Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Disappointing breakfast and dinner.

It is the second time we go to the farewell of the Scottish Dances course that we have in the loyal villa d el Escorial and both times we have been very well attended a great salon to dance apart d beautiful. Very good snack and both the meter and the waiters good professionals knowing very well their. Trade. Thank you.

Hard beds. Rooms with dining room furniture, overloaded. Showers, for two days, no hot water. The dryers. Most of them don't work. It just saves the staff nice and correct. And its excellent situation. We're not going back.

Estubimos at this hotel in the month of November.
It is a very old hotel, there was air in the windows, there was no heating, nor could we take Wi-Fi…
The attention of the employees is good that yes.
Without a doubt we will not return.

Hotel with a feeling of old. The room that we touched was the attic and the layout left a lot to be desired (there were chairs looking at walls, tables without space to be able to watch TV…) Apart from being something small (probably more feeling than anything else about being an attic).

Very bad, lovely setting. Days without hot water, phone without service list, incomfortable beds, etc. I do not recommend.

Rooms and hallways dirty, windows that do not close, curtains fall and broken, towel rails that fall… nor the hotel Transylvania is so bad. The only thing that is saved is the breakfast which is pretty decent and the charm of the cafeteria.

In the Hotel cafeteria it takes a lot with the food, bring a plate first (cheese sandwich) and take 20 minutes and do not bring a toast with tomato. The site with a lot of noise from cooking dishes, the innkeepers do not answer for the food they do not bring, it seems normal that the food is late. It saves the hot chocolate which is good and it is the only thing that they bring fast.

A great hotel, the reception is open 24 hours. With heating, television, bathroom and wardrobe spacious. Very good place to go.

I have read a lot of reviews about this hotel not very good, however we have left happy there the rooms are not giant but are not dwarfs, is a room with the right and necessary, bar instead of shower and everything you should use. We went with the dog (€10 more per night) and were lovely with it, broke a lamp bulb and did not put any problem! The only downside I put is that it has no blinds if not shutters and the wind that does there gave a shocking blows against the wall! But we go everything I've read bad, nothing! Heating placed every day to certain hours and the girls of reception super friendly, the location is great, in front of the monastery and next to the giant Belen.

We were yesterday afternoon and the attention was dire. We were over 10mins at the bar waiting for someone to attend us. The waiters were looking at us but they were passing by. We would have appreciated unless they told us to Atenderian as soon as possible.
Finally indicate that you check what you ask, because sometimes do not put all the ingredients in the product. It's twice that you forget to put cheese in a sandwich.
They have a lot to improve.

I have had the opportunity to eat in their restaurant and the truth that I liked very much. The service is great. Its price is also adequate compared to the quality and quantity of the food. Located on a street full of charm and joy. A good alternative for those who come to visit San Lorenzo de El Escorial.

Hotel without renovating since previous times. Bathrooms without heating or accessories. The heating in the room did not work, we had to try to sleep with the noise from the air conditioner. In another room the TV does not work. Parking is not free.

Old, historic place in the emblematic white Florida Street. Good restaurant and cafeteria. With the glamour of the beginning of the century.

I was picnicking and the place is big and it is very clean. The attention is correct. And the chocolate with croutons are great.

(Expensive for what it is) Bad rooms, with single beds of 90cm of springs that sound an outrage in addition to being uncomfortable. The old mattresses were also opened and the beds were sleeping. The furniture also leaves a lot to be desired as lamps that fall from the years… The breakfast to be optional and pay about 6 euros per person also is nothing of the other world, that yes the waiters are very nice and attentive. And the views and the location if you say it is the only wealth that this hotel has.

I went only to the restaurant. Nothing to write home about, really!

I wanted to stay at this hotel and found out when I arrived at midnight that they cancel my booking! Their impolite reason is somebody has a wedding and they have to cancel my booking. If you are professional, you should have told me in advance and not at midnight when I arrived at the hotel!

Very well located. Old fashioned and poor breakfast.
