Good deal. Very good decoration and atmosphere. Comfortable and spacious room. Delighted.

Room a little small for the category that has the hotel. Beautiful building with a sober but elegant interior decoration. Great location in the city in the vicinity of the Roman bridge and not far from the main monumental complex and archaeological museum.

Marvel Hotel Old palace built in 1500. They are aware of any need. Staff very friendly and helpful. If I were to return to Mérida without hesitation I would return here.

This hotel is located in a historic building. It is located in Merida's Plaza de España. I have visited it twice for two communions, but I have not stayed in it. The restaurant service both times has been very good. The food has been very good, both quality and quantity and the service has been good. The facilities I have used were very good.

I do not put 5 stars because the mattress was very uncomfortable. The treatment is delicious and the breakfast is worth including, a lot of variety both cold and hot but above all it has been the best natural orange juice I have taken in a hotel.

Hello. Hotel comfortable, functional, spacious rooms. Good breakfast, mixed desserts, some homemade and natural juice, fruit, salty and hot. Decoration wrong.

Very good location. The building is beautiful. With a mix of styles that is superb! The rooms are not bad and are warm.

Very nice Hotel, it is beautiful cloister, the arches, the whole building in general, with an excellent location. The staff very friendly and polite. The only two faults that I could mention, is that to be located in the plaza do not have good insulation, and a room for the night you could hear the music and people of the street and the other would be that we made use of the sauna and gym, and there was not a towel and that there were towel racks.

A place with charm, receptionist very professional and friendly, rooms chords. In the Fridge there is water, Coca-Cola, and other things complimentary is free.

Very well. The only downside is how small our room was. The bed sounded a lot.

We were given an interior room bc we preferred a double bed rather than two small beds which was fine, but our double bed turned out to be two beds squished together. Had we known a double bed is two beds put together, we would’ve settled for an exterior room with two beds. Once we found out, we asked to switch rooms but they denied our request. Another problem: our room was at a steady 27 degrees the entire time. We turned the air conditioning on, but didn’t work. We called reception and they told us they would turn on the air condition for us, but it never happened. Sweating in my sleep isn’t something I expected in the winter. Other than these two issues, the hotel is well located and gorgeous, but wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room is certainly not a 5 star and the parking lot have car park but if you do not tell before, you have to go away and come with the suitcases. I had requested parking and did not mlestaron to tell us anything. The location.

Very central. Well-situated you can walk to the most emblematic monuments. Very comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast.

Excellent location Attentive staff. Good breakfast where in addition to the buffet are offered to prepare other dishes. Parking was arranged in another building but they do have car park Service so you don't have to worry. Very happy during our stay.

Very nice inner courtyard. Large room with huge beds. Very good bedding. Large bathroom with bathtub. Reception staff (Jesus) attentive and professional. He gave us the map of the city with explanations on what to visit and explained to us the services of the hotel. Small rooftop pool with nice view of the square, access to a small fitness room and a small sauna for free (prevent reception 40 min in advance to turn on the sauna). Room Well soundproof but unfortunately a lot of noise in the street. Breakfast.

A charming place to stay and spend a few days in the whole center, or just to grab something on your patio, very nice and nice.

We had a closed menu and we didn't like it very much. Almost everything came cold to the table. The place beautiful and we had a lounge for our group, which is appreciated when you go with kids and you are worried that they disturb other diners. The waiters were a bit inexperienced but they did well and had patience.

Hotel and great deal. If the bed was a little softer it would be great at all. It only has one flaw, and it's the bell that sounds from 8:00 to 24:00… but it's not the hotel's fault.

An old mansion made hotel. Spectacular decoration (mixture of Arabic and Roman). The staff was lovely.

Very characteristic hotel-the antique Central Tai Hall (elevator will "bounce"), the surrounding shops are cheap, the square opposite has comfortable.

Good room. Spacious rooms though bathrooms need to be improved. For example our bathroom not had door (was missing). Perfect room. In the Centre and close to everything. Lack of communication with regard to the reservations. We reported when deliver the keys that could leave to them 14 h instead of to the 12 h. Not had communication between employees by that almost US charge two times a breakfast that was included already in the room. Service of rooms very good. The food was very good. Breakfast is insufficient for its price. Speaking with the rest of customers you whole of that there is more variety in the breakfast itself them ask and not is indicated by any side, in the case that was indicated not the saw.

Very pleasant stay. In the center of Merida, quality and try exceptional to a price that not seems to 5 *.
The parking is with parked cars, as the service is in a parking public apart.
Breakfast, somewhat limited in variety, but very good in quality.
No doubt, if I'll be back.

Pool was not open, but nice and clean hotel. Location is perfect.

