Hotel is large & modern with big reception & plenty of lifts. The room was very spatious with a big bathroom. Bed was comfortable so sleep was good. Decoration and fixtures are nice and modern. The buffet restaurant serve good food. Nice quiet location and it's close to Camino de Santiago at entrance to Santiago.

For a 4 star hotel with room rate to match, arriving to find the kitchen closed for any food at all outside designated hours (includind dinner from 8.30pm only) astonishing in this day and age. My suggestion is find another hotel that better understands client needs.

Great facility, which offers many services. Very large and clean rooms. Only problem is the fact that at the basement restaurant floor have organized a party with DJ-set and having the room on the first floor is as if I had a nightclub in the room! I went down to reception at 1:30 X to ask to let down, but I have not had any effect!
Around 2:00 hours I called back to reception but… Same as above!
The receptionist told me that they usually continue until 5am in the morning! Now, I think they should organize parties with the empty hotel, not with groups of tourists who are standing by 6 in the morning and are made 500km in the day!
Hallucinating! And it's only Friday… Who knows what the Saturday night holds!

Ideal for events. Spacious, comfortable rooms. The cleanliness was very good.
I Don't like the system of using the room card to use the elevator because It fails a lot.

The hotel has been recently refurbished with great improvements and no price increase. Very spacious rooms, great comfort beds, ample bathroom. Very attentive staff. Fresh and tasty breakfast buffet. Location is superb for airport, motorway access and city centre just 3km away. Superb value for money.

Great Hotel at the gates of Santiago de Compostela. Spacious and well equipped rooms with very comfortable bed. Ample availability of parking both for a fee (inside garage) and free outside. Really good breakfast, with ample availability of sweet, salty and fresh fruit.

Really nice hotel! We stayed here during the tour for the stage in Santiago de Compostela. Quite recent Hotel, great breakfast and dinner buffet, with good variety for all tastes. Professional and polite staff. The rooms are very spacious and with excellent bathrooms with the presence of the bidet that for us Italians is now an indispensable accessory. Only Neo Piccolom the distance from the city center but that is a value for the tranquility of the rooms where you sleep very well.

A good hotel though not very cheap. Located on the outskirts of Santiago, next to the Palais des Congrès, but well connected. The service very well though the regular meal. It was a social event, but I was a little disappointed.

Hotel with good access, comfortable to park, next to the Palais des Congrès. Rooms of all sizes for business meetings. I didn't stayed there, I can't talk about the rooms, but I have gone to several events and the facilities are spectacular.

Excellent location, next to the Congress Palace of Galicia, 1km from the Mount of Gozo, very close to the historic center of Santiago and the Ensanche area. Excellent rooms and facilities. Breathtaking views.

4-Star Hote. The rooms are spacious. The cleanliness is very good. They have rooms oara very large meetings.
They have a cafeteria inside the hotel and a good relaxation area for their guests.
There is room to park in the area always. San Lazaro Stadium is nearby.

Nice place. The bedrooms are large and well equiped. Nevertheless it enter some sun light in the morning, which for people sensitive to this leads to weak early. Good breakfast. Also the parking lot is suitable. A Little far from old city center for pedestrians.

Very good both the rooms and the food. It's too far out I'd like it to be more central. You depend on the car to go visit the city.

Right, the best the friendliness of the staff and the spacious, the meeting rooms well, they suit everything, the right food the coffee maker of the breakfast queues up, it's a go and come bus with older people from any country that only stay one day.

I loved it. Great food, nice and distinguished treatment, spacious bright and clean room, with all the necessary services and additional information for sightseeing in the area.

Really excellent! While the hotel needs to review some maintenance details, the staff (from Eva reception, evening receptionist and other receptionist tomorrow, even looked the breakfast waitress and another waitress also who did not remember the name) all outstanding! Nice, friendly and super helpful! The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Repetiríamos without hesitation! Thank you all! :)

It is a very good choice to visit Santiago. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is tasty. The room is in good condition despite of some minor issues.

Friendly, well organized, great spacious rooms in the services.

Something outdated so you need a renovation. The service was regular, nothing remarkable. The situation is good if you go to the nearby companies and if you then have to catch a plane, it is close to the airport.

The room is very good and the foods are delicious but alot of money but very good. But this place only with the car can stay by working is very very far from train station and the market but there is a bus right behind the hotel. And great free Wi-Fi.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast and the dinner were very tasty. The hotel was good but several things are in average condition and have to be fixed.

Everything OK. We had a good dinnee there, the place is nice and the staff too.

A bit out of the city center and unfriendly staff but good check out time and value for money + free parking.

Me ha gustado mucho el hotel, personal muy amable en recepción. La habitación amplia con armario empotrado y baño con amplia bañera y vidé. Dos lavabos, a. A. Y TV led. Muy tranquilo, apenas oímos ruidos. En las afueras, en coche es necesario pero compensa con todas las comodidades que tiene. La piscina me encantó. Recomendable, volveré cuando regrese a Santiago.

It is not bad, but too much 'rattle' to be a 4 star. It's the basin double out of the room of bath (that already of by itself is tiny and claustrophobic) me has realigned, not seems a good idea.

Perfect, professionalism and service, downtown and the food and the friendly employees made me feel at home. Thank you.

As solicitor of the courts, I have contact with lawyers in all Spain, attending hearings at the Court in Santiago /vistas.
Many chose the Puerta del Camino Hotel to stay and his overall assessment was good.
Personal treatment, work environments and meeting rooms; they were what most stressed.
As improved points; rooms that not isolated the noise completely, and difficulties to achieve the ideal temperature in winter.
We must tell that Santiago de Compostela climate in winter is very hard.

Try excellent and spacious lounges for meetings and presentations. The food is very good and lots of variety. Also the parking is not a problem!
