A beautiful hotel in the city centre
The room, suite sta Eulalia, beautiful! the spa is very cool and intimate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it 100%. We will repeat for sure!

He has a large star, room 101 in which we were accommodated had a smell of moisture too intense. And the window that has the inner courtyard where the breakfast tables are. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would give it 5 stars if it was a 3 star hotel and it wasn't that expensive.

Perfect Hotel to spend a holiday in Merida. Good staff, domotic rooms, private SPA, in the city centre, you can go to all the monuments without taking the car.

I was terribly disappointed. The photos on their website dont match the lousy room I got. I dunno about the other rooms but avoid Room 24 at all cost. Its sold as an "Romantic" room but it was just room with a sad "balcony" to the airwell. **No views** The lighting was dinghy in the room and some of the light switches didnt work as expected. It had a fancy shower head in the bathroom which sprayed lots of water all over the floor. I really dont know how they managed to get a "4 Star" hotel rating. On the other hand, I give one star for the counter staff I dealt with when I checked in was very nice. And another for the free parking located nearby.

I would definitely repeat it. Different and charming Hotel. Spa Circuit fully recommended. Amazing Duplex.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a spectacular place of Merida. The only bad thing about it is the parking that to park in the area is very complicated or blue area.
The hotel has several parking spaces in a building that is a few blocks behind the hotel.

We left without overnight, a disaster!. All outdated and sloppy. Nothing worked, loose taps, broken shutters, no heating in the rooms. Having said this to the service we were moved to another suite and. More of the same. We opted to change hotels. Friendly staff, overtaken by the shortcomings of the hotel. Not recommended.

I value with a star, because there is no lower rating.
Two days that I stay at this hotel, that one of them there is no hot water in the middle of december, is not to give you a star.

Rooms simply with electric shutters and lights than to me or fu fa effects. Rather soulless, cold and impersonal furnishings. Last night we went to dinner with the family, we had good reference. Don't know that I can get, but the service was grim, sympathetic waiter but grim, slow, poorly attended.
