Location is perfect, hotel itself not. It is very noisy (and I wasn't on the street side). You are lucky when you can sleep through during the night. Beds are small and not very comfortable. I wouldn't come back here anymore.

The hostel is very central and the girl at the front desk is very friendly, but there are details that don't cost money and under my point of view they should take care of it. The button of the cistern was broken and what they did (in addition to leaving the broken part in the mini shelf) was to put a guruño of insulating tape in its place, besides the shelf is of plastic and is full of spots and burns, and in the ceiling there is a hole for the ceiling of the That hangs a bulb! Without the ceiling! At first glance are nonsense but all together give a feeling of terrible carelessness!.
Oh! And if you are given to choose, by God, do not ask room outside, do not stick eye! The noise is infernal! But really infernal! That out! Because inside every time they open a shower or pull the chain, the whole room trembles as if we were to take off.
In short, sometimes it is worth scratching your pocket a little more, and have a minimum of comfort!

Simple place but ideal to be in the center at very good price. Parking in the same plaza Santa Ana is well priced if you go to the capital by car. Very attentive service. Overall very nice to spend a weekend and go everywhere walking.

It's a great place to get to the Metro and Puerta del Sol, which is packed with shops and clubs. Cleaning done daily. Reception and availability by the staff. Comfortable bed, equipped with Wi-Fi although not very powerful.

Good location and very friendly staff. The rooms are very nice with reformed and quite new bathrooms. The TV had no antenna signal so it was useless. The problem is that the rooms facing Principe Street are very noisy, and that the windows insulate pretty well, still, on Friday and Saturday night, difficult to sleep well. They offer a 20% discount in Santa Ana parking. Recommended to spend a couple of days for the price and location, but to sleep, better to wear plugs.

Excellent location. Fault: We were not informed that they were in construction and the dust or noise wreaked havoc on our stay there. And the water in the shower didn't come out hot. Poor heating. I hope next visit have better experience.

Situated in the heart of Madrid it is a good place for someone who wants to live in the center of the city. It gets very noisy at night.

I spent a weekend at the end of march. It is very well located, next to the Plaza de Santa Ana. If you are looking for peace of mind I would not recommend this, as it is a drinking area. The girls who run it are charming. The price-quality ratio is good. I was looking for an accommodation in a very central location and it wasn't too shabby. This weekend (last June) I go back to Madrid and again.

Excellent hostel in the Centre of Madrid. Near gate del sol, plaza mayor and the museums Prado, thyssen and Reina Sofia.
