I don't recommend it to anyone
If you are tourists you come to know the city is far from everything from the center of Madrid and does not have easy access to the metro. Si you come to rest then worse, the hotel has no breakfast service or food or restaurant or payment or anything, the bathroom is tiny no one fits, and the hot water lasts only 10 Mtos, em fim lá worst nightmare this hotel.

Great place to stay, there are rooms as large and small, a great place to eat and affordable prices, wash and dry things can be on the-2nd floor paid service, but some rooms are not large and small have a washing machine. To Get to the city center can be very simple and easy, near in 500 steps there is a train station, only 3-4 re stop 20-30 minutes and in the center. Recommend this place.

A care by the exceptional staff. A breakfast service and a bar-restaurant quality — very good price.

The Hotel is located at the front of the dome. Arrived at 12 nights, in the dark difficult to find, on the outskirts of the city, sleeping area. Beautiful places near No, and to the Metro 2km.

Clean and cozy Room with a great kitchenette! On The 5th floor There was pure a beautiful view across Madrid.
Easy to find Location. Only flaw — the train to get there passes every 30 minutes… And under the sun are interminable.

Good hotel to go with children. Economic and very well communicated with the centre of Madrid. The breakfast and treatment received, excellent. We will come back.

While maybe the hotel inside it's not THAT bad, it's what surrounds it the problem. The hotel is pretty much on the very edge of Madrid. In front of the hotel there is literally NOTHING. However, the neighborhood seems to be pretty bad. When the night comes, you can clearly identify the prostitutes waiting for clients along the same street where the hotel is. They even lit bonfires to keep them warm while they wait. I had to pay for the private parking because no way I was going to leave my car outside. I couldn't say we were treated badly, but it was very cold. During the check-in I didn't feel welcomed at all. The receptionist didn't even offered me breakfast service not breakfast times info. I was honestly thinking about having breakfast at the hotel but after that I went to a cafeteria in the city (far from that neighborhood). The room was… again, very cold. Not specially bad, but it wasn't a room you enter into and exclaim "woah". The bathroom was really small, with no bathtub (this may be related to the fact that water is heated via solar power). There were some defects. Water was impossible to contain inside the shower and door wooden frame was clearly affected by that. To say something positive. The room was big (for 3 people they put 4 beds for some reason). The room included a small kitchen. The receptionist during the checkout was much better than the one during the check-in.

Large rooms with equipped Cucinette, breakfast buffet. The only drawback is the distance from the centre of Madrid but it has the train station (not the Metro) near.

Good value — price; 10 km from the centre of Madrid, from Plaza del Sol 15 Min of surface Metro C3

Room very simple, too simple for my taste. The room lacked a closet and the shower plate was of dimensions hyper reduced. To go to the dining room you have to exit out of the hotel, I played day of rain, I think that the architect forgot to put a dining room in the project and improvised to one side. Less bad that I only stayed one night.

Hotel or indoor arena? If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to rest… Keep looking, this is not the correct site. The walls of plasterboard do you hear absolutely everything, to give you an idea, I called my co-worker and with the mobile on the ear listened to vibrate their very own in the next room… I do Not want to imagine other noises in the next room. When you have a micro kitchen you can spend you from walking through the hallway and the smell will suggest that you are in the kitchen of a chinese restaurant. The sink is tiny, if you are great caution when getting into the shower is not that you stand there stuck.

Horrible breakfast and it was way too cold in the room but nice décor and helpful staff.

Very good hotel for the price it has. The ratio quality price is great. Very spacious rooms and with kitchen which is great for those who have kids You are missing a star and it is for the environment, which is not very good. But as I say if it is only for sleep it is great.

Very convenient to communicate with a cafeteria with reasonable prices if not available equipment (coffee, sandwich, drinks) accessible 24/24h and the RENFE has 300m direction Center in 15min (1, €70 per way if not a card of 10 trips for 10, €5) precision has share the cafeteria nothing around the hotel to use just for housing.

It's located south of Madrid; too far away from civilization. Bathroom was too small. King size bed was two individual beds together… TV didn't work with its remote control; you have to change channels by hand… I wouldn't recommend.

I stayed five days, the hotel is pretty clean and looks like new. The rooms are spacious, but the move they look kind of ikea, a little low quality. Has a garage and lifts to all floors, in that aspect it is quite comfortable. It has a cafeteria service for extensive hours and the relationship quality-price is good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cozy. Comfortable. It's a bit far from the city centre but very easy to get there and well communicated through public transportation. Definitely on my list of favourites.

Very basic Hotel. It is cheap. It is clean, but the shower is tiny. The breakfast is poor but cheap. In summary: you get what you pay for.

Great place, good location close to make business in Villaverde area. Breakfast can be improved, with different meals.

A quiet and cozy place where you can feel at home. Just highlight that the kitchen is not worth it as it is small and little prepared for what one expects from a kitchen. But to get out of the way is enough.

