The friendliness of its staff and facilities. We have dinner in the Restaurant and simply spectacular.

All great, the attention of the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, situation… but what I would highlight is their restaurant, the food was excellent and the service unbeatable! if we return to Santiago we will definitely be back to the trumpet tree.

Hotel not adapted for the disabled, but they solved it with a lot of kindness and intention. The service was very good and the service was very friendly. With putting an elevator with a door width of 90 cm and the entrance with ramp would be perfect.

A grand hotel only a few minutes away from the edge of the old town and the Alameda park. Excellent service, great breakfast brunch selection (including Galician specialities), and quiet clean rooms. An interesting selection of artwork in the entry hall.

A slightly retro but elegant and comfortable environment. Very welcoming and efficient staff. Located in the center from which you can easily walk to the cathedral. To be recommended.

Room was very large and bathroom was decent, but there was an odor… stale cigarettes and "old" and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The attention and the MIME for the spectacular detail… The old style but carefully… A system of Wi-Fi connection quite outdated and not offered for the entire stay, the room was supposed to leave it at 12 and the Wi-Fi was only until 8…

The hotel is very good.
The employees, Educadicimos and very professional.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The food in the restaurant is gourmet. Ami loved it.
I was 17 days in this hotel and the truth that I enjoy very much.
It is huvicado about 100 meters from the cathedral.
What I recommend if you stay is that you choose rooms on the last floor, as the hotel is so central to its busy street that at night you can hear street noises.
But otherwise, it's spectacular for me.

It has a very quiet cafeteria where you can read the newspaper or watch a game. They put something in the coffee. It's pretty expensive nonetheless.

I only know the hotel cafeteria. Wide, clean, well-lit. The furniture despite being a bit outdated is in very good condition and is quite comfortable. The staff is friendly, polite, fast and effective. The coffee for my taste is fine, one of the best I have tried and served with a small sweet. At the table you have to choose between white and brown sugar in addition to saccharin. The value for money is correct. In general a good place to have a good coffee and while you can read the press of the day both nationally and internationally.

Right Hotel to visit Santiago. Well located near the old town.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean room, very neat, we were fitted an extra bed for a child and the bed was huge too.
The location is perfect and the hotel has parking. Recommended.

We have spent two days this past weekend (10/11 February 2018).
Very central location, clean and quiet. The staff at the reception were very polite and friendly. If we returned to Santiago Repetiríamos sure.

Good location and service. During the night the temperature goes up and there is no air conditioning service. When you open the window for ventilation the noise of people in the street pups is infernal, impossible to sleep, you have to choose between the heat and the noise. I don't think it's the most appropriate of a 5 star hotel.

Good menu at €21 during the week.

Gorgeous hotel, but the rooms are subpar. I enjoyed a different four star hotel more than I did this one. It's in a convenient location and is beautiful and very generous with the breakfast options, but the rooms are not personally recommended. Our room had the lingering smell of smoke, no working fridge, and very uncomfortable beds. Maybe I'm being a bit of a hard judge, but for a five star hotel I was let down.

Very comfortable beds ¡¡EXCELLENT breakfast ¡¡the facilities are a little outdated. Attention to the unique ms of the Reception is the most friendly, one of the night the one that said you come come come would with many a rush. When we ask for blankets the know who it is. Charming Hotel near downtown Santiago.

A bit worn out to be a 5 star, you need a paper change in the rooms and tiled in the bathroom. Very quiet and quiet, very friendly staff, Parking a bit expensive. Good breakfast.

To end the Camino de Santiago, I wanted to give a little luxury. I could never make a better choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Repeat.

Hotel eurostars was exactly as advertised it is only 10 to 15 minute walk at the most from the cathedral the hotel itself beautiful and elegant and and they were no surprises and for comparison to the parador at the Cathedral square certainty the price was better in and overall the hotel I would say is better.

Loved the location of this place, right in the middle of town yet in the quiet at night area, so you can walk everywhere from here and it's not too far to home to in the early hours of the morning. Viva España! :-) Pool was a welcome addition but it is certainly not a luxurious setting as you're surrounded by apartments on all sides, but you can still get the sun if that's what you want. Hotel itself I would say is in the traditional style and certainly not modern, can't really agree with its 5-star status, but did us and was the cheapest 5-star so you get what you pay for.

Only had a coffee in bar… but it was lovely! Great surroundings and service. Well worth a visit!

AWESOME location, great hotel, stellar breakfast! But if you're used to five-star hotels, be prepared to be disappointed. Only one elevator that can only fit two people at a time, tiny fridge in the room, tiny 20" TV, pool is freezing cold (unswimmably so). We payed for a five-star experience, and ended up with a three-star experience with a good location. Not what we were looking for, but if you don't mind not having the luxuries that usually accompany five-star hotels, I definitely reccomend it because of its location! Also very friendly staff.

Extremely elegant, great breakfast and gorgeous art. Slightly bugged there wasnt a fridge in the room, but everything else was so awesome it didnt matter too much.

Good hotel in a great place just nearby the historical centre of the town. This hotel building is old and you can see that but it´s clean. Great spa in here, poor gym.
