Un hotel muy interesante para pasar allí el fin de semana y aprovechar para hacer actividades en el puerto de Navacerrada.

Family atmosphere, with a terrace with the best views of the port. Friendly treatment and skewers and rations with drinks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The café is a luxury overlooking Navacerrada Harbour.
Rooms with unbeatable value for money.

Positive: the location and the views you have from the Junior Suite. We ate in the cafeteria and what we ordered was quite good negative: cold in the room and we were late in giving a crib for a baby more than 6 hours knowing we were traveling with baby and after going down to claim it three times.

Good Hotel, breakfast a bit loose but not bad, restaurant OK. Service and staff extremely friendly. The bad, the port environment of Navacerrada that is abandoned and left.

Poor customer treatment. There was only one person running the whole hotel and It was ridiculous. Also, rooms were overpriced. But hey, breakfast was included and It was quite good. But its not my first Hotel choice up In this area.

The hotel is well located. The rooms and the hotel well preserved in general. The service is nice and solicitous, although we did not make the room and we were not given explanations. The food in the restaurant is normal. The correct breakfast (juices, Macedonia, yoghurts, cereals, sausages…), the pastries nothing spectacular.

Nice suite with excellent views, great deal and good breakfast.

My rating, is in reference to one night. We arrived around 17 and checked in properly. The person who attended us was super friendly and competent. The dinner, delicious, gave us the option to eat by menu (which are about €16) or eat at the bar in plan burgers and typical bar rations. We were surprised by the quality of the food, very good. Delicious burgers and the incredible Boletus croquettes. The great deal, like at home. The next morning we find a full breakfast buffet: cereals, pastries (delicious), cold cuts, juices, fruit, etc. The view of the restaurant, wonderful. They have free parking next to the same hotel. It has No difficulty finding it, since it is in the same ascent to the port of Navacerrada, direction Segovia from Madrid.

The room was very good. The service very good although you have to understand that there is only one person for the bar, restaurant and reception. Still, they help you as much as possible and are very nice. The views from the restaurant are beautiful.

Very familiar treatment. Mountain Hotel, has spa, good kitchen. Terrace. The only thing on the side of the road. Although you barely hear noise in the back rooms.

The terrace is ideal for al fresco coffee at this time!
I go up after eating and feel luxurious!

Heading for Segovia and looking for a bed for the night we happened on el Corzo. Three wonderful days later we are reluctantly moving on. Such wonderful, helpful and friendly people — nothing was too much trouble. Super modern room with king sized bed. The kitchen hides a cordon blue cook who produces the most fantastic food. Do come and visit — you will not be disappointed.

Very good I try, we had a problem with the reservation and immediately they took it upon themselves to fix it. Staff very friendly and close. We had a room with nice views of the snowy Valley.

The hotel is very welcoming, treatment is very professional and they are very attentive, caring for every detail, recommended 100%.

Although neglected outside this very well prepared on the inside. Its restaurant, the cafeteria, rooms, spa, all very well. Super comfortable.
