Your breakfast is luxurious, the best apple pie I have ever tasted its restaurant. All I liked in this hotel. Recommended without a doubt.

The care … the comfort of the bed and cleaning… the breakfast very good.

Large 4-star hotel in a spacious area of Lugo, with easy parking in the surroundings. And at the same time, just 10 minutes walk from the wall and the Plaza Mayor. They are also reforming and modernizing the rooms. And the price of them is very good (for 55 euros we were able to book on the same day a double room).

Spectacular room, renovated, clean and comfortable.
Well located to visit the old area of Lugo.
They should renovate the common areas, reception and dining room. They're not at room level.
I would repeat stay without hesitation.

I'd give it the five stars if not for the breakfast buffet. Good but local content, crockery, lousy coffee tables and machines. It is dined directly on the uncleaned cruth and a minimal plastic tablecloth.
Cacillos instead of cups, small cups and coffee machines that spit out boiling milk, a danger. Just two waiters to replenish, pick up and clean.
Inconceivable in a four-star hotel.

The hotels nice, near the historic centre, it has parking and comfortable bedrooms. It's being remodeled and the overall rate is excellent.

Fab hotel, fab location, great town for and evening explore. Very nice clean room and new carpets Only down side was that the bar was closed and replaced with a vending machine — what a same so had to go to bed.

It's the story of a before and after. The first time I visited the hotel and when I arrived at the room, I had the feeling of having entered the time machine in the 60-70s!. What a horror! However they are restoring the hotel and the last time I was around I had a renovated room: amazing! What a giant bed you can do! What a fantastic decoration! Congratulations.

Very large and comfortable room with lounge and two TVs. Attention in Reception welcome. Very comfortable and clean. It is a hotel of Gargantuescas dimensions that is noted that it was made with the best qualities in its time.

Season change. A/C was off. Sleep with Windows open. Pillows too hard for Americans taste. Rest. Is ok.

A bit classic but nice. Very central and close to everything. Lugo a luxury city, charming.

I have been to this hotel from the 29th of April to the second of May and I want to comment on my impression.
It is a Hotel that is located near the center of Lugo, on that subject I must say it is very comfortable.
The room was clean but, and here come the But, the mattresses of the beds were to be more than 30 years, the piers were nailed to the back and it was impossible to sleep in a tug. The pillows very low, rare was not getting up with cervical pain.
In the room there was an armchair where you had to be careful when you sat down and it looked like it was going to break at any time. Our room had two single beds, we were two people, and in the room there was only one armchair and a stool so if we wanted to watch the TV one had to lean back on the wall.
Honestly to be a 4 star hotel leaves a lot to be desired because most of the time one spends in bed and that of resting to me was impossible.

Muuuyyyy bad. After receiving the room on a Saturday I am going to eat and my surprise when going back to the room is that they are in works right above it. Impossible to hear anything and less sleep. We were deceived saying that they were incidents that eventually recognized that they worked on Saturdays. That these reforms will last for a long time. We asked them to relocate us but they had no availability. We were only offered in another chain hotel a few miles away and at a much higher price. We left with previous claim. At least 3 more clients filed a claim. Embarrassing for a 4e hotel.

Big Hotel but old. The rooms are not bad but it looks like you are in the house of a grandmother without taste. Spacious bathroom. Good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A good hotel if you want to spend a few days in Lugo… central! The breakfast very good.

Great 4 star hotel very close to the wall of Lugo. Level quality price, highly recommended. The breakfast buffet very plentiful and varied.

In terms of what reform will be fantastic.

When I was just changing my dreams and they told us they were going to do a comprehensive reform. Foul makes him. The hotel is big and smells like closed.

This hotel is not bad, but if u want more comfort don't book room here. Rooms looks like 20 years ago. Price vs comfort is terrible to big. I spend 7 night here, guys from reception don't help me becouse don't speak english or little bit. Breakfast is not good, only orange juices is perfect. I don't smoke but he give me room for smoker, not good. OK so plus of this hotel is close to center, to Roman wall, and to many bars and pubs. If u like party in Lugo this hotel is close to everyone good place to fun. So hotel is not perfect he don't have 4 stars like on page. Maybe 3. But if u don't need super comfort u can book room here.

It's a good hotel even though they haven't changed the décor of the 80. My biggest problem is the slight smell of old and cigarette that you feel in the hallway and the room. Other than that the attention is good, the breakfasts are very good, and the Wi-Fi works very well at very good speed.

You see they start changing things. They have already changed the TV but need to change some of the furniture of the habiataciones. It's all old.

Very central Hotel. With many comforts and that is being updated little by little. Attention and treatment very correct. Very quiet and it rests very well.

