Central Madrid staff nice and helpful, clean.

The location and friendliness of the staff is the best that the hotel has. The toilet is small, but overall very good.

Good location, very friendly staff and good deals. Detail of the minibar for free. The drawbacks are that (at least in my room) the bathroom door was broken (opened one), the curtains were semi-transparent, not opaque, so it went in a lot of light at all hours and I had to cover me with a t-shirt at bedtime, and the floor of the vaba had quite a few long hairs right when you arrive.

Great location but very basic accomodation (no stool im bathroom, 1 chair only in room. No hangers in the bathroom).

As for the attention of the staff, my escort and I were very satisfied. They are very friendly and helpful. Clean room, spacious rooms and well insulated from the street noise. Very well equipped (TV and computer) and very clean.

Bad, ugly, small room without the possibility of being able to open the window because it corresponded to the discharges of the kitchen, rude staff and uncaring absolutely to avoid, at this price there are to better dozens. They make themselves strong because they have the credit card number.

JC Hotels Chueca. Good reception, nice and helpful treatment. The room had a small terrace to the street and good air conditioning. The location of the hotel is very good, next to gran via. Recommended places to go out at night met expectations.

We have just stayed the hotel already from 3/10 to 3/14 2018, the front desk service was really lousy, they didn't care what you are really cared and concerned even need to have their help! we have check in for first 2 night can't sleep caused disturbed by next room for left hand side and one for in front of room clients. We have requested to change room but they told us to wait until tomorrow for next door client check out!? The room was noisy with esay to hear from your next door even the whole floor people what they are talking and chatting in the night time. The most rediculous reply from counter service was the Wi-Fi disconnect for every 10 minutes only from 10PM. The counter told us caused by using the IPHONE OR IPAD devices which has security reson to auto deny the JC HOTEL Wi-Fi service to reconize as unsafe network. For the good reson and enjoyed your journey to stay what is the best suggestion to anyone if you are ready to choose this hotel, please seriuously considerrate not to carry your any Apple Devices to stay nor you will have the difficult time in the night for surfing with connect to the Wi-Fi network as long as the clients incresed or weekend.

The location is very good in plaza santo domingo very close to all interesting sites. Close to the metro lines 2 and 3. My room toward too much heat. The rooms are themed. In general is good.

Excellent location. The rooms very comfortable and the staff offered us an excellent deal. It is the fourth time I stay with a group of more than twenty people. We will repeat it.

For a couple of nights just right. But there is no central heating. Only Condos.

We stayed in room Turkey for a week. Pros: golden location, walking distance to royal palace, Gran Via, Sol as well as public transport. The hotel’s decor is a cheap intepretation of modern pop art style but I appreciate that they went the extra mile to make it look and feel fresh, a bit different than other budget hotels. Staffs are nice. Room is clean, basic-equipped and there are free drinks in the mini bar. Cons: Although I went out a lot and only needed the hotel as a place to sleep, I feel this hotel didn’t even meet my expectation. Sleeping condition was horrible. The air conditioner made sound like a vacuum machine. Besides, the walls are too thin so I could hear everything happening next door. In addition, there is a bright light just outside the window but the drapes are too thin so the whole room was lighten up at mid night like in a summer day.

I have been several times and the quality price is very good. Its safety is good as well as to go up to the rooms you need a card. The restaurant just below offers a varied menu in salads and fish and direct access from the hotel.

Dirty walls. Very small room. Free minibar with 2 bottles of water and 2 Heineken beers. Location is pretty good and so is the staff. I don't think I will go back. Better choices out there for a little more money. It is a good one if you are on a tight budget.

That if, I want to leave a good review of the cafeteria A Coruña that belongs to the hotel… The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent.

Room layout is a little odd, with 2 small beds pressed next to each other and not much else. Free water bottles and Pepsi were nice. Rooms are themed on countries, which is fine, but they aren't numbered, so finding them can be tricky.

The hotel in general is very good. Great location 24-hour front desk and restaurant after passing a door on it. The room and the bathroom may be a little small but enough to spend a few nights there. At the front desk they were very friendly. To come back.

A cheap hotel in a good place, close to the Center and the metro.

Very clean, quiet rooms and welcoming cour scheme makes this a perfect resting place after a night out with friends or that shopping trip you never got done. Prices are mirroring the quality, a three star oficial rating but definitly the upper end of it. Cons? Narrow passages throughout the hotel makes this less suitable or even a no go for a wheelchair. Staff friendly and the place fit an audience in the mental age :) of 25-40

Hotel is very convenient to get to, a short walk from the metro.
The welcome and helpfulness of the front desk was very welcome, although we were looking for a room from now until late in the evening.
Unusual rooms "numbering", lacks the curiosity to see all; very well maintained (there was even a shower with hydro massage). Regular breakfast, but good and hearty anyway.
Despite an overnight stay was for one night only, the value for money seems adapted to expectations.

Very central and at the same time isolated from the hustle and bustle typical of the areas of step. Bathroom a bit small. Not take room with breakfast, you it dan in the bar located in the low of the hotel, not is buffet or nothing similar, if breakfast by free in that Cafe, best.

Excellent place where to sleep cheap in Madrid, the only downside is that it has no parking.

JC Rooms Santo Domingo We've just come back from our Spain trip. We stayed in JC rooms Santo Domingo for 3 nights. The hotel is excellent — Great location! Nice cozy room. Good Wi-Fi quality … The best of all, the staff are very nice and helpful. Alex, a young guy, good looking, very polite, very nice, very gentle, not talking too much but very professional. He gave us a lot of information about the city, especially when we had to take 5 am cab to another city, he walked us to the taxi in dark watching us getting on taxi safely, we really really appreciate him and will definitely stay the hotel again in our next Spain trip.
