Hotel in a former convent. It has stayed a little dated but still sleeps very quiet and comfortable.
Breakfast to improve.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. Austere staff. They close at night. Good price.

Regrettable the performance of this hotel. I called yesterday to book a room, they tell me it's no problem. I ask all the data, I give them, when it is all done I communicate that we are accompanied by a dog of eleven. Given this information, the lady who is making the reservation tells me that she cannot confirm it until she does not speak with the address. Today Monday at 13, 00 hours I call to cancel the reservation since I had not been called. Another lady tells me that the director has not been there yet. Thank you very much for your interest and for your ignorance of the law. Too bad they get this gig for free.

Good location Very quiet. Good location. Good deal. Very clean. Good value for money.

Still a hotel with a lot of charm. The staff, attentive, efficient and friendly. Maybe you should update some of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are clean but outdated. I'll keep going.

Wonderful hotel beautiful rooms and stays. Very well preserved is like traveling to the past. Great, excellent and very recommended breakfast, all homemade, fresh. Delicious.

A historic place to stay, the artwork fills the spaces of this hotel.

In the tumultuous Atlantic at GUARDA, a minimalist village, which fascinates precisely for this. The colored but uncoordinated houses give an extraordinary visual impact. In front of them there are only the rocks on which the waves of the Atlantic beat. And so many vigilant and aggressive seagulls. The HOTEL MONUMENTO — Convento SAN BENITO is a very special location, from medieval atmospheres, full of class and suggestiveness. Our room (212) overlooked a characteristic courtyard, with a fountain in the centre, which throughout the day punctuated the time with its gurgling. Sumptuous breakfast in the cloister, with delicious homemade cakes. A unique, memorable experience.

Beautiful Hotel. It could be a museum for its works of art, located in the harbor, unique pastry has no restaurant, but is surrounded by them.

Absolutely charming and historic hotel in a former Benedictine convent. Art and religious icons dating back to the 11th century. Comfortable rooms, good food, great location. Have breakfast in the courtyard if you can.

Nice localitation close to the beach.

Hospitable, historic (used to be a convent). Totally renovated with modern touches. Very reasonable priced. Breakfast not included and not recommended by previous guests who stayed there twice.

In a historic and cultural attractions nestled in the center of the town of A Guarda, facing the sea, also decorate an extremely friendly, helpful and smiling staff. Excellent.

We have just returned from spending 6 magnificent days in A Guarda, in the convent San Benito and not I can say something that explains it better and more direct that: we felt like in our House.
The treatment we have received from day one has been welcome. Happy when people are aware of you and worried to make your stay a pleasure.
The establishment and breakfast not unnoticed either. A place like this could be abandoned and left, is however care with care and attention to every detail. Within that, clearly, is a former convent, this detail can not forget us. And every morning, the breakfast was that smile will not walk out the face.
