The room is very nice, spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price you have expected more.

Positive, comfortable bed and pillow!, The size of the room well,
Negative: small bathroom, no air conditioning, no fridge, no Walter brush :-O, I found it expensive for what it is.

Good treatment, facilities far superior to its level and excellently located in the heart of Ribadeo, good coffee service with good café, beer and wine.

We ordered a decaf coffee machine and a coffee with lactose-free milk, we were served two normal lattes, with a coffee can be confused, but with both? And now my intolerant lactose girlfriend all afternoon vomiting, and we "rejoiced" the day, that little shame.

The mattresses are spring and the Wi-Fi is really bad so other the whole time, I value a lot of the rest.

A very nice hotel with very clean and cosy rooms. The professionals, who have been very friendly and attentive, stand out. The hotel cafeteria is a good place to take something comfortably and at a good price.

The best coffee in Ribadeo and very good attention, but for me they make basic mistake for not opening cafeteria to the general public until 9.00 But if they allow the entry of partisan form to some acquaintances (for example Civil Guard)

Very good stay, all worked well. We managed to resolve any questions despite my poor Spanish and their similar standard English — but that is part of why I wanted to come to Galicia in the first place — Mallorca and the Costas are too easy.

I stayed at the end of April/early May. Best Value on the Camino Norte. Tourist and perrigrinos (pilgrims) stay here. The like-new accommodations are spacious, lots of natural light, central location, beds are comfortable, breakfasts are satisfying, and most important the management and staff are friendly, helpful, and caring. This hotel adds to the Spanish reputation of excellent hospitality.

Good hotel to go to. Everything clean and tidy.

Disastrous lack of cleaning, hygiene, invisible television, air conditioning if you have the window, the walls are gray, the ceiling nests a couple of pairs of Majorcan seagulls, in, and furniture of the series tell me… A disaster.

A good place to rest.

We have been the night of the 29th of September a group of 50 people from Santander, occupying the whole hotel, and we have to congratulate the management and all its employees, so well that we have tried and so happy that we have been. Be recommending it to everyone we can. If it passes through Ribadeo stay over in the Hotel Bouza. Not you are going to never forget. A greeting from Julian and Maria-Jose. Especially for Luis.

2 pairs of Navarra have been a week of July and we loved; simple,
but not lack of anything; Nice, cozy, very central and easy parking.
Lovely people, mostly thanks to Luis, who I miss us time to make all
the routes that we proposed. Recommend it to all those who look for peace of mind,
and beautiful walks and especially take coffee or chocolate Cafe.
