Lovely place, friendly atmosphere. Quiet location.

When booking, we were concerned how far this would be from downtown Madrid. But, it's close to the train station (5-7 min walk) with an easy and quick train to downtown. Sadly, Google Maps doesn't show the train line in transit directions. But it's a straight shot to Sol for just €2.60. There's a nearby truly awesome park — both in size and amenities. And Treat Cantos surprised us as a great community — despite some abandoned buildings nearby. The breakfast is alright. I wish there were hot options besides bread. But the available was replenished through the end of breakfast — which was as late as 11am on weekends. Long story short: this is going to be our go-to hotel for future stays in Madrid. Great value (and they take pets at a reasonable rate)

Slightly away from city center, but very near to metro station and hence better connected. Peaceful stay and courteus staff. Breakfast very basic. Room not very large but clean and neat. I had a wonderful 3 nights stay here.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, a very useful table and armchair if you go for work. Breakfast was very good. In working days very useful if you go for work or business reasons. Something far away from tourist areas. Close to the city air cleaner and quieter.

Not bad this hotel. Price-quality ratio is adequate. Parking large but outside and in winter the car gets cold. Not bad for short stays.

The park is fine. The downside is that apart from buying the entrance… You have to pay €10, parking.
There are attractions with extra pay.
The menus are from €10 onwards.
As a general rule as in other theme parks.

Muy buenas camas, en una habitación amplia y cómoda, aunque sin sillas y con un armario extraño sin puertas. Como solo estuvimos una noche, era más que suficiente. Tiene un calefactor que funciona bien, hacia frío fuera y estuvimos muy bien toda la noche. Muchos enchufes y bien Wi-Fi. Genial que incluyan el desayuno, pero al ir a última hora estaba sobrecargado y había que pedir casi cada cosa, que reponían bastante rápido. Al ser sábado, te dejan aparcar gratis en el interior de un vallado vigilado. El personal de noche parecía muy novato, pero el de mañana supercompetente. Muy recomendable.

Habitaciones muy limpias y el desayuno sencillo pero muy bueno.

Great location, just a few minutes away from the Cercanías station. Rooms are okay, good service and so-so breakfast.

Basic but clean, beds are a bit to soft though, all the staff were very friendly.

It's okay. We have been here on a business trip. The room itself was fortunately the best part of the hotel, the hallways smell a bit stale and could use some fresh air. Breakfast I would consider as "normal". Staff is very nice and helpful and speaks good English.

Hotel that meets what is expected, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast could be more complete but for the price little else you could ask for it. Good value for money.

Very large rooms with 2 separate beds, all very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast comes included and is a buffet without too much variety. They don't give meals or dinners.

Great stay with family, nice free breakfast, very friendly staff and Front desk. 26 mins by renfe to Sol. We took 10 pack bon tros renfe ticket for 19.05 to PORTA DEL SOL, Stayed for 5days. Family liked our stay. Rooms are very clean. Nice peaceful neighborhood. Would stay any time. Totally recommend, worth it.

Very cozy. Great breakfast and very good service. The worst thing is to be able to park nearby (although there is paid parking) and what convoluted is to arrive by car.

Basic rooms. Sufficient for sleeping and having a shower. Breakfast reasonable. Selection is not like 5* Hotel but fits the purpose. I am travelling a lot and at Holiday Inn Express I know what I Can expect and usually get.

Place seem tidy and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fine and room was very quiet.

We were staying at the holiday Three Songs on the October bridge and we loved the hotel. Room spacious, delicious breakfast with pastries freshly made, totilla wonderful, sausages, iogures, cereals, fruit, different breads… the deal with the staff very friendly and willing to help and advise the client in any way necessary. Hotel very quiet and with enough parking, close to the train station nearby, just 5 minutes walk. The only thing that mejoraria is the sofa bed which was a little uncomfortable for everything else I give it a 10. Note that neglect our we forgot one thing in the room and us have sent by mail without any problem and a lot of kindness on the part of Jorge the receptionist. Without a doubt I will return to the holiday Three Songs on my next trips to Madrid.

Hotel comfortable and no-frills, to the couple that is clean and funny. The stay is pleasant and the staff is worthy of mention for their care and kindness. Always serve with a smile and are focused on making the stay a good experience. Chapeau by the waitress of the café's breakfast buffet!