It's a nice very clean hotel my family likes it if I would stay there again I congratulate them.

Normal room, modern and clean, in good condition and pleasant. The bathroom was nice and the shower was very small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cafeteria services are perfect for both breakfast and dinner and very attentive.
Although it is away from the center it suited us for location and would repeat delighted.

Place was nice enough! But their website says thay they can solve any problem on 15 minutes, and they refuswd to drop some stamped postcards in the mail for us. Not helpful. 22-9-17 7:00am.

Overall my experience was positive the room was well cleaned. The staff were pleasent. Only critisms were the neighborhood was a little sketch and the gym wasnt all in working order.

If you manage to obtain this hotel for a reasonable price, then go for it. But remember you must get the train into the centre which costs around 2€ one way per person.

I really like the rooms they look marvelous and I really need a place to stay in and its at a good reasonable price and I would recommend it.

Spacious hotel with basic facilities. The kitchen is handy but breakfast in the coffee next door is very basic.

I had a very good time here, the room was pretty basic, but had everything I needed and bed was very comfortable. The staff in the cafeteria was top notch, especially Hector who was always helpful and great fun who can speak 5 languages and happy to smile. I'd definitely come again. Thank you!

La ubicación no es buena, la zona no es muy segura.

Buena ubicación a menos de 5 minutos de la estacion de Cercanias. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y bien equipadas. Hotel bien equipado y moderno. Todo muy barato.

FATL book with a room wide and cuanndo get me find totalemnte different super small a lot heat and smell to closed. I complained at reception the girl a rude SE NEGO A Dame LA sheet of claims up to that said that LLAMARIA to LA police she very cool answer as CUCHI… x assumed that I put laa claim and request it to mee return the money. Not strongly recommend this hotel for nothing.

A hotel great, the room is spacious, good attention to the customer. With regard to the location of the hotel, has good combination of transport public and site for parking. If I put a snag: I only had the bathroom mirror, would have been great to be able to have another plus in the room.

Apartment on the outskirts of Madrid in an area where there is nothing. Only the hotel bar not open every day…
Clean rooms but with much smell of tobacco.
The shower is tiny. Nothing of washing feet that you stick with the head on the faucet…

Hotel with good presence is the uniko beds incomodisimas shower pekeña and there for 3 nights and I have not changed the sheets nor the towels, and the desalluno continental always the same, I would not recommend it for stays longer than two days.

Good location for work, accessible, parking free two-storey rooms large, clean, new or newly renovated, to cabinetry smelled the new conglomerate. The only downside of 50 x 50 shower. Good service and good price.

The hotel is pretty well the truth bed wide, and with a kitchen the bathroom is somewhat small but clean, the bad is that if you are a smoker you have to be down every two-by-three … Although in the plant that I had had a lot of plague porro impressive but otherwise pretty good.

We stayed two days in a row, bed comfortable and spacious, good room service.

I spent a couple of weeks and hotel very recommended for price and quality, all very clean and with services on other sites are of payment here were free, including the parking or fitness centre.

This hotel from the train station is very near, walk for four minutes, reach aranjuez. El escoliar, sol, etc. Sites. To the city centre by train only 10 minutes, very convenient. Prices in Madrid are also very cheap. Economic benefits, while the kitchen can cook.

I highly recommend it. I was somewhat concerned by the topic of cockroaches that someone commented on an opinion and the truth that we didn't see a single cockroach and also had prostitutes as they say. To the contrary, a neighborhood, super quiet, and very well. Come back to repeat, so much that I didn't want to go back. The employees are very pleasant and attentive. Everything was perfect I recommend it 100 by 100. Thanks.

A weekend full of cockroaches and no solution and another the garage door breaks my car and give me a long call on Monday to the manager of the hotel and the same thing and to this day neither I have answered are a few imconpetentes and already not to mention if you go with children of the area.

We are regular customers, and this hotel has gone from bad to worse. The walls are made of paper, the girls of the cleaning come into the room without knocking (this happens almost daily), the walls are very dirty. And the care received by Raul and Natalia (the director) was very poor. We stayed in a room, and in the next were of reforms. Hammers and boring machines joined us from 8 in the morning. Not bothered or find a way to compensate for the inconvenience. Sincerely I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you want to rest, because this starts to be a Mission Impossible.

The apartment is very well! Renfe to 2 minutes, the bad thing is that there is something of prostitution very close. But it does not bother you for nothing, Wi-Fi works great.

I loved the small hotel. 33 euros with room double and kitchen. Clean. Quiet and next to the city in 20 minutes leaves you at Atocha. I missed even that in reception vending machine cans of soft drinks to 0, 70 euros. Chapeau. Too bad that there is no at all sites. Oh, and free parking.

Family rooms with good size. Even for five beds. Main comfortable beds. Small bathroom. Quite new throughout. The only bad thing. It is the breakfast. It is in the cafeteria of the hotel but without variety buffet.