I spent this weekend at the Merida Palace hotel with the surprise that a party of 7 people who have made the night of Saturday to Sunday in the room next to mine has mounted at 8 in the morning after repeated calls to the reception of the hotel without providing any solution, at 11 in the morning we had to leave the room. At that time, they have decided to offer us another room. Obviously no longer had any sense. At reception they have told us that we could not see any person in charge of the hotel, which is really amazing, and after initially refusing to pay for a service that, obviously, has had not paid, tell us that they are aware of in the next room had mounted a party with music but you have to pay room and, if not paid, refused to give the sheet of claims (which is illegal) so he had to go the police to the hotel and there, we have had to pay the full stay and then put the corresponding sheet of claims. Needless to say it was embarrassing and that he had never received a bad deal at any hotel.
I hope that in the rest of the chain, the treatment is different.

The hotel is not bad for a 3 star hotel. A 5-star hotel or in jest. The location is very good and the building is very nice. We agree with the Awards Ceres theater and it was filled with famous actors and actresses. Thanks to that, the attention seemed to improve a little. You opened the door to times to enter. The room is nice and large enough and clean, although could be improved. The last day we broke one of the plugs in the bathroom. The bathroom, by the way is very wide and with different compartments for toilet, shower and bath. The TV is horrible. Tube, old and you see only 3 or 4 open channels and 2 or 3 satellite. The mattress is hard docks and ask the pillow harder than they had and did not reach a medium hardness. The breakfast was acceptable, but for a 5 star hotel you expect more variety to a part of include crumbs, that do not cost a hard. The attention of the employees is correct, but nothing more. You do not have Wi-Fi in the rooms (I year 2015! ). The minibar… To keep a bottle of water, they may shut down. Did not try the room service because it was expensive and insugerente. Has a small gym, like the swimming pool, which is a dwarf, even though it is in a nice terrace to relax, but small. The parking are 17€/day. My recommendation is not to pay more than 50€/night.

Not a big deal. Old towels, TV and conditioner system, no Wi-Fi. Beautiful decoration but the staff and room do not deserve 5 stars. Small pool and poor noise isolation. Perfectly adequate but certainly underwhelming.

I still don't understand what motivates a hotel look for one, two, three, four or five stars. In the case of this hotel, the five that boasts deserves a deep study. To pot soon, let's say that you will not help to carry your luggage, the rooms lack of free Wi-Fi, bathrobes and slippers, bath or are or are expected to, and it has been decreed a playpen in the matter of drinks, because the mini-bar has only a few bottles of mineral water. We could continue to say that the pool that they have is more of a bath and that the cafeteria is not found; not to be that by café understand an empty toolbar in the yard. In other hotels its shortcomings the supplement with a willingness on the part of the staff. Because here, no. Ask at reception for a Nolotil because my wife her mouth hurt, and they told us that, apart from not having, we don't what would. It must be because the Nolotil, as all the world knows, is similar to methadone. What's the best time? When we deliver the keys, we pay and we fled from there.

I loved your room, your patio with a fountain. Good quality of sleep (although the bells were on the side). And baby crib out of 5 stars. Bathroom cool and tastefully decorated. To return.

A fucking 5 star hotel. Vessels sucios. Tv not flat and without dtt. Stairs to reach the room etc.

Highlight the hotel's excellent location and the room very comfortable and spacious. What is characteristic of the hotel is the building where sits the hotel, the Palace of the Mendoza and the Palace of the Pacheco. We were surprised that a hotel of its category not available free Wi-Fi in rooms and the parking price high enough (17 €) taking into account that at night you can park in the streets adjacent to the hotel since the blue area does not have any cost starting at 20:00. We were also surprised by the star hotel, 5 but say that also the room only accommodation price is cheap for its category and location. Tell you that we do not test anything of its restoration, since there are quite a few places for tapas in the streets surrounding the hotel. For breakfast there are good places in the Plaza of Spain, where you can go cheaper.

Regular, does not deserve 5 * or in joke. You have to be careful with the address in the gps, put calle Valverde Lillo, if you put Spain square gps gets you on a pedestrian street, signposted as "resident only" and if you go there by local police makes you photo and fine arrives at your House. At the hotel they quarrel and not know anything about this problem, while phone we ask how to get and access to the parking. Otherwise the hotel is a 4 * already somewhat old, but very nice, all themed. A pity that the bathrooms are old and worn, otherwise all good. The parking is worth because it is located in the Centre and is difficult to find parking, and all blue or pedestrian area that if you have to pay for it, the parking are € 17 the day is expensive, at least the car can leave it after the checkout until 16 h. Breakfast €8 per person, ask for but I think did not deserve the penalty because there are around several artisan bakery, and for na and less enjoying cakes of scandal.

Fantastic site, perfect attention by staff, especially of hospitality and good cooking. We will return.
