved to other side of hotel, no hot food on arrival, leaking ceiling. Much better second day and hopefully normal service will resume.

This hotel is a real catastrophe, a real tourist trap, the. Only purpose of the management of this hotel is to give nothing to the holidaymakers, and even abuse them, a horror, I would say the clients and taken hostage and that his last must be at. Hotel Services and not the reverse, I have a firm intention to file a complaint on my return.

Great food, unlimited drinks and snacks, big airy rooms all set in a palm tree fringed complex. Lots to do, evening entertainment really good. What's not to like?

We have just been to this hotel my husband and I have spent a fantastic week very well maintained good food entertainment shows good all good it is an experience to do go as well in this hotel.

Great Value Hotel, the entertainment/Animacion staff are first class 5* However the Bar Staff don't like serving women before men. Strange but true. My wife complained to me about it and I then observed it myself on several occasions during our stay. The food is nice/good however very repetitive. We have not let these minor points spoil our stay. Overall very Satisfied we are still enjoying and would recommend it.

Nice hotel located 20mn walk from the beach. Very good overall, small downside for all in absolutely undrinkable cocktails.

Great facility. Plenty of food and quality. Good entertainment shows and services. The only drawback: lack of electrical outlets in the rooms.

Family trip with full board in January 2017, good structure, modern and clean. Friendly and attentive staff. The average kitchen with a great room organized and exploited to the maximum. Only flaws the distance from the sea about 2km which takes time to arrive. Consiglerei a transport organized by the hotel for the beach. Certainly many non-Italian guests love to stay in the pool and then come out little. Also great for the kids.

I stayed here at the beginning of January 2016 and I have to say that I found myself very well, beautiful the pool area, buffet with ample choice and very good food, friendly and helpful staff, from waiters to receptionist. We had a problem with the hair dryer in the bathroom, we went to the front desk and in a quarter of an hour the technician arrived. It is just under three kilometres from the beach and in half an hour you can walk, but you may also take a taxi that for €2.50 accompanies you.
If you like the pool choose the all-inclusive service. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi service for a fee.

Basic rooms, decent food, wine and other drinks average. Lack of toilets and showers in the pool area. Had to pay extra for Wi-Fi, safe and bottled water and this is supposed to be a five star all inclusive break!

If I could take this hotel anywhere in the world I would. The staff, the meals, the facilities the rooms brilliant.

Is a good site to spend a few days. But I think it has to do something with the theme of book with the towel at swimming pools.

This hotel is very large but caters extremely well for the amount of people. It is spotlessly clean, the bedrooms are a really decent size. The food is excellent and how anyone can say different is unbelievable. There is always meat of a very good quality and fish every day, salads, pastas, fruit, good desserts, lovely fruit etc. Etc. Food is replenished extremely quickly and nothing sits around. There is also a daytime snack bar serving burgers, chips, hot dogs, salads and sandwiches as well as drinks. Breakfasts are very good but I would agree that the coffee is poor. Upgrade to premium drinks if you so wish for 15e p. P. P. D. Not really necessary as the drinks are of a good quality. Cava always available by the glass. Evening entertainment is just OK. It is a 20 min. Walk to the beach but there is of course a man made beach on site. Towels are put out from 4am but unless you want poolside there is always one available. All in all a very good hotel.

It is the best except that there was little variety of food.

It ok services is quite poor. Coffee could do with some coffee in it. Food 5/10 could do with tea and coffee in room.

Good hotel 4 star not the luxury im used to but lovely break great pools average rooms and not much entertainment. Food needs improvements whole place feels a little tired as its most likely been the same for year a good revamp and update needed overall lovely holiday.

We were 2 weeks in the Princess Tabaiba.
The hotel is conditions in tip top shape for Gran Canaria.
It is more likely to see as Parkside, that only people from 70 + book I can so
not confirm.
Clear the older guests are in the majority, but in our 2 weeks we have met here, too many young families (we are 28, 26, 1). This was but in our opinion the travel time (early December)!
The hotel is seen somewhat inland from Maspalomas beach.
There are walking to the beach along the Canal along approx. 15 minutes. To Faro walking 20 minutes.
The hotel was in the evening always keen to offer different entertaiment/shows.
The taste and content can of course argue.
Only 3 shows for us were interresting in 2 weeks.
Positive:
-It's all clean and the extensive grounds is well maintained.
-The staff is very nice, helpful and courteous.
-The large pool is located exactly in the Sun.
-There is almost always enough sunbeds (also in the shade).
-The buffet is great and with daily changing offer.
Negative:
-Wi-Fi is quite modest and if many employments, it charges nothing at all.
Therefore, the price-performance ratio is somewhat expensive with 19 euro for 7 days!
-The refrigerator is running in the room, must you pay extra but, when man it use to.
-Also the safe.

I would always go back to this place, and it will. The room, Service and food are perfectly ok. Only old people are, I can't agree. Every says the the the the ball man rates. The plant is a dream.

An ideal hotel for rest. The best swimming pools and gardens. You can throw you a NAP next to the water in the shade of a Palm tree. It also has an area with sand that mimics a beach.

I was ten days there and very well phenomenal hotel very friendly receptionists very helpful cleaning maids and much cleaned every mueben day beds perfect, but lack some of jente are few because the vessel and wells of coffee through the corridors are.
waiters of the drinks all inclusive, nice bars. But does not know them not God bone shambles do not have good drinks or paying… Tien put more staff from other perfcto…

Great hotel. View, food, drink, entertainment was all very good. Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very nice as well. Only one fault really were the beds. Very uncomfortable and hard. But, that's me being picky! Great time overall!

The facility is beautiful but all the grandmas and grandpas. Average Age 78+
Not recommend for Younger people who want to experience something. Wi-Fi costs extra 21€ 10days, Save is extra complete mini-bar if you want to use a fridge (empty), it costs 13€ the week… the Service was good. Food is Fresh but the same thing every day

Good hotel 4 * I read bad reviews about this Hotel but never rains ease, I went with a girl of 20 months and was treated me very well to heat the meal although the restaurant, was closed

The food good, even put a tower of chocolate at the dinner.
The worst thing to say there is little parking and all over the world start to get towels at 7 in the morning to catch site and that is not pleased to no one.
But otherwise a good Hotel and good animation that there was.

Very efficent booking in, food drink & room great, sunny balcony with pool view as requested, what more could you want!.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities, nice swimming pools area and restaurants. All inclusive food not so nice (usual kiddy junk food), but dinner buffet was opulent and of generally high standard to cater for all tastes. Second time we stay here, and would return again. (I am writing this review as I sit at the pool, however Wi-Fi and room safe cost extra! )

We (2012) but never went a review here awhile ago written. The hotel is relaxed and not too crowded. Rooms are good, not special. There were a lot of older people, but after a while there are more younger people come. About 20 minutes walk and you are in the Centre of Maspalomas is very beautiful, but much more crowed. Food is not special but Oke quality. Many German people. We go back to Gran Canaria, but we then stay in another hotel.

The pools are great and the children almost don't cry!