The décor is a bit outdated but of good quality. We slept great and did not hear other guests. The perfect location, just off the wall.

Very outdated place. Central heating, it was awful hot. Good location and free parking in the area. Quiet area close to the wall. Very good places to nibble and Destine as the Bakery Café. Very expensive room for the conditions of the site.

Clean Hotel, cozy, good service and buffet breakfast very extensive and rich.

The year-old Grand Hotel with a certain Stanley Kubrick flair. For one night quite ok, v. A. The price was very reasonable in October. Free parking on the streets nearby (weekend). 5-10min walking distance to the old town.

Probably the best hotel in town, but most definitely not a 4* hotel by international standards, but probably is by Lugo standards. No pool, gym or spa which are accepted globally as 4 *. This hotel is showing her age and she is well overdue for an update to 21st century standards. Electrical plugs are very insufficient for the modern traveller and in many cases electrical outlets are actually not safe. Double glazing is antiquated, but at least there is double glazing. Heating is good. Underground parking with generous parking places, but a tortuous route down four levels. Staff are polite, professional and cheerful, English is spoken by nearly all the staff. Lugo is a bit stuck in time so I was not expecting a Kempinski, but it was adequate. Suites are a good size, but need to be opened out into open “junior” suites instead of small individual component rooms. Very close to the ancient Roman walled city and the many seafood restaurants. We have stayed in a few hotels in Lugo and this counts as the best so far.

The service very well very friendly attentive, quiet place but it takes a reform it tastes bad to see a hotel that in its day sure it was majestic a huge hall all beautiful but already very outdated.

Excellent hotel. Very well located, near the center of the city. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

The staff is very nice. Both in reception and in dining room were ported very well. Despite having the cafeteria closed for the upcoming reforms, we have prepared a few manzanillas because neither of us were very good. The bathrooms are really clean. Yes it is true that the tvs are tube but as they say the reform is near. I recommend it fully. I am delighted with the location so close to the wall, with the staff that they deserve a 10 and with the cleaning, so I also congratulate those who are responsible that everything is so clean.

Is an old but luxury hotel, pleasant people, and by good location nearby historical center.

Hotel very well situated for visiting Lugo, two minutes from the wall. Good deal on the part of the staff and a very quiet environment. Rooms go large and very clean, although it could improve the decor. Highly recommended.

Congratulations. A classic hotel, comfortable, unbeatablely located and with very good breakfast buffet. Not a modern hotel, but the comfort is absolute. Recommended.

Location to five minutes of the Center. The hotel has of a large hall with several areas of sofas for the customers and Wi-Fi free. The room was very large and the bathroom full (had a cockpit independent for the toilet and the bidet). Toilets, though clean, were old and the toilet was that seem to flood whenever strips of the cistern. The bed was comfortable and with good pillows. The room temperature was uncontrollable because, although you have air conditioning, it was complicated to understand its operation. In addition, start-up exuded a very unpleasant smell (a rancid mix between sewer and moisture), so it was not obliged to open the window in order to mitigate the heat. The television was small (though at least flat). The amenities are plentiful. The hotel, although it preserves well, needs a renewal (bathrooms, air conditioning and decoration in general). The staff is friendly, although the day of arrival the employee planted us almost 5 minutes to answer a telephone call. Luckily, there were no more calls.

And dinner on Friday, was very bad.
Not ate over there at all over the weekend.

The only 4 star hotel in Lugo. Taxis are available in front of this hotel. Opens 24/7. The staff is really good and professional. Had great experience. Located just few minutes walk away from city center.

Excellent hotel, clean, comfort, etc. Rooms very well, but the horrible breakfast. Had 2 choose: continental €6 (coffee with milk and pasta) and buffet €11, chose this last, dishes not too limplos, Croissant split in four pieces, had at least 4 days, same cleaved and swingeing, donuts I tried to make me a mini sandwich with a small roll of olives and it was impossible to cut it with a knife, dry bread… In the end little and bad, worse impossible. Of course we will not return.

Very clean and quiet hotel,
very friendly staff, especially at breakfast and bar.
Large and bright rooms mostly quiet, the only thing that has bothered me something was the Spring mattress.

Hotel anchored in the years of its inauguration, is a shame that 'Tell me' now go by the Decade of the 80s, could have taken advantage of its facilities. Mattresses old and spring which "footprint".
The only thing that was well, bath, attention from the waitresses and the hotel which made check-out.
Very poor image that charge by Wi-Fi, and the price of the spa seems abusive to that offer.

A little rats. They charge you 3 euros for the Wi-Fi.
